Hello, I recently posted on a closed group (Professional Asian) and it was mistakenly reported as spam. I am a paying member of this group and suspect that a jealous competitor might be targeting me. My post was not spam; it featured a single picture shared from my business page along with a brief description and contact details for my registered business. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence to support this. How can Facebook assist me and prevent future targeting of my business? Each time this occurs, I miss out on potential business opportunities within the group because my posts are not visible. Is there a way to expedite the review process and avoid incorrect targeting in the future? Thank you for your help, Lumbini B. (Crumbs Eggless)

I want to report a fraudulent incident that occurred on Facebook. Someone impersonated my friend, Steve H., and I have reported it. Additionally, I was also a victim of fraud by Mildred N., who was colluding with the person pretending to be Steve H. I lost $[redacted].00 USD, thinking I was interacting with Steve H. and Mildred N. I made the payment through PayPal, but I couldn't get a refund as Mildred N. insisted on using the friend option for payment. PayPal advised me to contact Facebook since the fraud happened on their platform. I have submitted a request to Facebook, but I haven't received a response yet. I am reaching out again as I cannot afford to lose this money, especially as a Vietnam veteran. I trusted Facebook to be a safe platform for communication, and I seek guidance on how to recover my funds.

I have been receiving notifications about suspicious activity on my account. Some friends mentioned seeing posts I didn't make. I tried the recovery steps and found that my recent likes, unfriended people, and last two posts were mine. However, when I skipped these, I encountered an error page after the recent posts question. The message states, "Sorry, this page is unavailable right now. An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later." I have attempted this process around 20-25 times since 11 a.m. I have changed my password multiple times but still can't access my account. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I have already clearly outlined the issue and the solution to it. I kindly request that Facebook removes the offensive comments and threats to my privacy, as well as the photos of my car. These images make my car a target and contribute to the stress my spouse and I are experiencing. Additionally, I urge Facebook to thoroughly evaluate the site's admin for incitement and mismanagement, considering their possible removal. I am an innocent individual in this situation and have not violated any Facebook policies. However, my removal not only suggests wrongdoing on my part but also impedes my ability to take protective actions if this situation escalates.

A few days ago, I encountered an issue accessing my Facebook app. It required me to answer security questions. I tried multiple times, but even though I believe my answers are correct, the system keeps saying they are wrong. I used to work for a music promotion company called Iris in Atlanta, so many friends on my list were for work. Some listed are not personal acquaintances. I even cross-referenced images on another device, but it still didn't accept my answers. I've submitted my ID photo but received no response. Is there any other form of identification I can provide? I've attempted to reset my password via email, but nothing has been successful. I have my password, access to the account email, and various IDs available. Please advise on how I can verify my identity.

I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account that I got inexplicably logged out of back in Feb. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to regain access, I discovered that during the initial account setup, Facebook auto-corrected my email address incorrectly, which is hindering me from receiving the reset code. I have some old information saved in the account, such as previous passwords and old reset codes, but I'm unable to successfully log in. I have screenshots as proof of ownership. The correct email address I should have used is the one I'm using to contact you now, but due to Facebook's auto-correction error, the number "41" was omitted. I'm eager to reclaim access to my account, particularly to retain my progress in Slotomania and Gin Rummy. I even attempted to create a Google account for this purpose, but it failed. Can I create a new Gmail account using the correct email so that I can resume playing my games?

Three days ago, when I tried to log into my account, I was prompted to answer some security questions. Despite knowing my password and never having trouble logging in before, these questions were required. I've correctly answered the questions about identifying five friends or recent contacts on Messenger, but the system keeps saying I'm wrong. I even double-checked the names to ensure accuracy. I have access to my email, password, and photo identification linked to the account. Can you assist me in gaining access to my account as I am unable to bypass this security hurdle? Thank you.

I recently had to replace my cell phone, and I'm experiencing difficulties transferring all my messages to the new device. Despite completing the necessary steps to unlock my account, I have not received the text messages containing the unlock code. I followed the instructions to send a picture with a special code and my face, as well as a picture of my government ID, but I have not received any response after more than twenty-four hours. This situation is frustrating as I have important projects, such as websites and podcasts, linked to this account, and I would prefer not to restart everything from scratch.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I've attempted to recover and reset my password, but once I log in, it prompts for an OTP to be sent to my inactive phone number with no alternative method available. This has resulted in being locked out of my account. Despite being notified of suspicious activity, I have not engaged in any. It would be beneficial to have an alternative verification method such as email.

I am unable to access my Facebook account as my password has been changed, and I no longer have access to the email linked to the account for a password reset. I submitted my ID, but after receiving a response saying the issue was resolved, I am still unable to log in. My primary email is [redacted], and my secondary email is [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. Please send a password reset to either of these email addresses so I can regain access. This is urgent as I am locked out of my account and need assistance. Thank you.

