I have encountered continuous personal attacks related to my Facebook (FB) account, particularly concerning German WWII items posted for sale in FB groups. Initially, there were no issues until personal matters arose, resulting in old ads being circulated in various groups. Despite editing subsequent posts to avoid any offense after receiving a warning from FB, I was faced with additional complaints from others, leading to a 3-day ban. I attempted to communicate with FB to address the situation, but no response was provided. Subsequently, an older post triggered another complaint resulting in a 7-day ban. Despite explaining that these were outdated posts that had been addressed, I received no reply from FB. The pattern continued with further prolonged bans based on rehashed complaints about previously resolved issues. I am distressed because FB has now deactivated my account, causing me to lose contact with years of connections, important messages, photos, and unrelated FB content. This unjust turn of events has significantly impacted my business, family, and financial obligations. Despite my efforts to communicate and rectify the situation, FB has been unresponsive, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I am seeking assistance to restore my account and resolve this distressful situation promptly. My account was under the name Jack Doe, and I urge FB to reconsider their actions and engage with my concerns effectively.

Recently, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. Initially, everything was fine while using Internet Explorer, but when I switched to Chrome, a new account was created with a "1" added to my name. I wish to remove this new account and access my original one with both browsers. However, it appears that my original account is now inaccessible after following a link from a friend. The contact information associated with the account, such as the email address [redacted] and phone number [redacted], are no longer functional. I currently use a new email, [redacted] I kindly seek assistance in deleting the new account and restoring access to my old account on both Internet Explorer and Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.

I created a Facebook account, but it got disabled due to a fuzzy photo. Despite sending a selfie, they didn't clarify why it was disabled. I made the mistake of opening a new account with a different photo, which didn't resolve the issue. Facebook requested another selfie mentioning similar-name users. Reluctant to take a new selfie via the camera link due to spyware concerns, I submitted my Thai driving license as ID proof. However, the account remains disabled without clear instructions. Access to expat groups and Thai stores motivated me to have a Facebook account despite not being a social media enthusiast. Understanding the need for caution, I am hesitant to provide additional sensitive information to avoid identity theft risks.

I am a member of a Facebook group called "Good Food," and unfortunately, there is a bully who regularly makes derogatory comments and provokes other members. Recently, I was unfairly reported after responding to her offensive remarks. I believe that Facebook should review all the content in the group and not just single out one statement for action. It's important to address the ongoing behavior of this bully to create a more positive and respectful environment for all members.

I deactivated my account around a year ago and clicked to automatically log me in after 7 days. Due to some personal issues, I needed a break from Facebook. Now, when I try to log in, I can't remember my password and no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with the account. I have my current email for communication. Please assist me in recovering my account as it holds precious baby pictures of my kids that I don't want to lose. I have additional details and my Facebook name to verify ownership. While I can still use Messenger on my old deactivated account, I'm unable to log in due to the forgotten password.

I've been trying to contact support regarding Facebook logging me out and indicating that my account is not secure. I have attempted various methods to regain access, including using my mobile device, but my account has now been identified as spam. Recovering my account is crucial because I manage numerous apps and pages. This is the message I receive when trying to log in: "Someone May Have Logged Into Your Account In order to keep your information secure, we've locked your account. Before we can unlock it, please verify your identity and change your password. Your account will remain hidden until you complete this process."

I was able to access my Facebook account yesterday evening, but now I am unable to log in. Despite resetting my password, I cannot get in as it is asking me to identify myself. The issue is that my old phone number is linked to the account, and I cannot receive the verification code. The new number I have now is not connected. I need the code sent to my current number, which is related to my recently deactivated account. I downloaded my profile information which shows my current number. I suspect my account has been hacked. Please help me resolve this and send the verification code to my correct phone number, which is [redacted]8.

I have a Facebook account that seems to be taken over by someone else. I'm not sure how to explain it clearly, but occasionally when I report a picture, it changes from being of me to being of this other person. It's quite odd and unsettling. This individual appears to have control of my account, and I'm not sure what steps to take. I'm unsure if there's a way for me to show you this happening, but I'd like some guidance on how to address this issue. Can you help me resolve this and potentially remove this person's access to my account? I don't know if they have access to my private information, and I'm concerned. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with Facebook when they asked me for a photo clearly showing my face. Accidentally, I uploaded a photo that didn't meet this requirement, which led me to create another account connected to my Instagram for promotional purposes. I uploaded a clear photo on this new account, but both accounts were disabled for violating their terms. To resolve this, I uploaded my government ID as requested by Facebook, waiting for a response. Although I am concerned because I'm unsure if I provided them with my email for communication. The account with the uploaded ID is the one I prefer to use, as it contains the page I created for Instagram promotions. Any assistance in resolving this matter with Facebook would be greatly appreciated.

I used to log in to my account with the username rony.sth56 and a password, but now I can't remember the email or phone number associated with it. I created this account three years ago and gave it to my girlfriend. Recently, the password was changed, and we can't log in. When I try to log in with just the username, the system shows a mobile number ending in 66 that I don't recognize. Clicking "send OTP" prompts for a login with a number and email, but I can't remember which ones I used. I believe the phone number listed is not mine as none of mine end in 66. My girlfriend, using the account under the name "Dee Pa," is upset about this issue, and I'm reaching out for help as she is unsure about reporting this problem.

I am looking to set up an ads account for my business page. I have been informed that my ads account is flagged for unusual activity and needs authentication of my account details. I thought I completed this during the week, but nothing has changed. When I attempt to send information through the ads app or ad account recovery modes, it indicates I have no account. I encountered a similar issue when trying to set up an account a few years ago and was unable to resolve it due to time constraints. In the meantime, I have made slight changes to my business and account names and notified them. This problem is hindering me from starting Instagram ads and promoting my new website effectively. I am confused about what steps I have or have not taken so far and even reached out about it through another channel without a resolution yet. I have been utilizing a business Facebook page for years to promote my business, and Facebook Business recently contacted me separately for a feature. I am eager to resolve my ad account issue, understand why it was flagged, and ensure it does not happen again as I am new to this and have no ill intentions. The abundance of information available on this matter is overwhelming, making it challenging to navigate through the specifics of my situation.

I have Messenger linked to my phone number but no Facebook account. When trying to join university group chats through Messenger, it led me to a Facebook login. So, I created a Facebook account with the same phone number. This resulted in two separate Messenger logins that didn't work due to the shared number. I deactivated the Facebook to not lose my original Messenger account. If I create a new Facebook account, I still need access to my Messenger chats. I hoped by using the same number, they could merge so I could keep my old chats and join groups via Facebook. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Hello, I recently experienced a problem with my Facebook account being hacked. When I tried to log in, it alerted me of an unfamiliar location. I managed to reset my password successfully. However, the following day, I encountered another issue where I was prompted to log in again. Despite trying both my new and old passwords, they didn't work. I attempted to recover my account using my mobile number and email address, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with my Facebook account. Even using my cell number led me to a different number linked to the account. I tried searching for my account using my full name and surname, only to find that the listed number and email were unfamiliar to me. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I prefer not to create a new account and risk losing all my contacts and photos.

I have a marketing agency, managing various business pages and ad accounts. Two days ago, I came across a sponsored ad on Artificial Intelligence and Google Adwords, which caught my interest. I shared it to read later, but soon received a Community Standards violation notice. Strangely, even though I set it to private, only I could see it. Since then, all my account features have been disabled - I can't Post, Like, Comment, Share, or Respond to messages. After logging out and in, I now see a white screen with an error message every time, affecting my ad accounts and causing business issues. Could you please assist? - M
