I have an update on my Facebook situation. I used the Facebook OAHE migration tool to convert my personal account to a Facebook page. I faced being locked out three times for 24 hours each time, pending a selfie verification. After the third time, Facebook disabled my page for violating terms and conditions. I managed to download my content, but I'm still struggling. I attempted to create new Facebook accounts, but they were all shut down one after another for the same reason, pending selfie verification, and were eventually disabled. I assure you I have not violated any of Facebook's policies. Sadly, I am unable to reach out to people I have known for ten years since I lost my contact list. I recently got out of jail and am temporarily staying with someone. My main source of income, creating breathless portrait art, has come to a sudden halt. Despite submitting numerous help support reports, it seems Facebook prefers shutting down my accounts rather than resolving the issue. Without access to my support network or the ability to promote my brand, I fear I may end up homeless, back in jail, or worse. It is crucial for me to get in touch with Facebook to address this problem.

I recently got a new phone and had to reinstall Facebook and Messenger. While doing this, an old email got linked to my Facebook account. Facebook tried to create a new account with a picture of me, but it wasn't mine; it had no newsfeed or friends, so I deleted it. The new account they created had my current email, yet the account I wish to recover is connected to my old email. When attempting to reset it, it stated the email I provided was already in use.

Around 4 hours ago, while playing Word Blitz on my computer, I received a message stating that my account has expired. When I attempted to log into Facebook on my laptop, I encountered difficulty and attempted to reset my password. However, the email associated with the account is unfamiliar to me and inaccessible. After submitting my driver's license as part of the ID confirmation process, I received an email link. Unfortunately, upon clicking the link, it indicated that the code was no longer valid without me entering any information. Despite repeating the process and receiving a new link, the same issue persisted. It appears that my Facebook password has been changed by someone else, despite having two-factor authentication set up. I have received notifications on my computer for 6-digit codes on various days, which I never used. It seems that today, the individual managed to change both my Facebook password and email to gain access to the code. The suggested solutions from Facebook support have not been effective. I am hoping that my Facebook account is currently secured while I work on recovering it.

My father's Facebook account seems to have been compromised, with certain contacts receiving suspicious messages. Not all contacts have been affected, suggesting the perpetrator may know us. It's distressing as my father is ill, and I don't want this tarnishing his memory. It's concerning if people are being targeted for banking details. I can't access his account to address this issue due to the forgotten password. I've refrained from telling my father to spare him worry. Law enforcement hasn't provided a solution so far. I'm eager for guidance on resolving this matter to protect his contacts and preserve his reputation.

I've been struggling to create Facebook ads for my business. I decided to set up a new account for this purpose, as I didn't have one before. While setting up my business page, I encountered issues with my profile picture. Even though it's just my logo (a pillow with the text "Prime Pillow"), Facebook flagged it as "spam" and restricted its visibility. Furthermore, I was prompted to verify my identity with a photo, which eventually led to my account being disabled. I've attempted to create multiple accounts, but they all end up being disabled shortly after. This has prevented me from linking my Instagram page (www.prime-pillows.com) and is causing me to lose potential revenue. I urgently need a solution to this ongoing problem.

I have submitted all my personal identification to Facebook, but my account is still under review. I am desperate to regain access as it contains sentimental games and content of deceased family members. I have maintained my account since [redacted] with only two previous photo issues. This time, I was not given a chance to address the alleged offending post, a repost from three years ago. I have consistently adhered to the terms of service, reporting inappropriate users, and using my real name throughout. Please reactivate my account as I believe there was no valid reason for its deactivation. Thank you.

I have been a Facebook user for years. However, I am experiencing trouble logging into my account. I used to log in with my old phone number, but I changed my password after receiving a notification about someone trying to access my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account for receiving recovery texts. Furthermore, I have had multiple email addresses since the one connected to my Facebook account, making it hard for me to remember which one to use for recovery. The memories captured in my Facebook photos are invaluable, and I am concerned about losing touch with friends due to this issue. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm attempting to post a room for rent on the Facebook marketplace but keep encountering issues with it being flagged as against commerce policies. Despite multiple attempts to align the ad with the rules, including consulting others, it continues to be rejected by Facebook. I have appealed this without success, receiving no clarification on why the ad violates policies. I even tried modifying the ad significantly, to no avail. This has been a successful method for me in the past, but now I am facing obstacles. My current roommate will be leaving soon, so it's crucial for me to find a replacement. Assistance with getting this ad approved on Facebook marketplace would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled on Saturday for violating the rules by sharing an intimate photo. I am devastated because my memories from the last 10 years, like my sons' births and my time in Switzerland, are all on there. I have no other way to access these precious memories. I have submitted my ID to Facebook but haven't received any feedback in 5 days. I am anxious and desperate for help, but I don't know who to reach out to. I am willing to provide any required documentation and comply with all rules to have my account reinstated. Please help. Thank you. Sincerely, Michelle Hauser (Zigah)

My account has been disabled, and I am hopeful to have it reactivated. I believe my account was disabled in error as I have always respected Facebook's terms and community standards. I have not posted anything in the past month, and I was just chatting with friends when my account was suddenly logged out. I have not violated any rules as I haven't shared any posts recently. I have tried to contact Facebook's help center multiple times, but I have not received any response. I kindly request for my account to be reviewed so it can be reinstated. My Facebook account holds many cherished memories, and I am certain it was disabled mistakenly. Your assistance in reactivating my account would mean a lot to me.

