Dear Facebook, I am Fox Correll, the new co-owner of the OCSL Soccer League in Salisbury, NC. I am implementing new marketing strategies and would like to utilize Facebook. However, I discovered that there is an existing account with our business information that no one in our organization created or has control over. The page has been dormant since [redacted]. I have had a Facebook account for around three years. Some time ago, I lost the original phone number associated with the account and attempted to change it to a new one, without success. I have been using the old number to log in ever since. Recently, when I tried to log in, the site prompted me to use the same phone number, which is no longer valid. I am able to receive the verification code via email, but when I try to reset the password, it keeps asking for a code to the outdated mobile number. How can I access the settings to update my phone number and regain access to my account? I find it frustrating that I receive all notifications via email but cannot log in. Thank you for your help.

I follow Janis Ian's Facebook page and am dismayed to learn that she has been banned for an unspecified "violation of community standards". This decision is confusing to me as Janis is known to be a liberal Democrat, not typically the target of censorship. With ongoing lawsuits against YouTube and Google for similar actions towards conservative creators, as a concerned American, I urge Facebook to reinstate Janis immediately. Transforming Facebook into a public utility subject to 1st Amendment rights could prevent such issues in the future. Thank you.

I'm feeling very frustrated with the situation I'm experiencing on Facebook. I changed my phone number on my account and updated all my information, but my account is still not confirmed. Even though my recent comments and friends are all correct, it won't verify my identity. Additionally, my birthdate is not accurate, which is really frustrating. I have tried to reset my password via my linked email, but the issue persists. It's been nearly a month dealing with this problem, and I'm exhausted. I have enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account. I can successfully receive the email code, but I encounter an issue when it asks for a code to be sent to my old mobile number which I no longer have access to. The next step suggests logging in from a known device, but my only previous device, a Kindle, is no longer in use. I have attempted to verify my identity by submitting a copy of my driver's license as requested, but I am still unable to regain access to my Facebook account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Facebook. I urgently need your assistance. Two individuals on Facebook have been causing severe problems for my family. One person continuously hacks into my younger brother's account, posting sensitive details about our family. The other person cooperates with them, harassing and monitoring my entire family. They have added my cousin and aunts, sharing confidential child-related court case information and making false explicit claims. I possess evidence of the first individual confessing to hacking multiple accounts and refusing to relinquish control. They have even invaded my family members' homes, intimidating them with violent threats. Whenever we retaliate, the individual reports our profiles to Facebook. This ex-girlfriend's relentless behavior towards me, my brother, and my relatives must be stopped. I kindly request that you take action to restrict her from using Facebook. She has been obtaining people's addresses and showing up at their homes.

Hello, My name is Nora Hassou, and I had an account under the name Nor Hafida to maintain privacy. My email used for the account was [redacted], and I have had this account since [redacted]. Recently, my sister attempted to create a new account using the same phone number as mine, leading to both accounts being disabled. Despite several attempts to reach out to Facebook, I have not received any responses. I continued to face issues creating a new account under Nor Hafida, as it keeps getting blocked. I am facing a concerning issue with unauthorized transactions on my bank account from September 23rd to the 30th. Despite not using Facebook, my account was used for 8 fraudulent transactions totaling around £[redacted] through Facebook's money payment system. I am requesting a refund of the stolen funds or, if not possible, details of the transactions to provide to my bank in order to recover the money. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hello! I forgot both my account password and email. I sought help from the Help Center but did not find a solution. About two weeks ago, I unexpectedly received an SMS with a code that allowed me to access my account (though this option was not previously available to choose between receiving a code via email or phone number). Thanks to this code, I managed to log in. Currently, I can only access my account on my phone as I have forgotten both the account password and email. I had a photo shoot through an advertisement on Facebook by Pop Models. Despite paying £[redacted] and receiving the photos, I haven't gotten any work. I dealt with someone named Addi from Nigeria, which now raises concerns. Subsequently, I have fallen victim to cyber fraud and lost money. I believe there's a connection to the Pop Models situation. I'm urging for an investigation into Pop Models as I suspect others may have had similar experiences. I've tried contacting them to no avail. It took me some time to link everything, but I am certain this is connected.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account last Saturday. I attempted various passwords with no success before resorting to the "reset password" link. However, I faced a setback as my old work email, linked to the account, is inaccessible to me now.
