This issue arose after updating to iOS 13, which seems unique to my situation. I participate in various work-from-home online jobs via Facebook groups. Someone named Spazzo Jean convinced me to use a method involving Cash App and PayPal to glitch and reverse payments. After sending an initial $40, he asked me to accept and pay multiple $40 payment requests to supposedly trigger a refund. I managed 3 transactions but couldn't continue due to lack of funds. Upon trying to enter the unique code, I encountered a technical issue where the spot was greyed out and not accepting any input. It seems this code is meant to permit discussions on social, political, or election matters, which I'm not interested in. The letter mentions I need to enter this code by October 30/19.