Good afternoon! I am seeking assistance with an issue our agency encountered during a nonprofit's name rebranding project. The client delayed the name change announcement until their recent annual gala. I successfully updated the usernames on Twitter and Facebook as planned. However, I faced a challenge with Instagram. Despite securing the @MealsOnWheelsOC username, I could not change the account's @username as desired due to unavailability. I hold the necessary @username and aim to transition it smoothly to preserve the client's online presence. Likewise, on Facebook, I encountered a restriction preventing me from changing the "Page Name" despite my admin access. I appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter and ensuring a seamless transition for the nonprofit.

I believe I have successfully deactivated my Facebook account due to multiple hacking incidents. Recently, a friend received a strange call regarding connecting on computers as my phone supposedly wasn't working. She noticed the suspicious activity and reported it. Despite attempting to deactivate before, I faced difficulties until last night when I received a confirmation message. However, friends are still receiving suspicious messages. I am worried about their vulnerability as not everyone checks with me first. This situation is frustrating, and Facebook needs to make deactivation easier to prevent such hacking incidents.

1. I have been receiving multiple "friend requests" from various individuals I regularly communicate with. 2. A message that said, "This looks like you" with an attached video caused my account to be compromised after I opened it. The message was then sent to everyone on my Facebook friend list without my authorization. 3. Despite changing my Facebook password and removing a recent "friend" I didn't accept, I am unable to enable two-step verification. I have checked my text message settings on Facebook but I can't figure out why I'm not receiving the code needed to set up this additional security measure.

I have been repeatedly banned from Facebook advertising without any clear reasons. I receive the same generic message every time, stating that my ad account is disabled for policy violations. Despite following all guidelines and requesting clarification, I continue to face this issue. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this ongoing problem.

I am currently helping a friend, Barbara H., who is trying to access her Facebook account on her new iPad. The email address linked to her account is no longer valid, and attempts to use her new email or cell phone number to reset the account have been unsuccessful. She is eager to retain access to her old account. Her current email address is [redacted], and the outdated one is [redacted] Despite the efforts made, the code required for verification does not reach her new cell number. If there is a way to reset the account that does not involve the old email address or the unresponsive phone number, we would greatly appreciate the assistance.

We are currently experiencing difficulty accessing our Facebook band account due to a lost password and an inactive email for password recovery. We are in possession of various old passwords and can verify our identities, as well as provide any necessary proof of ID. It is suspected that a friend and photographer, who is no longer with us, may have changed the password. We have attempted to use the designated friends for account recovery, but this option is not available. We are seeking assistance in either restoring access to the account, or having it deactivated or hidden to prevent outdated information and photographs from being viewed by other users. We are willing to provide any additional information requested for verification purposes. Thank you for your guidance. Best regards.

I recently updated my phone number on Facebook and got a confirmation. To secure my account, I logged out of all linked accounts, but now Facebook sends two-step verification codes to my old number, making it impossible for me to log in. I've already been through a lot to try and fix this. I had three trusted friends verify me and have two sets of codes to prove my identity. I need Facebook to unlock my account so I can access it and protect my information effectively.

Hello, I have a question concerning a URL for a business page. Earlier today, as I was setting up a business page, I inadvertently used my business email to create a separate account, instead of utilizing my personal account as an admin. Subsequently, I noticed that the page's title was set to my personal name, which I did not intend. Despite my efforts to change it, Facebook informed me that I had to use my real name to make any edits. After some online research, I discovered it is recommended to create the page using my personal account. Therefore, I deactivated and deleted the initial page to start over using my personal account as suggested. Regrettably, since I had already selected a URL during my first attempt, I am now unable to use it because it appears as "taken," even though it was associated with the deleted page. I am aware that it will take 30 days for the initial account to be completely removed. My query is, once the original page is permanently deleted after 30 days, will the URL become available for use again? Furthermore, is it possible for Facebook to release that URL before the 30 days have elapsed? I am eager to reclaim and use that specific URL, as I initially intended. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear FACEBOOK, I recently received an unsolicited email on the 21st of October with a code ([redacted]) inviting me to log in, which I do not wish to do. I tried to reply to confirm this but encountered difficulty due to the email address provided for me to respond to being noreply@facebook. Despite my attempts to convey that I do not wish to log in, I have received two more emails with the same invitation. The original email mentioned contacting you, but did not provide instructions on how to do so, which would have been helpful. I kindly request guidance on how to stop receiving these messages in the future. Thank you, Alberto de la Cruz Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain

I think my account was hacked as I am unable to access it. I am concerned because my account appears to be disabled and it seems someone has been using it without my knowledge. I am perplexed as to why it was deactivated since I did not violate any rules. Please assist me in reactivating my account as I have important photos and content stored there, including my radio station recordings. I am willing to change my email back to my old one if required. I suspect my account was compromised as I did not engage in any suspicious activity that would warrant deactivation. Kindly investigate this matter promptly and restore my access. I am willing to update my email and enhance security measures if necessary. Thank you for your attention. My name is Rodney H., and my email associated with the account is [redacted]
