I recently got a new HP laptop after my old one's processor stopped working. I had enabled two-factor authentication on my accounts before, but forgot about it. Now, with my new laptop, I tried accessing Facebook and it required a code sent to my phone. Unfortunately, due to poor signal, the code didn't come through, resulting in limited attempts. I mistakenly used Google codes, causing further issues. I rely on Facebook to stay in touch with family and friends, making this situation stressful. Could you please consider removing the two-factor authentication temporarily and allow me to verify my identity with other personal details? I am using the same IP address and WiFi as before. Hello, I am Jaime Nunez. I recently requested a code to change my old email address to my new one. Despite providing my phone number for the code, I did not receive it. My old email address, [redacted], is no longer in use. I submitted my ID and the new email address, but I made a mistake by missing a number in the new email address. On the same night, April 23, I sent an email with the correct address ([redacted]) but have not received a response yet. I understand that Facebook said it would take 24 hours to make the changes. I recently requested a code to change my old ID email address, [redacted], to my new email address. Despite entering my phone number to receive the code via phone, I encountered issues. I submitted an ID and the correct new email address, [redacted], but inadvertently included the wrong email address initially. I sent a follow-up email on April 23 at 10:47 pm to correct the error. On April 23rd, I requested to update my email address to receive a code to change my old ID address from [redacted] to [redacted] After providing my phone number for the code, I encountered issues. I submitted my ID and new email address, but mistakenly included the wrong email address. I promptly sent a correction to [redacted] the same night at 10:47 pm. I understand that a response may take up to 24 hours, but I am concerned as I have not received any confirmation yet. I am struggling to regain access to several old accounts that have been compromised due to hacking concerns. These accounts are being used for games on the leaderboard, even though I have not played any games. My friends can see my old accounts on their profile pages, but I cannot access them. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to have these accounts deleted, as I believe they are being left unattended intentionally. I appreciate your attention to this issue. I have encountered instances where several of my accounts were hacked due to an ex-partner's unwanted attention. To address this, I have had to switch cell phone carriers and email addresses. My name is Shelly M Belt, with email variations such as 7Shelly m Belt, Shelly Belt 46, and possibly 7Belt Shelly at Gmail.com. Another email account may be [redacted]. Moreover, there could be an account under [redacted] Shelly Belt. Additionally, my ex created fake Facebook profiles using my photos. I kindly seek assistance in resolving these accounts. Around March 23, [redacted], my Facebook account got compromised. Although unclear how, I've now set a new password and activated 2-factor authentication. The hacker set up a business account called "Mokona Mekkyo 1" and tried to run ads. I haven't used this ad system and don't plan to. The platform won't let me remove the fraudulent business account. Despite numerous attempts, I always encounter this error: "Mokona Mekkyo 1 Can’t Be Deleted. Once you delete your Business Manager, this action can't be reversed. This business is ineligible for deletion. Learn More about why and how to fix this." My aim is to get my account back to its pre-hacked state.

I've changed my Facebook password multiple times in February due to someone attempting to access my account, resulting in it being locked. Now, when I try to log in, I can't because the password is incorrect. I tried to recover it, but the recovery method has also been changed to only sending the code to an email I no longer have access to. I attempted to verify my account with supporting documents, but it was denied as they claimed it didn't belong to me. It appears someone is falsely claiming my Facebook account. I need help in reclaiming my account as I am certain it's mine.

My account was compromised on Easter Saturday. I noticed multiple suspicious logins from different locations and operating systems. I took steps to secure my account, including setting up 2-factor authentication and changing my password multiple times. Despite my efforts, my account was disabled at midnight. Unfortunately, my personal account was linked to my business Instagram and Facebook page through Business Manager, which are now permanently removed. I've appealed the decision by providing identification documents, but I receive automated responses stating it's permanently removed. I seek guidance from Facebook as my small business is suffering, especially due to Covid-19, and I'm at a loss for next steps. I haven't violated any Facebook terms; my account was hacked. Ideally, I'd like my Business IG account @Allday_garb to be reactivated, as it's crucial for my income. Unfortunately, my personal and business Instagram and Facebook accounts linked through Business Manager were permanently removed. Despite my efforts to secure my account and appealing the decision with personal identification documents, I received automated responses confirming the removal. Hello, this is Mohebsoror reaching out for assistance. I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account for over 2 hours now. Whenever I try to sign in, the system prompts me to enter a 6-digit code sent via SMS to my phone number. However, my phone is currently out of service for maintenance at the mobile shop for more than 2 days, so I am unable to receive the code. I have attempted to sign in multiple times without success. I tried signing in multiple times, but a message kept asking for my phone number to send a 6-digit code via SMS for verification. Hello, I recently assisted my 82-year-old father in setting up a Facebook account. Unfortunately, to our disappointment, his account has been declined. We carefully followed all the steps and even entered his cell phone number to receive a verification code, but he still cannot access his account. This is disheartening as he has been feeling isolated since our mother passed away, especially with the Covid restrictions in place. His interest in joining to watch live music and connect with family has been thwarted. Despite his initial reluctance to have an account, the current circumstances have made him realize the need for social connection. It is frustrating that he is being denied access solely based on his age. We hoped to speed up the process by using a temporary photo and planned to update it later. I have been using Facebook for many years, and his genuine profile picture clearly depicts him with my kids. We urge you to reconsider and grant him access. I recently had an issue with Facebook regarding a photo I posted. The picture was not in violation of any community standards as it was not nude and I was clearly wearing clothes. However, it was reported before Facebook could review it, resulting in a 3-day block on my account which is unfair and disheartening. I run an online business through Facebook and invest my own money into it, risking my business, inventory, and members. The content is a private adult modeling and writers blog, creating merchandise, and being shut down without violating any rules is misleading and frustrating, especially when other similar pages seem unaffected. I provided proof of me fully clothed, yet my account remains disabled with claims of suspicious activity. I urgently need this matter resolved as I have work to do. Yesterday, a profile messaged me on my page offering $[redacted] weekly for posting 2 articles daily. After I accepted, they had me use Business Manager, which I hadn't used before. Following their instructions, I realized the Business on Business Manager became the page owner, and I lost editing authority. The Business admin's email is [redacted] The page seems hacked, and I need to regain ownership by removing them. It's worth noting that I mistakenly used my own name as the Business name in Business Manager, which is Edward Roumoulian, and I want to differentiate it from my personal account.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I have tried to log in with an SMS code that didn't work, and now I can't receive any more SMS codes. After finally being able to log in with an old email and password, I'm being told that the password was changed two years ago. I'm not sure if I have the new or classic version of Facebook. I usually access it on my phone, but every time I try to make changes, it prompts for a password that I can't recall. It's a vicious cycle as I can't remember my old password to change it, and I am unable to get a code to reset it. It's frustrating as I see my account with a profile picture, but I can't proceed without the password. This loop is making it impossible for me to do anything with my account.

I used the number [redacted] to open my account. I synced my phone contacts but was unable to find any of my Facebook contacts. After spending an hour searching, the app locked me out, citing community protection rules. This experience was frustrating, especially since I have a mental illness. I feel that my time and data were wasted, and being blocked from the service seems discriminatory. Please remove my profile as I do not want to be associated with the platform. Thank you.
