To whom it may concern, The issue has not been resolved despite my attempts. I responded to the emails you sent by attaching my State ID, Social Security card, current utility bill for address verification, and four pictures of myself to one of the communications received from Gethuman.com. However, the situation remains unresolved. Over two weeks ago, my Facebook account "Kimberly Potrament Lathrop" and Messenger were hacked. A different email, phone number, and password were added without my knowledge. Suspicious messages were sent from that account in late January [redacted]. It was not me. I urgently request assistance in deleting this unauthorized account. I aim to retain my recently created Facebook page "Kimberly Lathrop" from February 4, [redacted], with a business flyer background. Conversely, please remove any other existing accounts linked to my name. I reside in Portland, Oregon, while my family is in Minnesota. It is vital for me to use Facebook for communication, especially with my pregnant daughter, Leah Corneliussen, and son, Bruce Lathrop, who are trusted contacts. Leah is eagerly awaiting her first child and wants to share updates securely. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Kimberly M. Lathrop

Hello, As the museum manager, I oversee our Facebook page. Previously, we entrusted a volunteer with its management, allowing her to post messages, respond to inquiries, and update activities. Unfortunately, in December [redacted], she resigned from her role and altered the password and email associated with the page. Consequently, we are currently unable to access our page. Her actions have left us in a difficult situation, and she is unwilling to cooperate. Is there a method to regain access to our Facebook page? Best regards, Riko V. S.

I recently set up a Facebook Business Manager account for my upcoming Shopify brands, and mistakenly added multiple pages instead of ad accounts. After realizing my error, I attempted to convert the pages into ad accounts but discovered I can only have one ad account. I deactivated and removed the ad account and pages, but I am still unable to create a new ad account. Since I deleted the old one, I cannot recover it. I would appreciate any guidance on how to successfully create a new ad account. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus this afternoon at 5 p.m. from someone named Shaune Peterson for £[redacted]. He provided me with his bank details: Sort Code: 07-04-36, Account Number: [redacted]5. He was supposed to post the phone to me this afternoon and promised to send the tracking number, but so far, he has been making excuses. He mentioned he would post it later when the post office is closed and at other times claimed he has 1st class stamps. I fear this may be a scam as he has taken £[redacted] from me.

I was suspended for a month because I used the word "evil" to describe Omar and AOL. Is this now disallowed despite Zuckerberg's recent statement on freedom of speech? It seems acceptable to post Maxine Waters inciting violence against Republicans or Kathy Griffin's controversial image, yet I receive a 30-day suspension for using the term "evil." I hope the person reviewing this understands the impact of silencing individuals who seek to share the truth. Therefore, I kindly request for my suspension to be lifted.

Hello, Over the past few months, I've been experiencing continuous issues with my Facebook account. It keeps getting deactivated, and I am repeatedly asked to confirm my identity through various methods. Each time, I rely on my trusted friends to confirm it is indeed me and that the account belongs to me. I am not engaging in any inappropriate behavior, and I am unsure why I am constantly being prompted to verify my identity. I truly hope to receive a response soon and be able to secure my account. I have even scanned my ID multiple times. Best regards

Hello, I would like to express my gratitude for your assistance in addressing the issue and I have taken the necessary steps to prevent any future violations. I suggest that if a similar situation occurs in the future, a warning be issued before blocking my account. I acknowledge that repeated violations may lead to account suspension. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and regret that I am unable to download my backup data using the provided link, which is crucial for me and my brother. Once again, I apologize and assure you that I will not breach your policies in the future. Best regards, Lama Nor

I am Ricky Wheeler, and over the last year, Facebook has repeatedly disabled my accounts for alleged suspicious activity, although I have not violated their community standards. This ongoing issue has had a severe impact on my business and personal connections. Each time they ask me to verify my identity by sending a photo, but they still deactivate my account afterwards. I have gone through numerous phone numbers due to this problem, and now I solely rely on email for communication. The lack of transparency and consistency in Facebook's actions has become exasperating and unacceptable.

