Hello, I am Mohammad Azam Khan from Kolkata, India, involved in the business of export and import for the past 8 years. I have been using my Facebook account for over 20 years, where I have foreign friends who know me well. However, last week, I noticed that my Facebook account has been disabled despite submitting my identity card. Unfortunately, my account is still not accessible. I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. It's saying my password was changed 10 months ago, but I've been consistently logged in on my phone. I recently logged out on my phone and now I can't access my account because the password has been changed. I've been using Messenger to stay connected as I didn't log out, but I'd like to access my account. When I try to reset my password, it's saying I can't access my email, which is confusing because I can. I've been locked out for several days now, and Facebook is my main way to contact my family in Dubai.

I am having trouble transferring my Facebook account to my new phone. Although I have the correct email address, I cannot recall my password and need to reset it. Despite attempting to reset it and being informed that a reset email was sent to me, I have not received any emails from Facebook in my inbox. My profile goes by the name Jenny Brown and the email associated is [redacted] My daughter initially set up my account, and she might have used her old email address, likely starting with horsemadKb@hotmail. However, Facebook clearly shows my current email as [redacted] I am puzzled as to where the reset emails are being directed.

I posted three ads for a total of 30€ on November 28th, but I was charged [redacted]€. Additionally, Facebook is trying to take an extra 70€ from me. I cannot wait two days for Facebook's reply as I am currently out of funds. Update: Nine days later, still no response from Facebook and no refund of the unauthorized 90€ taken from my bank account. This lack of communication and overcharging is unacceptable; it feels like theft. Many others seem to be facing similar issues, so please be cautious - Facebook's customer service seems lacking. Consequently, I have decided to delete my Facebook account.

My account got disabled after someone shared fake photos of me. I tried to protect the person who posted it by cropping their name out of my post. I've had my Facebook account since it started and never had any issues. Please reactivate my account as I have precious photos and memories of passed family and friends on it. I swear I did nothing wrong.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Facebook business account, which has been disabled without any clear reason. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive the message: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're currently reviewing your submission. We're always looking out for the security of our community, so until then, you won't be able to use Facebook." This problem has persisted for approximately 48 hours now. A similar situation occurred in the past and was resolved within 24 hours. However, this time the issue remains unresolved.

I created a secondary Facebook account to link to my PUBG mobile game, but I rarely use that account. Now, I cannot access the game because I can no longer log in to that Facebook account. I am disappointed with the customer service provided to me. I requested a week of advertisement for my two novels, "Simple Truth" and "Musical Chairs", however, I have not seen any ad created. I now wish to cancel this request entirely as I will not be paying for a service that was not delivered as promised. Recently, my spouse was involved in an affair, and his former mistress now has control of his account. She has tampered with all the information, making it impossible for us to access the account despite numerous attempts to reset it. To avoid further harassment like the one experienced over the holiday season when she troubled many of our family members, we simply wish to delete the entire account. The account is registered under the name Duck Moore. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, my Facebook account got disabled after someone changed my profile picture and cover photo to inappropriate images. Now, my PUBG account has been hacked, and the hacker changed the profile picture too. I am unable to log into my Facebook account as it is showing disabled. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account connected to PUBG. Unfortunately, someone changed my display picture to an image of Osama Bin Laden and my cover photo to an ISIS photo, resulting in my account being disabled for violating terms of service. Additionally, I noticed that someone playing PUBG using my account also changed the display picture. I kindly request assistance in recovering my Facebook account promptly. My aunt managed to access my Facebook account unknowingly, as she was still logged in on the other phone. She then changed my password, leaving me unable to reset it. Since she also has control of the linked Yahoo mail account, I cannot access it. The phone numbers associated with the accounts are no longer in use. I have created a new account, but I wish to delete the compromised one entirely. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On Facebook, my friends and I are facing harassment from a bot that hacks accounts and pretends to be others. Previously known as Nanapass Chan, the bot insults people and sends spam videos, aiming to manipulate emotions and gather information through communication. Despite reporting and blocking the accounts, the bot continuously creates new ones, deactivates reported accounts to avoid being banned, and persists in its harmful activities. Some of its profiles include Channa Pathirana(black jack) and the active account Kei Chan. We believe tracking the IP Address and blocking access through that IP can help stop this individual or entity from accessing Facebook. We are seeking a permanent solution to end the abuse, prevent further hacking, and protect relationships that have been affected.

I recently received a 7-day Facebook suspension for sharing a cartoon I originally found on the platform. I had posted it previously without any issues a year ago. Facebook presented the cartoon as a "memory" post, and I reposted it, assuming it was acceptable since it had been fine before and was even sent to me by Facebook. The cartoon depicted Andy Capp with the text "Women are temperamental - 50% temper and 50% mental." Despite appealing the ban, Facebook rejected it. This isn't my first run-in with Facebook moderation. Previously, I was banned for 48 hours for another "offensive" post. I appealed that ban as well, and while Facebook acknowledged their error and apologized, my ban remained in place for the full 48 hours. It's frustrating to face these inconsistencies in Facebook's moderation policies and decisions.

I recently purchased a new iPhone and transferred all my apps over. However, when I tried to log in to Facebook, I couldn't remember my password. I clicked on "Forgot password" and followed the process to reset it. After changing my password and attempting to log in again, Facebook asked for identity confirmation. I tried the two options provided - identifying photos of friends and recent comments - but I still couldn't pass the verification process.
