I have a business Facebook page, and every time I try to boost a post for advertising, I end up getting blocked from promoting in groups where I'm an administrator and even groups where I'm not an administrator. I went for about five months without boosting any posts, and I never faced any blocking issues when sharing in Facebook groups. However, as soon as I resumed investing money in Facebook advertising to market my business, I started getting blocked from sharing in groups. I find this situation quite confusing and bothersome.

I have forgotten the password to my Facebook account and the email associated with it is outdated, making it impossible for me to reset the password. Despite providing the correct phone number, no reset code was sent to me. Feeling defeated, I decided to create a new account. However, upon downloading the app on my phone for the new account, I was surprised to see that it automatically logged me into my old account without asking for a password. This security loophole left me questioning the purpose of having a password in the first place. When attempting to delete my old account, I realized I needed the forgotten password to do so. Even trying to change the password through the app proved unsuccessful. The frustration peaked when I called the provided support number, only to be informed that mobile support for Facebook was unavailable. This experience has left me confused, disheartened, and considering giving up on Facebook altogether due to these security and support shortcomings.

I have encountered repeated blocks on Facebook for reasons like nudity (even though it was just a picture of elephants) and hate speech. I have carefully reviewed the community standards and believe I have not violated any guidelines. It's concerning because my grandchildren also use my Facebook account. The current block I'm facing has been under review for days now. It's frustrating as I rely on Facebook to communicate with my clients for business purposes. I suspect that someone previously created a page using my name, which I reported. Could this be causing the issue? It's becoming increasingly frustrating as I can't seem to find any violations on my part based on the platform's standards. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have noticed unexpected transactions in my bank statement labeled as "facebk*" followed by various numbers for multiple payments on different occasions. Despite contacting the bank previously and experiencing a temporary halt in these transactions, I discovered they have resumed. I have verified my Facebook subscriptions and found no ongoing payments. Approximately £[redacted] has been withdrawn from my account in total. I would appreciate further investigation into this matter.

This is my third block on Facebook. I've been blocked for various reasons, from posting a picture of elephants (considered nudity) to what I believe was a misunderstanding of hate speech. My current block is under review, and it's affecting my business presence on FB. I feel unfairly targeted by the platform's automated systems. As a business account holder, these repeated blocks feel like a violation of my rights. I am a 66-year-old individual who has carefully reviewed Facebook's community standards. These constant blocks are frustrating, with me being put back in after just a week of being unblocked. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently created an account under the name "brethren skits" to align with my other media platforms dedicated to sharing humorous and morally uplifting skits to combat immorality among young people. However, after uploading the necessary picture, my account was unexpectedly blocked. I am seeking guidance on the steps to take to have this matter rectified. Thank you in advance.

I had a Messenger account linked to my phone number without having a Facebook account. When I created a Facebook account for university and added my phone number for security, my old Messenger account encountered issues. Resetting the password for the old account has been challenging as it only recognizes my Facebook account when I enter my phone number. I am reaching out for assistance to regain access to my old Messenger account to retrieve important photos and conversations with friends and family. Thank you for your help.

I have a Nokia 3.2. I recently did a factory reset on my phone, which caused me to lose all my apps. I then accessed my Facebook account via Chrome and started chatting with a friend, Ezekiel. Shortly after, my account got disabled. I have been using this account for 5 years, and this has never happened before when chatting with the same person. I urgently need to regain access to my account as it is crucial for my communication needs. Thank you.

Last year, my Facebook account got hacked, and I couldn't log in as I was traveling and didn't have access to the phone number or email linked to the account. I had to create a new account, but Facebook disabled it. Now that I'm back in my country and can access my email, I would like to request Facebook to enable my original account that was disabled.

A few years back, I made a Facebook page to connect with members of my fitness classes. I haven't used it in a while, and recently, I received messages from a woman and a man in Florida claiming the page charged them money, which I didn't do. I recalled my account being hacked some months ago, spreading viruses through FB Messenger. It's possible the hackers used the page to take money from people. I want to avoid this happening and any association with fraud. I'd appreciate advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.

I recently attempted to log into my Facebook account on January 1st using my original email, [redacted] I have had this account for more than 5 years. However, I was redirected multiple times, being asked for my Facebook password. Despite several tries, I was consistently denied access. Later, I received an email stating that my Facebook account's email was changed to a new one, [redacted] Even with this new email, I still couldn't access my account as it was not recognized. I have tried all previous emails, phone numbers, and names associated with my Facebook account without success. I reached out to the Facebook Help Center and contacted the Facebook helpline at 1-[redacted]. They mentioned they will contact me back in 2 days after recovering my account. I also called another number, [redacted], and spoke to Jacob, who claimed my account was hacked by individuals from Nigeria using it for illicit purposes. He said I could recover my account by purchasing a $50 app card from various stores. This situation seems skeptical, and I am incredibly concerned. My only goal is to regain access to my original Facebook account swiftly. I need assistance, please help.

