Hi,**Thank you for the opportunity to provide extra information. Hopefully you will be able to re-start payments on my account again.**Additional info:**I was running my first ever campaign, which had a total ad set budget of €***The ad (which was previously approved) was promoting a Page Post on my page. **-After the campaign spent €** with no desired results, I stopped it and then duplicated it with different targeting and a lower €* budget.**-Since the duplicated campaign was promoting the exact same *previously approved* Page Post - just with a different targeting and a lower budget - wouldn't you agree with me that the duplicated campaign should also have been approved?**I tried appeal the strange decision but unfortunately my payments had already been disabled again so I could not launch an appeal.**This has happened before though.**Just this last month, your system previously incorrectly disabled payments on my ad account but your colleague Jesse (Risk Support Specialist) thankfully re-enabled them.**This was because I pointed out that:**-Since I was launching was my first ads campaign, there wasn't any spend history*-The ad in question was approved and therefore did not violate Facebook's terms of services*-There was no contradictory information in my account**so my account had been flagged incorrectly.**Thus if there is something that I have overlooked that in fact did lead to a Violation of the Facebook Terms of Service this time, I kindly and humbly ask if you could please tell me which Terms of Service exactly you believe I violated so that I can the issue immediately.**I hope to reach a speedy resolution that leads to my payments account being re-enabled.**I look forward to your reply,**Gaby
