Dear Facebook Support Team, I need assistance in recovering my disabled Facebook account. I am unable to log in or reset my password. When trying to fill out the report form in Facebook support for a disabled account, the information I submit is not being accepted. I suspect my account has been hacked as I did not receive any verification code to reset my password via email or phone. It seems someone is falsely reporting my account in an attempt to scam or hack it. Please restore access to my Facebook account and disregard any false reports made against it. About a week ago, I received notification that my Facebook session had expired. Upon multiple attempts to log back in using my email and phone number, I realized my account had been compromised. Concerned friends reported someone posing as me was active on my account. They even called while the imposter was online, confirming they were speaking to me. I recently received a suspicious text claiming to be from Facebook, asking for personal information to restore my account. Worried about the situation escalating with my friends and personal information, I seek assistance in regaining control of my account. I'm unsure if involving law enforcement is necessary at this point.

Hello! My name is Ana Maria. I work at a sports store. A week ago, a very upset customer asked for my name due to some unsatisfactory service from our staff. I, in good faith, provided my name, thinking the customer might report me to consumer protection. To my surprise, the customer made a public post on Facebook revealing my name and the store where I work. Subsequently, customers at the store started asking about the "ironic" Ana Maria mentioned in the post. Even my friends called me after seeing the post. I am unsure if it is normal for someone to publicize my name without my consent. In conclusion, I feel demoralized. I reported the incident on my Facebook page, but the response was that there was no reason to report the individual's page. What should I do now?

Hello, it's been about 60 hours since I last accessed my Facebook account. I have my password but now require a 6-digit login code. This is essential for reaching out to all my long-distance friends and relatives. I've completed the help form twice and even submitted a valid photo ID, but have not received any response yet. Facebook has not sent me a security code via text either in the last 60 hours. I also need access to my code generator to log in from a computer in case I lose my phone. It's urgent that I regain access to my account to connect with my loved ones. I am inquiring about the disability of my Facebook account for the second time. I do not believe I violated any rules to warrant such action. Some users post inappropriate content and still have access. I apologize if I unknowingly breached guidelines. Facebook was essential for connecting with a deceased family member as I lack children or a spouse. It was my link to loved ones. Can you clarify if I can open a new account? Hello! I’m Linda, a Spark AR user. I’ve developed seven Instagram filters, with more in progress. Most of my filters were crafted around February. Although the standard review period is ten days, only two filters have been reviewed. I’ve attempted re-uploading, updating, and even re-shooting videos for them, all to no avail. I reached out to Spark AR Creators on Facebook, providing filter details, but after nearly a month, there’s been no resolution. I’ve tried to locate company contacts for assistance without success. I have been using my Facebook Personal account for over a decade, and it is connected to my business page where I sell mobile accessories and personal protection items. Recently, I encountered some issues with my ads. One of my ads for personal protection products got flagged, while the others for mobile accessories were allowed. The following week, a cellphone ad was also flagged, but fortunately, it was reinstated after I appealed. However, as I was preparing to restart the promotion today, I encountered another problem. I pressed the promote button, but my ad was deactivated just a minute later.

I was expecting a code in the mail and have received two codes that are now unusable due to my account being disabled. Hello, I shared a Facebook status yesterday at 6 pm. It was visible all day, but around midnight, I couldn't access it. When I click on the notifications related to the post, it shows "content not found." There were no offensive or copyrighted materials in the post that could lead to its removal by Facebook. My Facebook account was banned abruptly and without explanation. Being a politician, my party regularly reviews my account to ensure compliance with Facebook's policies. I received an automated message from Facebook requesting a code, but it was sent to a mobile number that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, Facebook did not offer any alternative means of verification. I kindly request Facebook to reinstate my account promptly, as I have been a user for over two decades.

Good morning, I woke up today to discover that my Facebook account has been disabled without any prior notice. When I try to log in, it prompts me to send a code to a phone number I no longer have access to since it was set up 15 years ago. I manage a Facebook business page for a local Craft Shop. Lately, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where photos keep disappearing from posts shortly after saving them. The photos would vanish after around 15 minutes, making it difficult for us to showcase our products during our closure due to COVID-19. I've been inundated with friend requests, thinking they were fans since I'm a musician. However, my private messages are overflowing, and I am receiving unsolicited explicit photos and religious messages. How can I stop this and remove all the friends added in the last three days? My Facebook account got disabled without any explanation. The same thing happened when I created a new account; it was disabled immediately. It's frustrating because I follow all of Facebook's rules and don't post anything inappropriate. I'm considering leaving Facebook altogether if this issue isn't resolved.

I believe that my friends and I have been mistakenly disabled due to being skinheads. Before taking such actions, it is important to understand the different types of skinheads. While there are those who are extremist, I want to clarify that my friends and I do not support that ideology. The true origin of skinheads is rooted in Jamaican culture and we are far from being racist. I kindly request for my account to be reactivated promptly, as I am deeply offended by this assumption.

To the concerned party, I purchased a dish rack as advertised on Facebook, but I received a low-quality plastic soap holder instead of the product I ordered. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach photos of the received item to this message. The case with PayPal has been closed because I couldn't provide return shipping details due to safety concerns related to the high levels of coronavirus in Mexico. The cost of shipping from here exceeds the value of the product. If this was not a mistake but intentional, it reflects poorly on the company. I request a full refund or delivery of the correct product without returning the soap holder, which I have no use for. If this issue persists, I will consider it deceptive advertising on Facebook and will caution other consumers. My Facebook account, Blessing Nkpuruoma Nwaeze, has been hacked, and I am trying to regain access to it. My first account was hacked, and despite numerous attempts, I couldn't regain access. I created another account, but now both accounts are inaccessible. I am unable to receive reset codes on either of my phones. I'm really anxious to retrieve my original account as it holds precious photos of my children dating back over 13 years. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to regain access to it.

I have been using an account for 8 years, and recently, it requested me to verify my identity with a Photo ID. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide the ID, and the account got closed. I created a new account, added my groups and friends, and verified my identity by taking a selfie as requested. However, Facebook notified me that my account is under review, but due to the current situation with covid19, they are unable to complete the review process. I rely on Facebook to stay in touch with my family, especially for video calls with my grandchildren every evening.
