Hello, I am Mofeez, the administrator of the Facebook page "Viral Stuff." I am facing some issues which I need assistance with: 1. My page has been unpublished or deleted. 2. All associated admin accounts, including the payout admins in the creator studio, have been disabled. 3. I am unable to check the status of my pending payment for May [redacted]. 4. I received an invoice via email at [redacted] 5. Another associated email is [redacted] Invoice Details: - Page Link: Facebook.com/viralstuffpage - Amount: $28,[redacted].62 - Payout Reference: [redacted] - Statement Number: [redacted] - Cycle: May [redacted] I have a few questions that require your assistance: 1. What is the current status of my payment for May [redacted]? Is it still pending? 2. If the payment has not been made, could you please inform me of the bank account it was released to as I have not received it in my bank account? 3. If the payment is pending and we no longer have access to the page or the relevant admin accounts or payout settings, what steps should I take to obtain it?

I am hoping to retrieve an old conversation from [redacted] with a friend who has since deleted their account and created a new one. I suspect they may have blocked me before deleting their old account. This friend's acquaintances are spreading false rumors that I sent inappropriate messages, and I believe the old exchange will prove my innocence. While I can find the new account, there is no past communication visible. I've considered that old messages might be archived and could be unarchived by sending a new message, but I respect my friend's request not to contact her. Is there an alternative method to access our previous dialogue? Thank you. CJ

I belong to a private Facebook group named "Nudies." Unfortunately, I've been facing account blocks from Facebook's code of ethics team for posting a butt shot, even though similar posts exist without repercussions. It seems unfair and biased, as more serious issues like terrorism go unchecked. It's frustrating to see different standards applied, especially when certain users are not penalized for explicit content. The lack of transparency and accountability within the code of ethics team undermines the credibility of Facebook's policies. I wish to contact their corporate office to address these concerns directly, as communication with the team seems impossible. It's disheartening how accounts are shut down without proper explanation or recourse, highlighting the flaws in Facebook's ethical framework.

Recently, while browsing Facebook with my daughter on my phone, I discovered two Facebook accounts under my name. My daughter, who is tech-savvy, deleted the false account. This made me wonder if the existence of the extra account might be linked to my removal from Marketplace. I have frequently sold items on the platform, ensuring they complied with the rules by comparing them with similar listings. I'm encountering an issue with receiving the Facebook Confirmation security code to log in. Facebook is sending the verification code to my old iPhone number [redacted] instead of my current number [redacted]. Although I can successfully enter my login credentials, I am not receiving the verification code crucial for confirming my identity. I am confident the code is going to my outdated number, which is no longer in service due to my phone ceasing to function. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this by creating new accounts to reach out to Facebook directly, as advised by the FB Help Center, I remain stuck in the "verifying who I am" process. I have also submitted my photo ID twice to Facebook for verification purposes.

I don't use social media much these days, but I appreciate the likes on my stray comment about movies and DVDs. Today, when I tried to log in to Facebook to share a comment about the Mulan movie, I found myself locked out. The phone number linked to my account was an old U.S. number from [redacted], now inactive. I updated it to my current Chinese phone number on Gmail three years ago. When I attempted to reset my password, I didn't receive the email, likely due to security concerns locking my account. Now, I'm prompted to ask friends for help or use the phone option, which isn't possible given the circumstances and lack of warning. The referrals to friends lead to unavailable pages. This situation is more serious than previous issues, as I recall a similar code request before. The process demands codes from friends at a provided recovery link, each being four digits.

On July 4th, a man named Imtiaz Malik Ahmad reached out to me on Facebook Business, asking to collaborate. I granted him access to my fan page "FrasesDelTioDan," but immediately after, he removed me and all other admins from the page. I suspect this is a hacking incident. I would appreciate assistance in reclaiming my account. I have attached screenshots as evidence, including the moment he requested access to my bank account. I believe Facebook Business should enhance its security measures for granting administrator roles, as many users are falling victim to scams. Please, I urge you to help me regain control of my account and prevent all the hard work of the past year from going to waste. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Someone has managed to reset my password without logging me out of my account, leaving me unable to make any changes as I require the new password they set up. Unauthorized individuals were invited to my Facebook group and posted inappropriate content. Despite following the provided steps, none resolved the issue as my email was removed from the account. Enabling two-factor authentication helped, but I still lack access to vital features. I am seeking assistance from Facebook as this situation is upsetting. It seems unfair that someone could reset my password effortlessly, yet resolving it is proving to be a significant challenge.

