I am facing a problem with my business page on Facebook. Somehow, I lost the ADMIN role, and even though I'm still an editor, I can't manage the page anymore. Facebook has acknowledged the issue but has been advising me to make myself an ADMIN, which is impossible. They also couldn't explain how a duplicate page was created with all the same banner information but no followers, where I am an Admin. I believe this is an issue on their end, but without anyone to talk to, I can't get it resolved. This has been a frustrating experience with their customer service.

I recently experienced an unsettling situation where someone tried to extort money from me by threatening to post sensitive material on Facebook. In an attempt to protect myself, I posted screenshots of the individual's threats, which were subsequently removed after being reported. However, later in the day, I was shocked to discover that my account had been disabled. As Facebook holds a significant amount of important information for me, I was taken aback by this turn of events. Despite reaching out for a review of this disabling, I have yet to receive a response. I feel there may be a bias at play, as the person who tried to blackmail me was not held accountable for their actions, while my attempts to address the situation were met with consequences. Clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We, the owners of The Lone Wolf Restaurant, Catering, and Concessions, are seeking assistance in removing 2 outdated Facebook pages that are no longer relevant to our business. The employees who created these pages are no longer with us, and unfortunately, they did not provide us with the necessary admin information. We are not very tech-savvy and are looking to start fresh with a new page managed by someone knowledgeable. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My personal page has been permanently disabled, and I would like to request an appeal. I received a warning about discrimination on a job post, but I can't access the messages due to the immediate account disabling. When trying to sign in, I am prompted with a message related to "Ishula" which I find puzzling. The appeal response only stated a violation of community standards without further explanation, leading to a permanent disabling with no further emails forthcoming. Additionally, during this time, my page www.facebook.com/EeyoreTheSmartAss was posting unexpected videos from "I Love Arts and Crafts." The admins of this page are located in Kosovo, Germany, Serbia, and the US. Though these posts have vanished, I suspect their involvement in the issue that led to the violation claim. I am sincerely devastated by losing my 9-year-old account with 83,[redacted] followers worldwide. I've created a new profile temporarily but wish to have my original one reinstated. Thank you, Maureen Farley Waff.

After being released from a year of incarceration, I am struggling to access my Facebook account due to the 2-step verification process. Unfortunately, my phones, which contain the verification codes, were confiscated. The codes are saved on my Google account, but I cannot access it because of the same verification process. I attempted to follow Facebook's process of uploading a photo with a handwritten code, but I am unable to provide a valid ID at the moment. I am concerned as I am unable to be contacted through Google or retrieve the verification codes from my friends. I even reached out to Google for help, but it will take 3-5 days to receive a response. I feel helpless and desperate. Can anyone suggest a solution to help me regain access to my Facebook account? I am willing to provide proof of my incarceration if necessary.

Hello, I am Stephen Whyte, the CEO of Page Marketing, managing the Facebook page Fantastic Fleamarket LTD. Unfortunately, our posts are currently blocked due to a content violation, hindering our ability to share original content and pictures promoting the flea market and its vendors. Despite having administrator permissions, I am unable to post on the page. This urgent situation has impacted our [redacted] weekly followers, who have expressed concerns about the lack of updates. We need immediate assistance to address these issues. It is unclear why I am experiencing a discrepancy in administrator permissions for the Fantastic Fleamarket LTD page despite it being indicated otherwise. Please review and resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. Stephen Whyte

A few weeks ago, I started receiving "alarm" messages from Google about my Facebook account activity. After changing my password multiple times, I noticed that my iPhone and iPad accounts were unaffected, but when I login from my non-Apple laptop, everything is in Chinese characters. Today, a friend informed me about receiving a suspicious email link from my account, which confirmed that I have been hacked. I am struggling to revert my FB account to normal on my laptop as the options appear in Chinese. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue? Your assistance is appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my long-standing Facebook account. One night, after using Facebook until midnight, I woke up to find that my session had expired. Despite remembering my long password and email well, I was directed to reset my password. The code to reset was sent to my old mobile number, which I no longer have access to. I have been attempting to receive the code via email without success. In the meantime, I created a temporary account with the same name to use Facebook. I am now trying to delete the temporary account in hopes of retrieving my original account, which has a yellow polo profile picture and model girls as the background. The temporary account has an open camera lens picture as I am a camera repair technician. I am Erwin John P. Nuñal, and I am desperate to regain access to my genuine Facebook account. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this emotional issue.

I am having difficulties accessing my Facebook account at [redacted] due to traveling between countries and using different Wi-Fi networks. Facebook has mistakenly flagged my email as compromised because of this. Since relocating from China to Thailand, I no longer have access to my Chinese phone number on file with Facebook. I was prompted to verify recent comments I've made as a security measure. I successfully did so once, but then, despite being asked again within a day, I was unable to proceed and only had one attempt. It has been nearly 24 hours since my last try, and despite the hourly limit having passed, I am still unable to verify my account.