I have had a Facebook account for a long time under the name of Lavalliere Kehaulani Leslie Clumb. However, one day I accidentally clicked on requesting a second Facebook account. Since then, I have been trying to delete this second request, but it won't let me. Now, it keeps coming up without my request, blocking me from accessing my original Facebook account. Can you please assist me in deleting it or provide instructions on how to do so? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I recently created a new Facebook account under the name Maggie Curly. I originally had this account linked to my phone number and Gmail, but I chose to remove the phone number from my account. However, when Facebook requested my phone number again, I provided it, only to have my account, along with my phone number, disabled. I believed it would be sufficient to have my account associated only with my Gmail address. Now, I am unsure of how to regain access to my Facebook account. This situation has occurred multiple times, and I feel it is unjust that my account was disabled even after I provided my phone number again. I attempted to supply a photo, which I sourced from Google Photos as my own picture was too small. It was never my intention to use someone else's photo on my Facebook account, as I always use authentic information. I was at a loss as I did not have another photo of myself to provide. I have submitted my personal ID information multiple times, but this has not resolved the issue. Can you assist me, please?

My mother-in-law encountered an issue while trying to post on Marketplace, which led to her being locked out of Facebook. Despite attempting to log back in and follow the steps to receive a verification code via her mobile number, she has not received the code after three days. As a result, she is unable to access her Facebook account. Any assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to her account would be greatly appreciated. Legacydodge3@[redacted]

I have been a Facebook user since [redacted] as Justice Imaku. Yesterday, I was unexpectedly asked to upload a picture of myself, so I promptly shared a photo that I had posted on my status that day. My Facebook and Instagram accounts, which are linked, were disabled approximately three weeks ago after I ran an ad and followed three people who liked it. I was unaware that this was against the rules, and I am eager to have my account reinstated. This is not the first time I have faced issues with my account; about a month ago, I was shadow banned after running an ad without realizing I had violated any rules. Without knowing my mistake, it was challenging to correct my behavior. Instagram plays a crucial role in my professional life, so having my account restored is incredibly important to me.

I am Lottie Holmes, a realtor. My Instagram handle is Lottieholmes_realtor. Unfortunately, my account was hacked, and I have been unable to access it since January 12th. Despite multiple attempts, including submitting requests and resetting my password through links and verification codes, I continue to face the message "your account has been temporarily locked" when trying to log in. I kindly request your assistance in unlocking my account. Thank you.

I attempted to use the "login with Facebook" option on a GeForce Now game (World of Tanks). However, after logging in, I received a message stating that my identity couldn't be confirmed. I then tried the "select four comments you've made in the last three months" option but was unsuccessful as it still couldn't verify my identity. I attempted this process two more times with the same outcome. I then opted for the "confirm login on another device" but faced difficulties as my phone prompted me to confirm the login, leading to a forced password change. I prefer not to change my password and seek assistance to resolve this issue. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards, Alejandro H.

Hello, I'm Tyler Livingston. I'm experiencing difficulties due to a recent dispute with my girlfriend. This morning, she became upset and gained unauthorized access to my Facebook and Gmail accounts, changing the passwords. I am currently unable to log in to both accounts. I can provide any necessary security information for the email account linked to [redacted] I am seeking a prompt resolution to this situation as it is quite frustrating. I acknowledge my oversight in not implementing stronger security measures and giving someone excessive access.

I purchased a video for my Bluetooth headset being sold on Shopify. I intended to use this video for a Facebook ad associated with ad account [redacted][redacted]. However, the ad was rejected due to reasons claiming it implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Facebook or Instagram. I would appreciate a manual review of my ad as I believe it complies with the guidelines and suspect it was rejected automatically by a bot. There are no references to endorsements by Facebook or Instagram in the ad. Thank you for your help.

I need help with my account. It appears that my password was changed 5 hours ago without my knowledge. I haven't shared my password with anyone, not even my boyfriend. I've had this account for a long time, but I can't recover it because I no longer have access to the email I used to register it. The only recovery option available asks for that email address. Why isn't there an option to recover using my phone number instead? My email is [redacted], and my password should be "00pretty." Even when I try to log in on my phone, it says I'm using an old password.

I'm having trouble logging in. The system requested a picture for verification, which I provided due to changing my passwords. However, after logging in from my new phone with the updated password, my account got locked. Now, I can't access my account on any device. I've been trying to reach out to a friend all week. I've entered the correct phone number, email, and security questions but can't seem to log in.

I have been disabled for "Impersonation" on my Instagram account under the name "Iftiar Mullah," which is my real name. I did not impersonate anyone, and I have evidence to support my claim, such as my school ID and photos of myself in my Instagram posts. As an athlete, this account is crucial for my future endeavors as I have used it on University questionnaires. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. My Instagram username is "Iftiar__."
