Since June of this year, I have been trying to remove unwanted photos of myself from Facebook that were uploaded by someone else. Despite reporting privacy violations, some of these remain, and I have had no luck in getting them removed. This situation is causing issues in my current relationship, given that these photos are from past relationships. I never agreed to have them posted, and they serve no purpose now. I urge Facebook to consider my situation and make an exception to their Community Standards to remove these images promptly.

My name was Ashley Brown when I got married, but after my husband and I separated, I changed my Facebook name back to my maiden name, O'Connor. I currently reside in Florida but am originally from Illinois. I am eager to regain access to the Facebook account I started when the platform first launched because it holds countless cherished memories. Unfortunately, my attempts to recover the account were thwarted after I was arrested on September 3, [redacted], and my husband accessed my phone without my knowledge, which I only discovered upon my release on November 23, [redacted]. I reported the account as potentially being hacked by my husband or impersonated as me. I have submitted my ID to validate my identity but encountered hurdles due to still legally having my married name. Please, I implore you to recognize me as the rightful owner of the original account under the name Ashley O'Connor created before [redacted]. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties creating parent/child Facebook location pages for our client. When attempting to add child pages, I encounter an issue where the prompt to rename the page remains blank and the page is not automatically renamed in later steps. Subsequently, I receive an error message stating that I cannot change the location page's name and I am prompted to request a name change before adding it to Locations. However, trying to manually change the page to match the main brand page results in an error indicating that the page already exists. Despite searching extensively for a solution, the only advice I have come across is that it is a bug that requires contacting Facebook to resolve. I recently received an email from Facebook informing me that my page has been taken down due to a violation of their Terms of Use. Unfortunately, the email did not specify the exact violation, nor did it include a link to an appeals form. This situation is confusing and concerning, especially considering the page has been up for years without issue. I am unsure how recent updates to reflect my company's current status could have violated these terms. While the updated content is factual and non-offensive, highlighting my company's digital media solutions, I am eager to rectify any issues promptly. I have reached out to Facebook via [redacted] and copied [redacted] in my email, but it was undelivered. I am in need of assistance to understand the violation, have any offending content removed, and have my page reinstated in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Use.

I've been a user of Facebook for many years, enjoying games like Farmville. Recently, my account was compromised by someone identifying as OLUWA VICTORIA TRACY, who has since taken over my account and is now targeting other accounts. Despite friends and family reporting the activity to Facebook, I've been disabled for allegedly breaking the rules, which I deny. I naively provided my cell number when the hacker claimed they needed help recovering a lost account. However, things took a turn when they requested a $[redacted] Amazon gift card in exchange for inappropriate photos, leading to further chaos as they blocked my friends and even my wife. I can't access my email as it has also been compromised, so I'm reaching out for help. Please assist me in resolving this situation before it escalates further.

On Saturday, I had full access to my Facebook account using only my phone. However, in the evening, I got logged out and couldn't log back in because it said I was using an old password, which I hadn't changed. I tried to recover access by submitting a request form through the provided information pages but found the process very confusing and frustrating, especially with uploading IDs. Finally, I received an email from an @support.facebook.com address in Vietnamese. I attempted to resubmit my request on Monday without any response. This morning, I discovered that my phone number and email on the account now belong to a Vietnamese name instead of mine.

I, M.H., recently created a new account because of an individual named D.W. After reconnecting with an old friend from Job Corps, they provided an ID photo to verify their identity. Despite being hesitant due to the personal information requests related to a financial matter, I was swayed by the familiarity of the conversation. Engaging in a dialogue between my trusted friend and the suspicious individual, I sought reassurance and was advised to trust the latter. Unfortunately, my account got hacked this morning, and a family member sent me concerning screenshots thinking they were from our conversation. I urgently require assistance in retrieving my account. Hello, I am Tamayor Pitts. My account was recently disabled due to harassment and multiple reports from another user. When I try to log in, Facebook asks me to change my password and add a phone number. However, every number I try to add triggers a message stating I am using the feature incorrectly. I have verified my identity with my ID. Despite creating several new accounts after my main one was closed, each one gets disabled even after email and number verification. I value the Facebook community created by my friends but feel it is unfair as my main account existed for a long time. The account harassing me continues to post harmful content against Facebook rules. I request full access to my account or complete deletion to stop notifications from the other accounts. Otherwise, I will cease making new accounts and supporting Facebook. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. I suspect I may have forgotten my password because it is not working. When I tried the "forgot my password" option, Facebook attempted to send a verification code to an old email address that I no longer have access to. After redirecting it to my current email, I have not received any emails with the verification code to reset my password. This issue has persisted for nearly two weeks, and a similar problem occurred about a month ago, lasting for two weeks as well. I believe my account was compromised by an ex-boyfriend who has been stalking me, so securing it is crucial. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as I changed my phone number. The online process has not been successful despite attempting it multiple times. My current number is not being recognized as the old device since I have a new phone. Each time I try to set this up with Facebook, it links me to the previous user of my current number. I have tried to contact that person to update their number but have not received a response. The individual with my old number has sent me the code, but by the time I try to use it, it has expired. I am experiencing an issue with the Facebook App on my iPad, a 6th generation 9.7 model running the latest update. Several months ago, I noticed a problem that others are also facing on iPads. When I click on notifications like birthdays on the main newsfeed page, the screen that appears is grayed out. Previously, I could wish the person a happy birthday and click "Done," but now it just returns me to the newsfeed. Additionally, the notifications are not updating daily anymore. For instance, it still shows a birthday reminder from the 17th when it's a different day. I've tried logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and even rebooting the iPad, but the issue persists. A colleague with an iPad is experiencing the same problem. Missing a friend's birthday due to this issue prompted me to seek a solution. I hope there will be an update soon to address this problem.

