I am frustrated with my experience on Marketplace. I have been trying to list items for sale, but they keep getting banned for being "against policy." One specific item, a vintage dog figurine in perfect condition, has been repeatedly banned despite being a signed and labeled statuette. After initial approval, it was banned again when I added its weight (nine ounces), and now my appeal has been denied without explanation.
I have reached out multiple times for clarification but have not received any meaningful responses. The community standards listed in the FAQs do not seem to apply to my situation. The lack of support and communication on Marketplace is disappointing. Many users in buy/sell groups express similar frustrations with the customer service experience.
I am seeking a proper explanation from a human representative, preferably a supervisor. Thank you.

While reviewing my Facebook business page a week ago, I noticed that the LIKE button was missing. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this through various methods such as contacting Facebook support multiple times and even messaging Mark, the issue remains unresolved. Having lost crucial likes due to this anomaly, the absence of the LIKE button is evidently impacting my business. Comparing my page to others, I can confirm that the like button is inexplicably absent. Seeking assistance to re-establish the LIKE button on my page, I am reaching out for support. The Facebook business page link is provided below for reference, demonstrating the absence of the LIKE button. Your guidance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am struggling to receive SMS messages because I have three Facebook accounts. When I try to log in, I am asked for my phone number, but it says it's no longer up to date. I want to keep only one Facebook account, retrieve my photos, and restore my lost contacts. I have contacted AT&T, AT&T ProTech, and visited an AT&T store, but they directed me to Apple, who in turn mentioned it's a Facebook matter. I've tried some suggested websites with no success. It seems that Facebook needs to address this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook Support,
I, Tasneem Lokhandwala, have an account on Facebook. Recently, my posts were being rejected for allegedly violating the rules, which I didn't fully understand. I continued posting despite the warnings, assuming the issue was resolved after the rejection. However, on June 26, [redacted], my account was disabled. I have tried unsuccessfully to log in several times and have reached out to the help center, but to no avail.
After seeking help from a friend, I now realize my mistake and acknowledge that my previous posts were inappropriate, leading to the account disablement. I sincerely apologize for my actions and humbly request you to reinstate my account. I have also forgotten my password, and my email for Facebook login is [redacted]
I assure you that I will adhere to Facebook's guidelines moving forward. I genuinely seek your forgiveness and ask for your assistance in recovering my disabled account, which means a lot to me.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Tasneem Lokhandwala

I was blocked by Facebook for commenting on how to prevent illegal immigration into the country. I believe the USA should safeguard its citizens from diseases and violence by enforcing legal means of entry for those with good intentions. It is concerning that suggesting cost-effective solutions led to my block as I only intended to protect our nation. We have citizens and war veterans in need of assistance due to financial constraints, which contrasts with the challenges of supporting illegal immigrants. Some entering illegally have criminal backgrounds, posing risks to society. I seek clarification from Facebook on its stance on freedom of speech and whether it aligns with American values. I request the removal of my comment and the lifting of the 30-day block, or a valid explanation for the restriction. If unresolved, I may escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.

Hello, my name is Eldon D Bradley. I have been known as Brad for most of my adult life. My Facebook account is under the name Brad Bradley. I have been using Facebook for over 5 years.
Two weeks ago, I encountered issues logging in from work. Upon returning home, I was prompted to receive a text from Facebook with a special number for verification. However, the text never arrived. When I attempted to resend the text, a warning stated that I was not using the feature as intended. Despite numerous password changes and email attempts, I still did not receive the verification text. Lately, the screen prompts me to "choose a number".
Although I receive emails with updates from friends, I am unable to access my account. I am concerned about losing hundreds of irreplaceable family pictures and managing business-related groups. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
b. E. Bradley