About four months ago, the desktop icon for Facebook on my laptop was accidentally deleted, along with my shortcut icons. Unable to remember my password, I created a new profile under my name. Shortly after, there was suspicious activity on this new account, resulting in its suspension. Despite my efforts to contact support, I have not received a response. While I still have access to my account on my phone, I need to utilize Facebook for advertising my e-shops and website. The absence of social media presence is causing me financial losses amounting to $17,[redacted]. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

My father's Facebook page got hacked, and he's struggling to regain access. He received suspicious activity alerts via text, followed the instructions to secure his account with a pin but got locked out. His primary email was changed to Yahoo, which he can't access, and his password was changed. Despite having verification options, they seem to be disabled now. He's upset about losing his page and all the memories on there. He goes by Mike Hall on Facebook, but his real name is Anthony Michael Hall. Is there a way to reset his password and regain access? I can provide verification documents if necessary. His now inaccessible email is [redacted], and he previously used [redacted] or [redacted], with his phone number [redacted] linked to the account. I'm reaching out on his behalf as he can't log in even from another account. Thank you for your help in advance.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. I attempted to reset my password using the linked email address but was unsuccessful due to not being able to access my old Yahoo account. After contacting Yahoo support, I learned that my email had been deactivated. I now need to reach out to Facebook for assistance but am unable to locate a contact number. The Yahoo account [redacted] was used to create my Facebook years ago. The phone number associated with my account is outdated, and my new email for contact is [redacted] If further information is needed, I am willing to provide it. Thank you for your help.

My account, MizzDee Stewart, is currently linked to my old phone number, [redacted]. I've enabled two-step authentication on Facebook, but I'm unable to complete the verification as I no longer have access to that phone. Despite submitting my driver's license for verification, I've been informed incorrectly that it is fake. Even after following instructions to hold a sign with the provided 6-digit numbers, I haven't had any success. My new contact number is [redacted]. Facebook closed my additional accounts, claiming I'm not the rightful owner. I am urgently trying to regain access to my account, as it's impacting my business that is linked to it. I have specific photos on my page, including one with my fiancé, Kevin Collins, and my children, all wearing custom-made Mickey Mouse shirts. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity and restore access to my account.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with accessing my Facebook account. I previously used the Google Authenticator app for my account which has 2-step verification enabled. Unfortunately, the phone with the app was damaged, and I failed to create a backup for the recovery codes. Despite sending Facebook a copy of my ID multiple times over the past few months, I have received no feedback or support from them. I am frustrated with only receiving automated responses and not being able to connect with a human for assistance. On a positive note, when I faced a similar issue with my linked Instagram account, the problem was promptly resolved. This Facebook account is crucial to me as it is linked to a page where I have invested a significant amount in promotions. Please advise if there is any way you can help me regain access to my account. You can reach me at the same email associated with my Facebook account. Thank you, Terence

Subject: Appeal to Reactivate Facebook Account Hello, I'm seeking assistance regarding my disabled Facebook account due to unintentionally infringing on a trademark rule of CCA and B while selling handmade Elf Cushions. I have resolved the issue with CCA and B, who confirmed to Facebook that the matter can be closed without further action. Although I don't intend to relist the cushions, I'm looking to appeal the account's disablement as it greatly impacts my business and personal page, essential for my livelihood. I admit my mistake, which was a one-time occurrence, and I assure you that I had no prior knowledge of the infringement. I understand the importance of abiding by Facebook policies and would appreciate guidance on how to reactivate my account. I am genuinely sorry for the oversight. Kindly respond to this email to confirm receipt and provide me with the necessary steps to reinstate my account. Your assistance in this matter is crucial to me, and I genuinely hope to resolve this soon. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Carley W.

Hello, I'm Mahmoud, a medical consultant at a medical tourism company in Turkey. My role requires me to connect with 20 new clients daily who express interest in our services through our Facebook ads. The competition in the Turkish medical tourism industry is intense, with some entities resorting to cyberattacks on our company's high-sales phones. As a result, 9 phones have been banned from using WhatsApp, affecting 5 phones generating over 25% of the company's profits. Unfortunately, our emails to WhatsApp support remain unanswered, and we are aware of numerous complaints lodged against our phones. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I want to inform you that Facebook has automatically rejected our request to change our name from 'UniDosh' to 'UniTaskr'. Despite the name change, our core business remains the same as a platform connecting students with flexible part-time work. We decided to rebrand as UniTaskr because it better reflects our services. We have actively communicated this change with our followers through a recent blog post on our website: [redacted]. Additionally, we have already updated our Instagram and Twitter handles to UniTaskr. We kindly ask for your reconsideration and approval of the name change on our Facebook page. Thank you for your attention. UniTaskr Team

I attempted to share my group called King of Kings and Lord of Lords, similar to other public groups, but I received an error message stating the content is not available. I find it odd that other public groups can be shared freely while I am encountering this issue. My group, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, is active and I am a member seeking to share it. The Online Christian Fellowship group, of which I am also a part, does not require prior approval for posting. Therefore, I am confused as to why my group is restricted. Please address this matter and provide a solution promptly. Thank you.

I recently applied for a name change but it was denied. I received an email requesting documentation, so I submitted the legal paperwork related to my DBA/Sole Proprietorship application from earlier in the week. However, I received another generic denial email shortly after. How can I expedite this process? Here is a link to my Facebook post announcing the name change: [redacted].

My account was disabled due to infringement in my business group. Even though I have licenses for the images on the shirts I sell, my account remains inaccessible. Despite submitting my ID multiple times, I have not received any response. I reactivated my old account, provided the necessary ID again, but it is now disabled without explanation. I rely on Facebook for personal photos and to operate my home business, and losing access has impacted me financially. I hope to regain access to share memories and continue my business endeavors.
