This morning, Facebook was working fine. However, recently it logged me out, and I can't remember my password to log back in. When I tried to reset it, the system claimed my phone number and email were not valid. However, I can see my correct phone number on Messenger. Even after trying to update it, I'm still unable to access my account. Surprisingly, my profile picture remains the same, which makes me doubt that my account was hacked. Moreover, I didn't receive any notifications about changes to my email, further lowering my suspicion of hacking. I rely on Facebook daily for work and would like to regain access to my account.

While at work, I suddenly couldn't respond to anyone on Messenger, assuming it was my phone acting up. Later, when I tried to log back into Facebook, I was surprised to find out that my password was considered old and had been changed that day. Despite considering leaving social media, not being able to access Facebook since September has become urgent. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to my account. I attempted the "3 trusted contacts" method at 8:15 pm but haven't received the necessary email on my new email address by 8:15 am to proceed.

Hello, my name is Bhanuka D. I'm a BSc Aeronautical Engineering student in Sri Lanka. Two months ago, Facebook disabled my 7-year-old account. I was an admin of a cricket page with [redacted]+ likes, where I unknowingly posted cropped content videos that infringed copyright laws. I received warnings but didn't understand the rules as I was new to managing a Facebook page. Despite my efforts to appeal and provide verification documents, my account wasn't reinstated. I created new accounts hoping to reconnect with friends, but they were disabled shortly after. I'm puzzled as to why my accounts keep getting disabled for minor copyright violations. I acknowledge my mistakes and assure that I won't repeat them. I seek assistance in resolving this issue with Facebook so I can use the platform responsibly and reconnect with friends. Thank you.

My phone was damaged, and now I can't access the number linked to my account for a new code. I don't have an email set up for this account since my only email is linked to my previous one, which I just deactivated. I could use that email for a password reset link. I hope to avoid creating a new Facebook profile.

Since Facebook was down a few days ago, I haven't been able to access my account. I can log in on a friend's phone, but when I try on my own device, I just get a signal lost message. I've checked with the network, and they confirmed that I have good signal and Internet connection. I also tried clearing the cache, but it didn't help. When I try to confirm my identity, the signal is lost again. It's very frustrating because I can access my account on other devices without any issue. It seems like the problem is specific to my account and not my phone or computer.

I recently appealed a decision made by Facebook regarding a copyright violation. Despite submitting my national ID, Driving License ID, and University ID for verification, they did not return these documents. It happened about half a month ago. Today, I tried to create a new account to stay connected with my school friends and relive old memories, as I cherish my time on Facebook. Unfortunately, my new account was disabled again. I wonder if Facebook's facial recognition technology prevents me from creating a new account after a violation. While I acknowledge the seriousness of violations like rape, sexual, and religious content, my violation was minor, involving short videos. Although I understand the initial account disablement, I am puzzled as to why they continue to disable my new accounts. I assure you, I did not like any business pages for profit but merely for personal enjoyment. I am willing to comply with Facebook's policies moving forward. I seek help in resolving this issue and hope to regain access to my Facebook profile. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. I received a notification stating it was locked for security reasons, possibly due to an attempted hack. I managed to reset my password, but now when I try to log in, I am informed that my access is under review. This is concerning as I recently started running business ads through the account, and I am uncertain if they are still active or have been affected. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account promptly. Any assistance in recovering my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated.

I recently upgraded my phone, and during the transfer process, I got logged out of my Facebook and Messenger accounts. As an active duty member of the USAF, I relocate frequently. Due to this, I regularly change my phone numbers every few years, and my email address has also been updated since I initially set up my Facebook account over a decade ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email addresses, phone numbers, or recovery options associated with my accounts. I am uncertain how I can verify my identity to regain access to my accounts.

I need help solving this mystery. Yesterday afternoon, while on Facebook, I received a security alert prompting me to upload a selfie to confirm my identity. After doing so, I was logged out and now cannot access my account. Repeated login attempts lead to the same result. I'm currently using my old profile because I'm unsure of what steps to take next. I am unable to contact Facebook through the platform or receive any emails explaining the situation.