On July 2nd at 7:50 PM Philippine time, while conversing with my friends in our group chat, I mistakenly re-shared nude pictures of 2 boys. Shortly after, I was unable to log in to my Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram accounts, which are all linked. I have reached out to Facebook regarding this issue and conducted research on how to recover my accounts. I am aware that the recovery process can take 7 to 14 days, and currently, it has been 2 weeks and 1 day without access to any of my accounts. I am unsure why this is taking so long. I have also attempted to create new accounts, but Facebook and Instagram are preventing me from doing so, for reasons unknown to me. I deeply regret accidentally sharing prohibited photos and violating the terms and conditions. I am committed to being more cautious with my social media usage in the future. I have recently experienced an attempt to access my account. This is the second time in the past 2 weeks that I have been notified about an account accepting my friend request, although I did not send these requests. Initially, I unfriended the account, assuming it was a mistake, but today I received the same notification and was promptly logged out of my Facebook account. I was able to secure my account and change the password, but I later discovered notifications of the unauthorized addition of 4-5 accounts to my business profile, potentially being used for ads. The Facebook Business Ads Manager is confusing, and I cannot locate a way to report this issue. I have spent hours trying to find a way to contact support for clarification and assurance of my account's safety. I have screenshots available to provide further context. As a concerned family member, I am seeking guidance on how to have such defamatory posts investigated and removed from the website. The misuse of my grandson's account, who passed away last year, is deeply troubling. The upsetting content is being attributed to him posthumously, affecting our family harmony. The account names associated with my grandson, such as Tyrone Bridson and variations, have been exploited to propagate hurtful messages. My account, active for over a decade, has been hacked. The username '[redacted]' linked to 'Mariam Waqar Bakhtawari' is now missing from Facebook, along with my official pages "Dwatson," "Sonia Ali," and "Magic kingdom." As my Instagram was connected to Facebook, I can no longer access it with a new username on my phone. I've since created a new Facebook profile as 'Mariam Waqar' using the same number, but it was disabled by Facebook for alleged term violations. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, I've received no response. I urgently need assistance in recovering my hacked account or reactivating my new account.

I have been a long-time Facebook user who signed up using an MSN account when MSN emails were still in use. I primarily access Facebook through the Android app on my phone and occasionally on Chrome on my Windows PC. Recently, I had to reformat my PC, leading to me losing access to my Facebook account because of a forgotten password. Despite my attempts to reset the password, I have been unable to do so. Hello, I require assistance with my Facebook account. Recently, I got a message stating that my account was accessed using a confirmation code and the email [redacted] on July 17, [redacted]. I recently updated my Facebook password but I've forgotten it and can't access my account now. I previously remained logged in on my desktop and set up recovery contacts as a backup, which I lost after my desktop reset. I've tried resetting my password via email using Outlook but have had issues receiving the emails. When I attempted to reset through recovery contacts, Facebook gave an unspecified error repeatedly. I then tried to enter alternate email/phone in the recovery process, but it just loops me back to the login page. My Facebook name doesn't match my ID, complicating things. I'm hoping to regain access to my account or have it deleted if all else fails.

I celebrated my birthday on Sunday and received many kind wishes. As I was thanking everyone, I received a text from Facebook stating that my page was temporarily blocked, possibly due to typing too fast or suspected misuse. Although I was just expressing gratitude to my friends, it seems Facebook may have mistaken it for suspicious activity. Now, I am struggling to reconnect with my Facebook family since my page remains blocked. I had to create a new account as I couldn't use my old password. When attempting to send friend requests, Facebook is not allowing me to do so at the moment. Dealing with this issue since Sunday has been frustrating, especially since I have never encountered this problem before.

I am in a situation where someone named Mark Collins is requesting $[redacted] from me. He claims my Facebook account was hacked, and though he initially helped me regain access by sending me verification codes, he is now threatening me. He is saying that unless I pay him, he will report me to Facebook and the FBI for criminal activities. I received a notification from Facebook about someone accessing my account. I immediately tried to reset my password and secure my account, but now I'm unable to log back in. Despite multiple attempts to get a reset code, none of them seem to work. When I request another code, I never receive it. The option to have them call me also failed and just resulted in a broken call connection. I've been stuck in this loop without being able to access my Facebook account.
