My name is Jesse, I turned on the two way authentication code in my Facebook account, and then I did a faculty reset to my phone forgetting that i have a duo mobile app containing my Facebook account in it, in which I normally get codes from when logging in my Facebook accounts. Right now I can't access my account. I know my password and email but can't access through because I have to insert the authentication code before it opens. So I need your help please. And incase you might be wondering if am not receiving codes via mobile number, yes I didn't use that when turning on the two way authentication code, I only connected it to the duo mobile app. I think with this vivid information you can help me get my Facebook account back. Thanks. And before I forget, the name on the account is Mh*zt* M*ll*.