It has come to my attention that someone is misusing my Facebook page, EVOLVE HEARING CENTER, by promoting cheap hearing aids and directing customers to send money to their bank account. This deceptive advertising has led to at least two individuals contacting me after falling victim to this scam. It is concerning that my business name is being exploited in such a manner, and I want to bring this issue to Facebook's attention for investigation and resolution. The victims mentioned that they were targeted through Facebook, where the scam advertised hearing aids for $89, which is not a service I offer online or through Facebook ads. I urge Facebook to take immediate action to address this fraudulent activity to protect consumers and uphold the integrity of my legitimate business page. I am prepared to escalate this matter to other online platforms if necessary. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Navigating the website has become challenging for me due to a brain injury. I am facing difficulty accessing my account because I changed my password but can't remember it. When attempting to reset it, I discovered I no longer have the email linked to my account. While I am still logged into my apps, I cannot log in on a new device. Although I updated my phone number, changing the password requires the old one I forgot. Adding a new email for a password reset proves impossible without the necessary information. I had designated friends to assist in such situations, but one friend is reluctant to provide the code. Despite efforts to clarify, I have not made progress in resolving this issue.

I was a member of a group named FTD Spouse, designed for spouses of individuals with Frontal Temporal Degeneration (FTD). The group is intended to be a safe space for caregivers to share openly without judgment. Recently, I was unexpectedly removed from the group, and all my posts from the past year were deleted. When I inquired with the moderator, Janelle, she claimed I violated Facebook standards but did not provide specifics. Other members who questioned my removal were also silenced by Janelle, who threatened to delete their posts and remove them from the group. Janelle's actions feel like harassment and bullying, not just towards me but to other silenced members as well. The posts she flagged as violations were actually positive and supportive. I believe Janelle is imposing her views on the group unfairly. Being ousted from the group has been distressing for me as it was my solace for dealing with the challenges of FTD caregiving. Asking Facebook to investigate this issue of censorship within the FTD Spouse group would be beneficial.

I need help updating my phone number in my account. I recently got a new phone, and the two-step authentication is enabled, but I cannot receive the code because it keeps getting sent to my old phone. I tried uploading a picture of my ID, but I keep getting an error message saying "something went wrong." I even tried sending a picture of myself holding the code, but there was no response. I received an email saying it couldn't be delivered, possibly because I'm blocked. I created a new Facebook account, but it was deleted after two days by Facebook or some unknown source. Now, when I try to log in with my email, [redacted], for the first Facebook account, it says it can't find the account. My friends confirmed that the old account is still on their friends list.

I have been banned for alleged hate speech for the third time. The posts that led to my ban are misunderstood. Those reviewing the reports need to translate them to see they are not hateful. People are reporting me for swearing and being a female in Egypt. Please review my latest ban. If you translate my post, you will see I was discussing how girls in Egypt are vulnerable to blackmail due to nude photos and cannot speak out in a society that oppresses women. It is frustrating to be wrongly punished and unable to address it. Please lift the ban.

When trying to open Facebook on my phone, I encountered an issue with my account. After entering a security code texted to my phone and uploading a picture of myself, my timeline briefly appeared before being replaced by a screen prompting me to confirm my account. Despite already confirming it, I am stuck on this screen with a "cannot connect" message. I would like to resolve this issue and get rid of the confirmation screen preventing me from browsing my timeline.
