The issue in GetHuman-katyjone's own words
I changed my password and it sends a password reset code, which I enter. It asks for a new password, which I enter. It then says I asked to require a *-digit login code from the Code Generator, which I cannot access because I can't login. It also suggests getting the *-digit login code from a *rd party app below but there isn't a *rd party app shown. The code is supposed to be sent via text message to my phone but I haven't received the login code and have tried multiple times. Also, I've tried doing this on my phone and my laptop and get the same run-around every time. A message has popped up saying that I'm trying to log in from a new device but I've been on Facebook with both devices multiple times. I emailed Facebook "customer service" and received an email with the exact same instructions I already followed. I don't know why I'm not receiving any texts from them because my phone is working and I'm receiving texts from other parties.
