I recently had a 3-day Facebook ban for posting an ad about a horse for sale on August 22nd, which I accepted. However, shortly after that ban ended, I was banned again for 7 days without any new violations in my support inbox. Following the second ban, I was banned for 30 days, still with no new violations showing in my inbox. It seems like there might be a glitch in Facebook's system. I run a business that helps re-home horses, and I would like to be able to advertise legitimately on my page since Facebook does permit real businesses to advertise horses. More importantly, I just want to be able to use my account correctly and have these mistaken bans removed from my record. Thank you.

Greetings, I am in distress because my Facebook fan page has been compromised by unauthorized individuals, namely Nguyễn Văn Minh and Ezmarelda Lutz. I recently returned from a trip to India where my Facebook worked without any issues using a local sim card. Upon my arrival back in the UK and switching to my British sim, I received a notification stating that my account has been disabled. However, none of the reasons provided for the disablement apply to me. I submitted a photo of myself holding my passport for identification verification three days ago but have not received any updates since then. As a result, I am unable to use Facebook Messenger, which is my primary means of communication with my mother. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My account was logged out automatically, and when I tried to log back in multiple times, it kept showing 'wrong password.' Upon attempting to reset my password, I received a link sent to an unfamiliar email address. I reported my hacked account to Facebook, provided my ID, received a response that the issue was resolved, but still cannot log in as it shows incorrect email and password. My old email linked to the account is inaccessible as it was a school address, which had worked fine with Facebook post-graduation. My friends noticed my account still shows me as active, indicating a possible hack. Please assist me in resolving this matter urgently as I really need access to my account back. My ex has gained remote access to my phone and hacked into all my accounts, including Facebook. Due to this intrusion, I've lost access to my Gmail and had to deactivate the phone linked to my accounts. To secure my accounts, I'm staying off my home WiFi and all my devices. Unfortunately, reconnecting has been challenging because of the remote control situation. I've been trying to regain access using friends' computers, but coordinating them has been hard; they're in Germany, Arizona, and Texas. It's a frustrating situation, and I desperately need help contacting Facebook to resolve this issue. I have cherished photos on my account that I don't want to lose.

I recently had my computer rebuilt and am having trouble accessing Facebook and Messenger. On October 12, [redacted], while chatting with my friends in a private group on Messenger, I shared a video clip that was instantly deleted from the chat. Shortly after, I was automatically logged out of both Facebook and Messenger. I then received emails from Facebook citing violations of their terms and policies resulting in the disabling of my account. Despite submitting my international passport as proof of ID and appealing through the form on Facebook, I have not received any updates. My disabled account, which I have had for 8-9 years, is crucial for staying connected with friends, family, colleagues, and students. I recently created a Facebook account using my phone number [redacted] but it was disabled shortly after. I tried verifying it with a photo, then with my driver's license, but it remains disabled. I then created another account with the same phone number and my email [redacted], but this account was also disabled. I am now attempting to verify it with my driver’s license and student card. Good morning. I recently had my business managers disabled by Facebook, and I am currently trying to appeal this decision. It has been two days, but I have not received any response from them yet. I invest significant funds in running ads for my business and would like to continue doing so. I am seeking advice on how to escalate this issue to the appropriate authorities. When I attempted to delete two older ads due to policy violations, I found that both my main and backup business managers were disabled. I manage a business Facebook page. In February, I opened a new checking account. I did not provide Facebook with my credit card number. However, they charged my account for advertising four times without my authorization. Despite not using the page for two years, they obtained my bank account number from Google according to a representative. I plan to seek legal advice and report this incident to the state's attorney. I requested to speak to a supervisor during my last call regarding payment issues, but the charges persist even after removing my card. There's a situation that needs urgent attention. A fake Facebook account has been created using a photo of me and a friend as the profile picture. The person is using a false name and has been sending inappropriate and threatening messages to my fiancée in the Philippines. My fiancée, Leny Lucero from Cebu, is applying for a visa at the U.S. embassy and now fears for her safety due to these messages. I was in contact with a Jeremy from Facebook, but he stopped responding to my emails.