I am the creator and owner of the group www.facebook.com/groups/UCFCLASSOF2021/. Unfortunately, the account managing the group has been disabled, leading to my loss of control over the group. Attempts to reactivate the account and seek help from Facebook support have only resulted in automated responses. Recently, some moderators have taken over adminship without my consent, blocking me from the group I started. I seek assistance in reclaiming ownership of the group and having admin rights transferred back to moderators. I possess account details and evidence of my involvement in creating and managing the group. I am willing to provide any necessary information, such as account details and passwords, to verify my identity and resolve this issue. Your access to additional data like IP addresses and creation information should support my claim. I am eager to cooperate via email to regain control of my group. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Due to verification requirements, my Business account has been closed, impacting my ability to provide for my children as a single parent. Depending solely on Facebook for my business, the closure during a critical time in the 6-week holidays is causing significant financial strain. Reopening the account is essential for me to continue to support my family and meet work deadlines. This situation is exacerbating my severe mental health issues. Being unable to be found or message by customers has led to difficulties in processing orders and addressing payment-related inquiries, creating misunderstandings with my customer base of [redacted] individuals cultivated over 5 years. Reinstating my account promptly is crucial to avoid further harm to my business reputation and financial stability.

I have been experiencing issues with my Facebook account being repeatedly deleted. Despite submitting multiple forms of identification to verify my identity, I was informed that I had multiple accounts. The reality is I only maintained one account, but it kept getting removed due to hackers falsely claiming I was impersonating them. I have consistently proven my identity, yet individuals with multiple accounts are not held accountable. I used Facebook to connect with family and friends, but I am now unable to create a new account. I urge Facebook to reconsider their actions, accept my provided identification, and cease unjustly deleting my account. Instead of targeting me, they should investigate users with multiple accounts. Reinstating my account with a verified blue checkmark would prevent further false reports and impersonation attempts. An apology from Facebook and a secure account are deserved in this situation.

I want to sell my product through Facebook. There is an option inside Facebook called Marketplace where I can sell my products. Before selling, I need to join certain groups that are specifically created for online selling. I have to send a request to join these groups, and once my request is accepted, I can successfully post my products on Marketplace. However, after about 10 minutes of posting, my Facebook account gets blocked for verification. I already have another Facebook account that I have been using for a while without any issues. Whenever I try to log in with a new Facebook account by asking a friend for their ID or seeking help, it immediately gets blocked. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Hello, I recently upgraded my phone and now I can't access my Facebook account due to logging in from an unknown browser (new phone). Although I managed to reset my password using my email, I can't receive the 6-digit verification code on my new phone. I've submitted a photo with a code provided by Facebook, sent my ID, and even added another phone number for contact. My service provider confirmed no issues on their end. After trying to log in from my home computer, Facebook directed me to a new account when using just my phone number, not recognizing my email. I deactivated the new account created with only my phone number. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I recently updated my Facebook Business page and then logged out to gather more information. When I tried to log back in the next day, I was asked to verify that I'm not a robot. I completed this step, but now it's asking me to upload a photo of myself. I've done this twice already and I'm unsure why I keep getting this message. I'm trying to get my business going on Facebook but keep encountering this same issue. Can this function be disabled once I'm verified? Why do I have to do this every time I try to access my account? This is the first time I'm using Facebook at this level, so I would appreciate any advice on what I should do. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I appreciate your attention. Over the past month, Facebook has inexplicably blocked five of my accounts. As a graphic designer, I heavily rely on Facebook for work. I have always adhered to the rules and never breached any guidelines. I am at a loss as to why this has happened. All I want is to continue working. I kindly request for your assistance in rectifying this error and reinstating at least one of my accounts. The situation has left me in great despair. Thank you for your attention. Best regards.

Hello Facebook Team,
I've been trying to reach out for almost two months now, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from your customer service team. As a musician using your platforms, I am encountering difficulties with my account. I go by the name Mellow Coup, but my real name is Francis Kremer. I recently released a single and wanted to promote it on Instagram (@mellowcoup). To do this, I created a Facebook account, unaware that it had to be in my legal name. I used "Mellow Coup" and now find myself locked out of the account. I have tried creating new accounts using phone numbers like [redacted], but they keep getting disabled.
I need access to my account to link it to Instagram for promotions and missed out on opportunities due to this issue. Despite providing my New York ID and U.S. Passport as identification, I have not received helpful responses from your team. Please help me resolve this matter promptly so I can continue using your platforms effectively.
Thank you for your assistance,
Francis Kremer

