I typically deactivate my Facebook account temporarily to check on my friends, and then deactivate it shortly after. Recently, when I tried to log in, I noticed that my account was completely gone. I am confident that I deactivated it properly, following the necessary steps. Today, I checked my email and discovered a message stating that my account was deleted. I did not open the email initially as the subject seemed suspicious. Now, my account is gone, and I am unable to retrieve my information. While losing Facebook doesn't bother me, I really wish to recover all my photos.

As an admin for a business page like Casinoroom.com, I typically post updates on new game releases with an image, description, and a link. However, when I checked the posts recently, I noticed that all links to the main website had been removed and any new attempts to post links were blocked citing community standards as the reason. I find this puzzling since other larger casinos use a similar format without issues.

On Saturday, September 28, [redacted], my Facebook account got hacked. I was logged out and haven't been able to regain access. The email associated with my account is now different from my original one, and my mobile number seems to be unlinked. I have tried to reset my email and password, but I'm struggling to receive the 6-digit code generator. Even when I received an email with a code, it didn't work for logging back in.

Every time I attempt to log into my Facebook account, a popup continually appears, claiming someone in the USA has accessed my account and it's been blocked for security reasons. This has caused me to change my password numerous times in fear. The issue persists, with the same scenario happening 2 to 3 times daily. I have changed my password over 20 times already, which is disrupting my business operations. It seems to be a Facebook bug rather than a genuine hacking attempt. My main request is to stop having to change my password excessively, unless it is truly necessary for security purposes. Thank you.

I need assistance with creating a story and image ad for Instagram using the Facebook Ads Manager. Recently, I mistakenly added the paid balance for the ad account to my personal Facebook account. I attempted to transfer the ad account to the Business page I intended to use, but received an error message stating it does not support this function due to the balance being added.
Is there a solution to this issue to correctly allocate the balance?
Furthermore, I explored the possibility of posting the ad on the business's Instagram Profile via my personal account, but it seems unachievable.

I have reported a post where my aunt was tagged. The post was about my recently deceased uncle, and it quickly turned into shaming, cursing, and hostile comments towards my family. I would like the post removed because it doesn't honor my uncle's memory positively and is causing pain to his siblings. My mother wants to have a peaceful conversation with her sister without the interference of individuals claiming to be family who are not blood-related, as they are harassing and shaming them, including my grandmother. I believe the post should be taken down to stop the hurtful speech and protect my family from further distress. My uncle was a good man, and it's important to remember him for that.

I would like to report an issue with my Facebook account. Two days ago, my account was disabled pending a review. I was asked to provide ID cards to verify my account, which I did. However, I received an email stating that my ID name does not match my Facebook name. My Facebook name is a combination of my real name using three letters from each part, as I prefer not to use my full name on social media platforms. My date of birth and location on my account match the information on the provided ID cards. I have not received a response to my email for three days after explaining this clearly to them.
I understand and respect Facebook's 'Real name' policy, but I believe it should be applied consistently to all users, considering many accounts use nicknames. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and handling of my Facebook account matter. I hope for a prompt and positive resolution from your team.

I recently created a Facebook account about 2 weeks ago. After setting up my profile by adding a photo and connecting with friends, my account got disabled. I'm not sure why this happened, as I didn't violate any of Facebook's policies. It's frustrating and unfair that my account was disabled without a valid reason. I am inquiring if Facebook treats all customers fairly. I make mistakes frequently and have expressed my struggles with facing abuse and discrimination while in Spain. Despite being unable to comment on Spanish pages, I am a top fan in multiple other countries due to speaking four languages, although my English is still not perfect. I have been unfairly blocked for many months, despite ongoing harassment from known trolls. The right-wing individuals in Spain have been insulting and offensive, making it a challenging experience for me. I am merely trying to support my ethnicity and people after enduring past torture and abuse. I kindly request the reinstatement of my page.

I have been facing continuous threats on Facebook where I am called derogatory names. Despite reporting these occurrences, Facebook insists they don't violate the guidelines. However, any form of retaliation leads to account suspension and the inability to communicate. Furthermore, the platform seems to show a biased preference towards certain groups, allowing these attacks to persist. Recently, a physical threat was made towards me, but the aggressor remained unblocked while Facebook restricted my account after I shared my address in response. This pattern of behavior from Facebook is concerning and needs to be addressed.

Hello, I recently received an email notifying me that my password was changed, followed by another stating that a new number was added to my Facebook account. Shortly after, I received an email saying my account was disabled due to suspected identity fraud. I deactivated my account over a year ago but forgot to update the security number. Unfortunately, that number is now lost, and someone has reactivated my account using it to change the password. I've attempted to recover my account through email and an alternative number, but it keeps asking to send a code to the old number. I also submitted a picture of my ID but haven't heard anything back in over a month.

Hello, I need help with my account issue concerning a reported post on my group page that led to my access being blocked for 30 days. The reported post contained a stock image from two years ago that I was willing to remove promptly, but the block prevented me from doing so. Despite reaching out daily to the third party who reported the image and contacting the brand, Patagonia, I received no response. After 7 days, my account was disabled, leaving me with zero access. Patagonia clarified that they wouldn't have reported an old photo and identified the report as from an unfamiliar 3rd party they may not have even hired due to the unknown email address. I recognize that the language used was inappropriate for social media, but I believe a 3-day ban is excessive. The comment could have been removed instead. I created an account and used it without any issues until approximately two weeks ago (mid-August) when I received a request to verify my identity. I promptly submitted the required documents, but my account remains inaccessible. The message I see when attempting to log in is: "Thanks for your help. We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation."