My Facebook and Messenger accounts have been compromised. I suspect that the hackers have also taken control of my friend's account as they are contacting me pretending my friend won a Facebook giveaway. The scammer directed me to someone named Derec Cuminn who claimed to be an agent of a Facebook promotion, stating that I had also won. They requested that I purchase a specific card worth $[redacted] from a gas station and provide them with photos of the card and receipt to receive my prize. I declined and ceased communication with them. The next day, I lost access to both my Messenger and Facebook accounts.

Hello! I am experiencing an issue whenever I attempt to log in to any of the Facebook family of apps on my iPhone XR. An "unexpected error" message appears without providing an error code, prompting me to retry. This seems to suggest an unhandled exception in the code. Oddly, this problem is specific to my device; when trying to log in on a friend's phone, access is granted without issue. It's worth noting that this issue only arises within the apps, as I can successfully access my accounts through the Safari browser on my phone. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like restarting the phone, altering network connections, deleting and reinstalling the apps, resetting settings, restoring backups, and acquiring a login link from Facebook, the problem persists. Both the apps and my phone's operating system are up to date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I need to clarify a situation I'm in. I had an account under the name Franny Patel, which is not my actual name. I allowed my friend, whose phone was broken, to create an account using my phone number. She later deleted the account as she decided against using Facebook. Recently, when I tried to sign up for Facebook, the old account appeared and now I'm unable to access Facebook using my email or phone number. It seems likely that the account was disabled due to the fake name, even though it was my friend's account. I made a mistake when prompted for a photo, as I misunderstood the requirement and submitted a celebrity's photo. Since allowing my friend to use my phone number was a misstep, I kindly request for the accounts linked to my phone number and email to be deleted, not just disabled. I am committed to no longer using this email or number. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I was temporarily suspended from Facebook last week for six hours due to a post I made in a marijuana group. After the initial suspension, I received an additional three-day ban even after I removed the problematic post. I thought the issue was resolved when the ban was lifted. However, to my surprise, I have now been banned from posting for an entire week, despite addressing the matter through the support inbox last Friday. This continuous punishment is impacting my ability to run my business efficiently, as some customers solely rely on Facebook to reach me. Additionally, as I urgently need to find a new home by the 5th, not being able to respond to housing ads in my area is causing significant disruption. I have taken the necessary steps by deleting the post in question and have not engaged in any further violations. I am seeking a resolution to this matter promptly.

My Instagram account @thsoawc was hacked, and despite providing proof of ownership to support, it was disabled after being briefly recovered. The account clearly belongs to me as it has my personal information, photos, and is connected to my Facebook account where I am identified as Holly Williamson. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Instagram for assistance, I have not received a satisfactory response. This situation has greatly impacted me emotionally, and I am struggling due to the loss of valuable content on the account. I am hopeful that someone will address this issue promptly and accurately, as I continue to seek resolution.

Dear Sir, My name is Sayan Das from Kolkata, India. I am currently facing a unique problem. I used to run a football club fan page on Facebook from August to December [redacted]. I uploaded a few videos (not full matches, just goal-scoring moments) to my page. After receiving copyright concerns from Facebook, I stopped uploading and sharing those videos. The page was not very popular, and I did not earn any money from it. My main goal was to promote Indian football. I believe the content I shared falls under "Fair Use." Unfortunately, Facebook permanently suspended my account. I cannot create a new account as they suspend it automatically whenever I try. I need my account back for my professional career. I feel that Facebook's automatic checking system is not handling my case correctly. I stopped uploading videos and won't upload any more. I kindly ask for your help on how to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance. Regards, Sayan Das

I recently tried to reactivate my account that I closed in [redacted] for privacy reasons due to illness. While trying to correct an issue with uploading photos to my personal profile instead of the blog, I lost my Profile picture, got locked out, and was prompted for an ID check. After sending my ID, I received no response in over a week, raising concerns about potential scams. To continue sharing my story and fundraising efforts for my medical challenges, I created a new account for my blog. However, I encountered repeated lockouts and disabling of the new account, despite providing the necessary verifications. This situation is hindering my ability to manage the blog efficiently. I also delegated admin and editor roles to friends who can access the blog, further highlighting the problem with my account access. The lack of online chat support from Facebook is disappointing, especially in resolving urgent matters like this promptly. The whole experience has been exceptionally stressful.

Our account for managing our company's 40+ retirement communities nationwide was disabled, affecting our business pages relied upon by residents and our active ad campaigns on Facebook. The account belongs to Addison Collingsworth, who transitioned out of his digital marketing role. Despite submitting Addison's driver's license for verification, we have not received any response after multiple attempts to reinstate the account for nearly 2 weeks. This situation has impacted our communities' online presence and communication with residents. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. On Tuesday morning, my cell phone stopped working, which is the only device approved for my Facebook account. I have 2-factor Authentication set up, but when I got a new phone that night and tried to log in, it asked for a code sent via SMS to my phone, which I never received. Unfortunately, I don't know my code generator number either. Despite numerous login attempts, including reporting the issue and sending various verification methods like a photo with a code, my driver's license, and message screenshots, I remain unable to access my account. I even reached out to AT&T for assistance, but they only suggested the steps I have already taken. As a result, I am currently locked out of my account.