I received a message from Charlotte Elliot Swankie regarding a supposed random cash prize that she mentioned. Believing her due to our 10-year acquaintance, I was directed to a Facebook page to claim my winnings. Falling victim to a scam, I lost £15. Upon realizing the situation, I threatened both the page and Charlotte. Subsequently, my account was hacked, leaving me locked out. After creating a new account, I was reported for impersonation. Despite providing my ID to Facebook as requested, I only received automated responses, failing to recover my original account. Charlotte somehow hacked my account, changed the email, and erased evidence of the scam. I'm in need of assistance as my original account holds connections with friends and family.

Dear Support,
I am reaching out for assistance as my partner, Sean B., recently had his Facebook account compromised. Unauthorized purchases were made using his linked debit card, which prompted him to secure his account immediately. However, despite his efforts, he is unable to regain access using his email and password or the Facebook recovery methods. It seems his account may have been deactivated as it is no longer visible online. Our primary concern is retrieving old photos that are now inaccessible. Any guidance or help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I have included his email for further communication regarding this matter.
Thanks,
Tia S.

Recently, I received an email alerting me that my Instagram account was accessed from a different device in Turkey on June 23, [redacted] at 8:32 PDT. Following this, I discovered that the email associated with my Instagram account had been changed to [redacted] without my permission. Prior to this incident, my email address was [redacted]
The hacker also altered my profile name from "drruzic" to "drruzicc" and created a new profile, hrvoje.ruzic, which I did not authorize. Subsequently, the hacker gained access to my email account, [redacted]
Despite reaching out to Instagram, providing them with identifying information such as pictures with specific codes, I have not received a response. I have now involved the police as the hacker has resorted to blackmail, threatening to post inappropriate content unless I purchase items on eBay for them.
I am distressed by this situation and seek assistance in reclaiming my profile. Thank you.

Hello, I had a secondary account under the name Honeylette G. that was once hacked, but I managed to access it yesterday with the same password. I haven't been able to log in for three years, and now it's requesting identity confirmation. I do not have an ID matching that name, only my primary one with the same birthdate. Since the email associated with the account has been removed, I can't change it, and the identity verification wants me to message friends I haven't been in touch with for three years. I can confirm the account's name, birthdate, and the last password I used. I need assistance retrieving my account.

Today my account got disabled, and I'm unsure why. I believe it may be due to using a different name on my Facebook page briefly before changing it to my actual name. I was unaware of the policy against using aliases. The issue now is that my business page is linked to my personal profile, and I can no longer reach my customers, which is causing difficulty for them to contact me.
The problem arose when I was rapidly listing items on Marketplace and other sale groups using the Multiple List feature, a method I commonly use. Regrettably, I was flagged for listing too quickly this time. Despite previous flags, this time I was prompted to verify my identity as there were concerns it had been compromised. I submitted my driver's license as proof, displaying my true name, Sarah Miller, although the account was initially set up using Sarah Jones due to personal safety reasons related to a divorce. Following the divorce, I changed my Facebook name to my real name for security, resulting in the disabling of my personal account. I urgently need assistance as starting my business afresh would be a significant setback, especially after rebuilding my life post-divorce and relocation due to abuse. Your understanding in reinstating my account or guiding me on necessary actions would be greatly appreciated.

Today, Thursday, June 27th, I received an email from Instagram about a password reset request for my account @vrybsynhngry. I did not make this request, so I reported it as unauthorized. To be cautious, I shared on my story that someone might be trying to hack me and temporarily disabled my account from my laptop. When I tried to log back in, it said my account was disabled for not following their terms. I then tried disabling my second account, which is still pending. I wonder if the @vrybsynhngry account was glitched due to logging in too quickly or if Instagram disabled it intentionally. I checked my posts and I have not violated any guidelines. I never posted hate speech, threats, inappropriate content, solicited, used fake methods, or engaged in criminal acts. I need guidance on this situation.
