I recently received a report about a potential infringement regarding the Christmas elves I sell as part of my home-based business for children’s items. The elves are not specified as authentic and come in various colors, so I am unsure why this is considered infringement. I have already reached out to the company, assured them I will no longer sell the items, and am awaiting their response. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing login issues on Facebook for the past 9-10 days. Every time I try to log in, I receive an error message saying they are working on fixing the problem, impacting only my account across multiple devices. I have tried to contact Facebook through various means but have had no success. This issue is severely affecting my business during the holiday season, which is crucial for my income as a stay-at-home mom of three kids.

Hello, I am Francisca Aboagye, the founder of the International Women's Prayer Ministry. Recently, I worked with Jenny Hoofnagle Smith from the Baltimore Christian Fellowship Center to set up a Facebook page for IWPM. Jenny then passed on the Admin role to me when she no longer wanted to be involved. During our work on the page, I was prompted to verify my identity with a photo ID, which I attempted to do. Unfortunately, as a newcomer to Facebook, I may have inadvertently violated some of their terms unknowingly. IWPM is a registered non-profit with the IRS and is also recognized in the State of Maryland. We are eager to understand the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future. Despite several log-ins, my account is now disabled, showing a message with a KEY icon. Our ministry's email is [redacted], and my personal email is [redacted] Thank you.

I am unable to post comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. It keeps saying I went too fast and now I am blocked. Please unblock me so I can resume commenting. Your assistance in unblocking me would be greatly appreciated as I enjoy using Facebook to share my thoughts. I have already reported this issue to Facebook Help Center and have been waiting a long time for a resolution. Thank you for your help.

Hello, This afternoon on November 18, [redacted], I received a message from my credit card company informing me that Facebook was charging my card for ads. After contacting my bank, I discovered that Facebook had been charging approximately [redacted] L.E for ads that I did not authorize or create. This amount is excessive and unbelievable for Facebook activity. To provide some context, in the summer of [redacted], I ran a simple Facebook ad costing [redacted] L.E where I provided my credit card details and password to Facebook. Until now, nearly [redacted] L.E has been charged, with [redacted] L.E already deducted before I had to suspend my credit card. This situation is distressing for me. I believe this issue stems from a system error, not my personal oversight, and I am hoping for a prompt refund. Kindly address this matter and refund the sum to my account [redacted]

My business account was deactivated by Facebook for not meeting their advertising policies. I have thoroughly reviewed the policies and feel the deactivation was unfair. I want to appeal this decision, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching Facebook. I have tried to verify my business documents multiple times, but each attempt has been denied. I even had my bank manager write a letter with the necessary information for verification, yet this was also rejected. I am worried there may be an issue with Facebook’s system. Regarding an earlier appeal, I acknowledged an error in the Ad Headline which was rectified on 10/11. However, my business account was shut down again after a revised ad was posted in compliance with Facebook’s policies. I am unsure why this ad led to the account deactivation and would like a review of this decision. I am unable to comprehend how this ad violated any policies. I am eager to find a resolution with Facebook, but the lack of response is concerning. How should I proceed?

I rely heavily on Facebook for coordinating animal rescue efforts, and recently I encountered an issue that is preventing me from accessing my account. After sending an important message to a state representative regarding a dog in need, I returned to check for a response but found that my Facebook page was not loading properly. The header displays, but nothing else loads. Initially, I could access the notifications by clicking on the bell icon, but now even that is no longer functioning. I am eager to reconnect with the humane society representative and address the urgent situation. My username is laura.k.walker.1. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your help in advance.

I converted my personal account to a page on May 30, [redacted], after waiting for 6 months. As a producer/DJ, I aimed to have an official page for marketing purposes and to separate my personal and professional life. Despite choosing to convert it to a page to have my artist name, Vladan Krstic, displayed, I faced challenges with Facebook's help center. I only received repetitive, robotic responses without clear explanations or solutions to my issue. I made this change to establish myself as an official musician with my own authentic account since I am present on multiple music platforms and have released my own songs. However, after 6 months, my page still displays "Creating your page" without the ability to publish any content, despite having all my photos, followers, and likes transferred. This situation seems illogical and frustrating.

I have compiled a directory of freely available videos and their URLs showcasing grand rounds in internal medicine and distinguished medical lectureships produced primarily in the last year. The current lack of such a directory makes it difficult for these valuable lectures to be easily accessed and viewed. I believe physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and even hospital administrators worldwide could benefit from such a resource, especially in underdeveloped areas that have access to cell phones and the internet. I am reaching out to Facebook to explore potential partnership opportunities in creating a program that would automate the search and entry of new lectures into a searchable database. This collaboration would not only streamline the process but also provide valuable expertise beyond what I can offer as an individual physician. The directory is organized by reverse chronologic order, internal medicine subspecialties, and various medical topics for easy navigation. Although the directory contains around [redacted] lectures, users can focus on the list of grand rounds in reverse chronologic order with highlighted keywords to quickly find relevant titles. With approximately 80 new titles added monthly, users can efficiently keep up-to-date with the latest lectures in just a few minutes. - James S., MD

I am facing an issue with my FB page for my foundation, U R It Unlimited, a certified [redacted](c)3 organization. The page has been taken over by various organizations and individuals who keep posting pictures on it. Despite my attempts to block these photos, they keep reappearing. As a one-person team, I rely on Facebook to share information about workshops and use the donation button to raise funds, which was working fine before. Recently, I tried to post an end-of-year fundraising effort, but it got rejected due to too much text, and the donate button disappeared. It's crucial for me to focus on fundraising at this time, and I cannot manage a separate website. Additionally, there are unwanted messages containing GIFs that I can't seem to stop. I need assistance with this situation urgently.