My account keeps getting disabled for no apparent reason. Despite changing my internet provider and phone, the problem persists. Every account I make ends up disabled, and it has been going on for over a year now. When prompted by Facebook to upload my picture, I comply, but they still disable my account. I am frustrated and exhausted by this ongoing issue. The lack of communication from Facebook support adds to my frustration as I am unable to reach them for help.

As an admin of our business Facebook page, I am facing an issue with tagging. Our business name doesn't appear as an option to tag when people try to tag us on Facebook. I've checked the Tagging Ability setting, allowing others to tag photos on our page, and the Others Tagging this Page setting, enabling people and other pages to tag us. Despite these settings, users are still unable to tag our page.

Hello, My name is Abhishek Saini. Unfortunately, I've lost access to my Facebook profile. Despite multiple attempts to recover it by submitting a government ID and a photo with a code as instructed by Facebook, I have not received any communication from them. The two-factor authentication on my account was linked to a number that is no longer active. I am now attempting to use my secondary contact, either my current phone number at [redacted] or my email at [redacted], to retrieve my account. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to regain access either through trusted contacts or by updating my phone number that is associated with the profile. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am currently investigating the situation where my profile picture appeared on a Facebook page named "instafling" without my intention. My wife came across this page while browsing and noticed my picture displayed prominently, although I have never engaged with or liked this page. When I checked my liked pages, "instafling" was not listed, but upon a refresh, the image disappeared from my wife's view. I am puzzled and seeking to understand why my profile picture ended up on a page I did not follow or like.

I had a CBD page on Facebook that might be why I can't connect my business with Facebook and Instagram. I suspect there's an ad restriction on my account even though I haven't run any ads on either platform before. This issue is holding me back from launching my small business, and I haven't violated any rules or conditions. I need assistance promptly to resolve this matter. Thank you.

My account got disabled by FACEBOOK for 24 hours due to an alleged violation of community standards. I took part in an online discussion where the question was asked, "What do you call Black people who do something stupid?" I replied with "stupid Black people." This conversation was among Black individuals discussing Black individuals, making my comment factual, not hate speech. FACEBOOK's abrupt decisions don't allow users to explain or defend themselves. I request an immediate restoration of my account for posting and also request the removal of this incident from my record.

Someone has hacked into my Facebook Business account and attempted to sell plants through it. They set a spending limit of $[redacted] per day. Thankfully, Facebook detected this activity and disabled my ads account to prevent further issues. I have already submitted a review over a week ago to reactivate my ads account, but I have not received any response yet. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I've been unable to log in to my Facebook account for the past two days. Every time I try, I receive the following error message. Can someone help me resolve this issue as soon as possible? "We see you're using the same device as someone who recently logged into their account. To help keep your account secure, please log in again."

I saw an ad claiming I won $50,[redacted] and clicked on it. Subsequently, my Facebook account got hacked, and now I cannot log in or access it. The hackers added a different email as a secondary account, preventing me from changing my password successfully. They have locked me out of Messenger, and they are contacting all my contacts and posting things on my page. I am eager to regain control of my Facebook. Do I need to disable my account, or is there a way to resolve this and regain access to it?

Hello. I encountered an issue while creating an account on Fb. The platform requested additional information to verify my identity. I complied by providing a photo of my driver's license. However, I received a notification stating "Your Account Has Been Disabled." I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly to regain access to my account. Additionally, if login continues to be problematic, I kindly request the deletion of the photo I submitted for verification to ensure my privacy. I am unsure of the retention period for this data and would like confirmation that it will not be stored indefinitely. The email address associated with the account is [redacted] Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. I am unable to receive a reset code, likely due to a changed phone number. Despite attempting to reset my password for the past four weeks, I am unable to progress as it consistently prompts for a verification passcode. I hope you can provide assistance as I am reluctant to create a new account or email address to resolve this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