I use my account daily, and when I tried to log into my game ID through Facebook, it shows that my account is disabled. I am facing issues with all the apps that are linked to my Facebook, which have also stopped working due to the disablement of my personal Facebook ID. I understand the responsibility for my PUBG ID being affected, as I am unable to play the game now. It's frustrating that only my personal account was disabled, and it's impacting my access to various apps and games. Please, I urge you to listen and enable my Facebook ID, as all my ID proofs are valid. This is my last attempt to resolve the issue. Thank you. As the librarian of Laidley Pioneer Museum, I recently created a new Facebook Page to allow additional office staff to post updates and advertise our museum. However, there were issues with accessing the page - I couldn't add friends or make any changes. After attempting a password reset using our new email address, the page completely crashed. In a rush, I requested a code to be sent to a mobile number we don't have instead of the slower Gmail address. As a result, our museum's Facebook page has been blocked for over 24 hours. This is concerning as I need to promote an event on January 26. I'm eager to resolve any mistakes and regain access promptly. For communication, please use our email [redacted]

Dear Sir, We are currently facing a significant issue with our advertising account [redacted]. In early December, I spoke with one of your colleagues regarding our account's security. Our account is crucial for managing advertising at Project Distribution SA and our No Concept Stores page. Having been advertising for over 3 years and having spent approximately €[redacted], we have gathered valuable client data vital for our business growth. Upon our return in early January, Facebook deactivated our 'Alice Atwork' account, the owner of the advertising account. We urgently need assistance as I will no longer be with the company next Tuesday. We require the transfer of ownership of the advertising account [redacted] to the company manager (Patricia Donadi) and the marketing manager (Anne Charlotte Havez) to avoid losing access, having invested almost €10,[redacted] in your advertising platform. I sincerely hope for a prompt response and resolution. I have been attempting to contact Facebook for nearly four days, submitting forms and providing Mrs. Patricia Donadi's identity card multiple times. I am exhausted from trying all avenues of contact and trust that this time, I will receive a helpful and efficient response. Your urgent attention is highly appreciated due to my impending departure from the company. Please advise on any steps required for resolution. Thank you for your anticipated support. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account, which has been locked due to "suspicious activity". Despite attempts to recover it by requesting an email confirmation code, the platform insists on sending a code to a phone number I no longer use. This phone number, linked to my account over a decade ago, is no longer accessible as I now reside in a different country. Upon successfully receiving and entering the email confirmation code, I am prompted to input a text message code, which I am unable to receive without access to the associated phone number. Even after submitting my photo ID and email address on the "deactivated accounts" page, Facebook indicates that my account is not deactivated, although it appears as deactivated or deleted to my friends on the platform.

I have not received the codes to reset my lost password after several attempts. Although my old phone number is still being used to send the text messages, my account is now associated with my new phone number. I believe the issue arose when I tried to merge two accounts. The code is being sent to my previous phone number. However, I have not received any emails containing the code, and when I try to link my email to the account, it says that my email is not connected to my Facebook account. I have always used the email address [redacted], but a similar one without the dot - [redacted] - appeared. Could this be the problem? I submitted a picture of my ID a few days ago to verify my identity but have not heard back from Facebook regarding resetting my password.

Hello, I'm Joris from Germany volunteering with a local religious youth group, Evangelische Jugend Preetz. I noticed our website and Facebook presence needed some updates, so I began working on it. I discovered an old Facebook page that hasn't been active since [redacted]. The current team leader doesn't have access as it was created by a former leader who didn't share the login details. Many people have tried to reach out through that page, but we couldn't respond. I would like to request admin access to the page. I can provide an official email from evjp.de or a statement from the team leader to confirm my authorization to manage our youth group's page. Our email address is [redacted] Here is the link to the abandoned Facebook page: /Evangelische-Jugend-Preetz-[redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

My account has been disabled on Facebook. I received an email stating that I had violated someone's intellectual property rights in a post and was temporarily blocked from posting. The block was supposed to expire in a few days, but it has been a week and I still cannot access my account. I am unsure which post triggered the infringement claim and would like to clarify my position. I suspect someone is impersonating my business page and customers are complaining about receiving fake products from them, mistaking it for my shop. I can provide evidence to differentiate between our pages. Restoring my account is crucial to protect my page from this fraudulent account. I go by the name Mosope Praise, a musician leading a choir group that recently changed its name from True Worshippers to Twilight Praisers, and now to Mosope Praise. Due to the absence of most choir members during our last video shoot, my music producer suggested I perform as a solo artist. This led to the name change. Mosope means Thanking God. I recently received an automated message to invite people to like our group, which I did without realizing it might be against the rules. Subsequently, I was asked to verify my account with a phone number, where I entered my UK number, [redacted]. I am kindly requesting for my account to be reinstated. I assure you that it was not my intention to violate any rules, and I rely on Facebook for promoting my music as a new artist. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated.

While watching a friend's Facebook Live, my account unexpectedly went into photo review. I suspected someone reported me, as it was the first time I encountered this issue. The following day, my account was accessible again, but then a girl invited me to moderate a Facebook page, "The Drama is Here," for tagging purposes. I mistakenly accepted and my account went back into photo review immediately, leading to its disabling 24 hours later. I had not violated any Facebook rules, except for using a nickname on my profile for personal safety reasons. I've been using this account with minimal issues since [redacted] and would like to have it reinstated promptly.