My Facebook account got temporarily disabled due to suspicious activity. I've completed the security check 5 times, changed my password each time, but I keep getting stuck in a loop after logging in. It seems like there's a program loop linked to my email pushing to lock my account every time I reset the password. Despite trying to follow the help section instructions, requesting a code, and resetting the password, I keep encountering the same screen over and over. I'm unsure what Facebook needs to do, but there's definitely an issue. I haven't found anyone else facing the same problem. HELP!

I have created a Public Figure Page called CHD Legacy for my blog. Now, I have written a book, and I intend to change the page name back to Stephanie Romer (my name) as an Author & Advocate page. Unfortunately, the name change was denied because my page doesn't look like an Author page yet. I plan to transition after organizing my social media for the book release. I have received reviews about my Advocacy work and blog, CHD Legacy, and I wish to change the name to Stephanie Romer (Advocate & Author as categories). I have created an Author public figure page named "Stephanie Romer" but it doesn't include my previous content, making it unusable for me. I intend to update the profile and cover photos once the name change is approved to reflect my latest work. I appreciate your assistance in facilitating this adjustment as I prepare to launch my book. Thank you! - Stephanie Romer

Hello, Today, I was offering mentoring on my Facebook page. I was asked to prove my identity, and I willingly provided my phone number. I took a photo of myself and submitted it for review. Facebook flagged my account, although it has been active for years without any issues. This is hindering as I manage a News & Political page and need to keep it constantly updated. I have been trying to contact someone via phone to resolve this matter, but have been unsuccessful. I am seeking assistance to quickly resolve this issue and appreciate any guidance you can provide. Hello, I'm Mark Hewitt. Recently, there have been unauthorized changes to my Facebook account details. After falling victim to a friend's recommendation about a supposed promotion, I ended up sharing my account information with an individual named David Collins who claimed to be associated with Mark Zuckerberg/Facebook. Subsequently, my account showed signs of unauthorized access from different locations. Despite my efforts to reset my password, I kept encountering unfamiliar email addresses and phone numbers connected to my profile, such as [redacted] and +[redacted]6. This situation led me to create a new account, but I am eager to have my original account restored while ensuring that David Collins is reported to prevent further scams. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Mark Hewitt.

I have been trying to recover my Facebook account by sending a picture with a code written on it three times. I didn't update my phone number on the account, and it has two-step authentication. Unfortunately, my last device with access to the account got damaged, and I can't generate a login code. Every time I try to recover by sending the picture with the code, I get an error message saying the link may be broken. I haven't received any emails regarding my recovery attempts. I also tried submitting my government ID, but still encountered the same issue with a broken link.

My account was suspended yesterday for a month without receiving any notification from Facebook about the reason. The violation list did not show any new infractions after the 3-day suspension on October 10th, which was due to a comment supporting Hong Kong law enforcement. A post of mine earlier this month was blocked despite being fact-based, but it got restored after I questioned the blackout in several groups. It appears that Facebook's Singapore office might have a bias against individuals sharing dissenting opinions on the Singaporean government. Thank you.

I received a message on Facebook from a person named Mark Parker who claims to be a surgeon in Sri Lanka. He began asking personal questions such as my marital status, homeownership, and if I have children. Feeling uneasy about the discussion, I ended the conversation promptly. I have informed Comcast, my internet service provider, about this interaction. It seems that he may be attempting to deceive someone, but I will not be a victim of this scam.

Hello, I am reaching out because it has been a few weeks now, and I would like my account to be back up and running. My account was hacked on Tuesday, November 5th, late in the evening. I received a notification on Messenger from a person in China that I did not add. While at work, I ignored it. Shortly after, a family member asked about what I was sharing on Facebook. When I tried to access the app, I found that my account had been disabled. Confused and concerned about the friend request from earlier, I realized I had been hacked as my family mentioned posts on my page. Additionally, my Instagram was also blocked because it's connected to my Facebook. I was able to regain access to Instagram the same night. I have followed the steps on Facebook’s page, submitted my passport twice for ID verification, but I have not received any email or response. I'm hoping this issue can be resolved soon. Thank you.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with unauthorized access to my account resulting in spam videos being posted and my friends being tagged without my consent. Despite changing my password numerous times, I have reached a point where I can no longer recall it. Upon attempting to reset it, the verification code sent to my phone was deemed incorrect, leading me to a recovery link. As I proceed with the recovery process by inputting my name, my profile fails to appear, prompting me to identify a friend. The system then denies the name I input, asserting it is misspelled or nonexistent. This friend happens to be my husband, and I am certain of the spelling. I am utterly frustrated by this situation and seek assistance in regaining control of my account to remove any compromising content. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I listed an item for sale on the marketplace on behalf of a friend. Today, someone inquired about the item, but my friend changed his mind about selling it without instructing me to remove the post. While I wait for my friend's decision, the potential buyer insisted I remove the listing to prevent him from reporting it as a scam on FB. I feel pressured to take down the post just because the buyer is upset he couldn't purchase the item. I am hesitant to delete the post until I confirm with my friend whether he wants to sell to this individual. I am concerned about my FB account being flagged due to this situation. I intend to discuss with my friend whether to remove the post or if there was a specific reason he did not want to sell to this particular buyer. I feel uneasy about the buyer's threats to report it as a scam. Any suggestions are welcome.
