I am reaching out here for help as I am not receiving much assistance elsewhere. My Facebook and Instagram accounts were mistakenly disabled yesterday, which is unjust as I haven't violated any Facebook policies. At 1 am local time, I received a notification from Facebook saying my ad was being reviewed. I never intended to create an ad on Facebook using my account and it mentioned something about L.[redacted]. I attempted to cancel it but couldn't locate the option. Shortly after, my Facebook account was deactivated for policy violations that I did not commit. Despite following the instructions to reactivate it, I was informed that the decision was final and irreversible. Subsequently, my Instagram account was also deactivated for the same reasons. Hello. I wanted to report that my account was compromised by a hacker a week ago through Messenger. The hacker pretended to be my friend, explaining that while resetting her password, she accidentally clicked on my account and needed me to approve a prompt in Gmail. This scenario occurred twice. Since then, this hacker has frozen my Facebook, deleted my posts, and messaged my friends using my account. They have even accessed my friends' accounts by posing as me. Despite changing my email, password, and activating 2-Step verification, the hacker still gains entry. I have repeatedly logged the hacker out of my Facebook, but they persist in accessing my account. Is it possible to limit Facebook access to only my computer and phone? Hacked!!! Please assist! You blocked me on the 24th, and now I am facing another block issue even though the previous one was meant to end already. I can't use my computer or access wifi to fix this. How can I post on Facebook when I am constantly blocked? I followed the instructions after the 7-day block but got blocked again for 30 days. I've changed my settings twice, but the problem persists. Good morning. Around 10 days ago, Facebook warned me about a video post I shared violating copyright, which I promptly removed. Despite abiding by the warning, Facebook restricted my ability to post for 3 days, claiming I reposted the video on 26 April, which I did not. Over the weekend, I received a notification about a passcode change request that was not initiated by me, which I reported to Facebook. However, I cannot find any evidence of the content being reposted. As my job involves supporting anxious pregnant women and mothers through my pages and groups, I rely on Facebook for communication.
