I created a business ad on Facebook. The first ad was successful, costing [redacted] pesos. Subsequently, I created another ad that was more expensive, and as it was beyond my budget, I did not proceed with the boost or transaction. To my surprise, after a few days, I discovered a charge of [redacted] pesos on my credit card for Facebook ads that I did not authorize. I am unable to afford this bill. My business is struggling, and I cannot pay for ads I did not intend to run. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and was advised to request a cancellation memo from the merchant. I am in the process of creating a business page for a brand at my company. I have entered the page name, username, and category, but I was not prompted to log in. After completing the steps, the page was created. However, I can't seem to find it when searching for it as @wildandwoofy or Wild & Woofy. I suspect it may not be linked to my personal Facebook account.
I tried to check if the page was actually created by creating a new page with the same username, which I couldn't use as it was already taken. I am now unable to access the original page I created. Can someone assist me in locating the first page @wildandwoofy or help me delete it so I can free up the username?

I encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account recently. After several attempts, I discovered that two accounts were created, both linked to my phone number. There is an individual harassing me on Facebook. I blocked his original account, as well as a new one he created under the name Tradd Culpepper.
The person's real name is Kevin Miller. I had known him over twelve years ago, but had no contact until he messaged me in Feb. [redacted]. I ceased contact in Mar. [redacted], yet he persists in harassing me on Facebook messenger.
The last message from his Kevin Miller account was on Oct. 8th, [redacted]. I blocked this account at that time. He messaged me from the Tradd account on March 11th, [redacted], followed by two messages the next day, which I later blocked.
Proof of his identity includes using the same phone number and discussing the same topics. A friend request was sent from the Tradd account on June 26, [redacted].
I don't want any form of communication from this individual due to his alcoholism and delusional behavior. I request he be removed from Facebook immediately and remain banned indefinitely.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and await your response.

I had two accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] I used different variations of my name - Penny Kahler, Penny Kahler McKinsey, and Penny McKinsey. I believe I permanently deleted both accounts a few months ago. I tried to find and reactivate them but couldn't. I recently created a new account as Penny Lane with the pennykahler@gmail address, which I then permanently deleted because I prefer using my real name, Penny Kahler. I read that it's impossible to recover permanently deleted accounts. How can I create a new account with my real name now without the Penny Lane account interfering with my email address?

I have been struggling to access my Facebook account since February. Initially, I mistakenly sent the wrong picture for identification, leading to a cycle of issues. I recently joined Facebook and set up both my personal page as Elizabeth London and my business page as Therapeutic Mobile Massage. While uploading a picture of my business card for the profile, I was asked to verify my account with a photo. I used a picture from my Google profile where I am not wearing glasses, a hat, or shades. However, it seems that the algorithm was confused because my other photos on Facebook show me wearing glasses or a hat.
Initially, the message indicated that they were waiting for photo verification, but now my account has been disabled. I was requested to send a photo of my ID, which I did, but I am still unable to access my account. My intention was simply to establish a web presence for my business, which is a registered entity.

Hello,
I recently tried to create an account on Instagram. After filling out all the required information and selecting a username, I clicked submit, and received a message stating that my account had been disabled. I hadn't posted anything yet as my account was not even fully activated before being disabled. I do not have a Facebook account.
I attempted to seek help by sending an email, but received a strange response asking for a picture with my username and a provided code. Since my account was disabled before being fully activated, I do not have a picture set up. The email I received was from an address that appeared to be from Facebook, not Instagram.
I am concerned about the legitimacy of the email response I received and would like to resolve this issue before I lose interest in using Instagram altogether.

I have been trying to get information on my Facebook page status for days now. My page seems to be restricted, preventing posts in groups. I am an admin for a page linked to our savings blog and have never posted anything offensive. While Facebook has flagged our posts previously, we have reviewed community standards and found no violations. Group members are interested in our content, and we only post within those groups. The only way others might see our posts is if shared by a group member. I am unsure of the duration of this restriction or what Facebook believes we have done wrong. How can I address this issue? I am able to access my Facebook account, but I am experiencing limitations. Since 9:00pm PDT on Wednesday June 26, I cannot open messages, notifications, make posts, or comment. Additionally, I can only view the first 2 posts on my friends' pages. There was no notice of my account being disabled. Despite trying to report the issue using the suggestions on the Facebook Help Center Page, none of them work; the page just shows a spinning wheel. I cannot even reach the logout page. I suspect my account may have been restricted because of some political comments I made on 6/26. However, I did not receive any notification about being blocked. The comments were made on friends' personal posts and included phrases like "time to storm the Bastille" and "direct action is required."
