Hello-*We are experiencing troubleshooting problems with our companies Facebook which is not allowing us to post as our business’s pages that consist of multiple different pages (Hometown Heroes, K-nation entertainment, Speedkore, Kapco Metal Stamping etc.) This is an issue because we do have a two factor authorization set up, but do not have an ID because our account “Sal Force” is just our account login and when we set it up it doesn’t have an ID to go with it because it is not a real person since it is our business account that we use to manage our multiple business pages. This issue is not only affecting us being able to post or manage our accounts, but we use a program called Hootsuite to schedule posts in order to post to multiple different platforms besides Facebook and we are unable to connect our Hootsuite account to our Facebook account because of this problem. We are asking that you please void the ID verification in order to get this issue fixed and we can use the two factor authorization since we do not have an ID. Please respond as quickly as possible because we are unable to run any of our pages and are very upset.
