Our business owner initially set up our company as a profile. Later, an official business page was created with the intention of merging the two. I carefully followed all the online instructions, created a page from the profile, and requested to merge the pages to retain our large number of friends. Despite ensuring that all details such as categories, address, and contact information match on both pages, the merge has not occurred. I have made this request over 10 times in the past month, waiting several days between each attempt. Now, we have a profile page, a page based on the profile, and our official business page, creating confusion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts. One is for personal and professional purposes, while the other was used by my son for Facebook app games. We tried accessing the second account recently, only to find it disabled. Despite attempting to recover it by providing numbers from friends, we encountered errors. We then submitted my driver's license for verification, but it was rejected due to a mismatch in the name used (Kerryee Wallace) and the nickname on the account (Kai Wallace). I have been having trouble posting on Facebook Marketplace recently. I used to sell my clothes regularly, but suddenly I got blocked due to alleged posting violations. Even after providing proof of my legitimate transactions, it took a day for them to unblock me. Now, I am facing continuous delays in getting my new posts approved. Every time I try to post, it goes into review status, and it's been days without any approval. I have plenty of evidence to support the authenticity of my sales and am reaching out for assistance since the Facebook Marketplace support has been unresponsive. I rely on this platform for selling my clothes and currently have items waiting to be posted. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue promptly as I have not violated any guidelines and just want to continue selling my clothing.

I have been a victim of relentless cyberbullying and despite reporting numerous posts, no action has been taken. I regretfully engaged in retaliatory behavior, resulting in penalties on my Facebook account. I believe both parties should be held accountable. I have reported this to the police in Texas, specifically in Cameron County. It is crucial for this issue to be resolved fairly, as it is unjust to allow bullies to operate freely while penalizing their targets. I have gathered evidence since the beginning and up until my recent visit to the district attorney's office, spanning over 18 months. I am planning to seek legal representation to address this matter effectively.

I am having difficulty resetting my Facebook password. The email linked to my account is correct in the settings. However, I am not receiving the password reset email because the email associated with it differs from the one in the settings, and my phone number has changed. I am struggling to update my password and receive the confirmation on the correct email or phone number. I believe there should be a recognition feature for devices. I would like Facebook to be linked with my Gmail. Facebook is essential for me to stay connected with my family, aunt, cousins, children, and grandchildren. It would be ideal if Facebook could allow me to verify my identity with my ID picture and other family photos. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am seeking assistance regarding my friend's compromised Facebook account. Someone has changed the password and email associated with the account, making it impossible for him to access it. It seems like the hacker also tampered with his email account, further complicating the situation. As a science degree graduate, I have been fascinated by the mysteries of our origin. Throughout my 18 years of retirement in Thailand, I've developed a theory using conventional physics which I shared on Facebook under Ian Raoul Horne. After being requested for a link to my theory by two cosmology groups including George Dishman, I encountered issues due to my limited understanding of Facebook. In an attempt to provide the link, I was flagged for suspicious activity and lost access to my account. After verifying my identity with a phone number and a code, I faced difficulties uploading a photo, resulting in my account being locked again for review. I've experienced multiple occurrences of my account being compromised, and it has happened once again. Today, I received an email informing me that my password was changed using my old, inactive phone number. I attempted to secure my account through the steps provided by Facebook, but I encountered issues as the verification code was not reaching my phone due to service problems. I was required to submit a photo of my ID to Facebook for further assistance. Although I received a response with a link for direct account access, clicking on it resulted in an 'invalid link' message. Additionally, the temporary password provided by Facebook was invalid. Moreover, my Messenger conversations with my boyfriend and friends have been altered. Previous messages now display as 'no longer available' due to being identified as abusive or marked as spam. Attempts by my friends to message me fail, and my profile is unreachable when searched on Facebook.

My Google account got hacked, leading me to reset my password. Subsequently, I reset my Facebook password too. However, upon attempting to log in, I encountered error messages after each authentication try. Despite trying to reset the password multiple times, it seems to have triggered some form of restriction. I'm certain the information I'm providing is correct, but I'm unable to access my account. I can't report the issue because I can't log into Facebook to click on the question mark for assistance. I've been dealing with this for approximately 3 to 4 days now. Despite having access to my email, the authentication code doesn't grant me access, and the reset password process repeats endlessly. Hello, I have encountered an issue while trying to create a new Facebook account. I need to join a group to participate in a course, but I want to do so under my business name to keep my personal and professional life separate. Despite providing photo evidence, including a picture and my passport, to verify my identity, my account got blocked or disabled after setting it up with my work email. This happened even after attempting to use my personal email as well. I need access to Facebook for the online course group discussions, but my efforts have been unsuccessful due to the account issues. I am frustrated since I have legitimate evidence to prove my identity, yet Facebook has not allowed me to create an account. Dear Customer Service, I am writing in regards to an unresolved issue with my Facebook ad account that I feel has not been handled fairly. On May 28th, I noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement related to Facebook ads that I did not authorize. After investigating, it was clear that my ad account had been compromised, and someone had created ads for products unrelated to my business. I promptly reported this through Facebook's Help Centre. Although Facebook informed me on May 29th that my account had been reactivated, I have not been able to delete the fraudulent ads or fully reactivate my account. Despite receiving a refund for the unauthorized charges, my account remains inactive, preventing me from running ads for my business that teaches children how to touch type. Despite contacting Facebook multiple times, I received the same generic response each time, which does not address my situation adequately. I feel unjustly accused of wrongdoing, as Facebook initially acknowledged that I was not responsible for the unauthorized ads. I am requesting to escalate this matter to a manager or an ombudsman for a fair resolution, as I have not received proper assistance from Facebook's support team. Facebook has been unresponsive in helping me retrieve my original account. When contacting for assistance, I am met with a message that disconnects the call. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Facebook and GetHuman. I am requesting genuine human assistance to recover my account and correct my email information. I am willing to escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the BBB regarding Facebook's negligence in addressing my concerns about the security of my personal information and family photos.

I sent you a message yesterday and haven't been able to sleep all night. I'll try to describe what's going on. About a year ago, I got a new number for my Galaxy S7, the same device I use to log into Facebook. Now, with a new phone, I can't reset my password because the phone number on my Facebook is incorrect. The email in the settings is correct, but the one they send the SMS code to is wrong, which is confusing as I've had the same email for years. I tried my last two passwords with no luck. The first one I didn't recognize, and the second one I remember using, but neither worked.

My Facebook account was disabled without any reason. Facebook claimed that I am a fake user, but I assure you I am genuine. I have been using this account for over 5 years and have 3,[redacted] friends and [redacted]+ followers who can confirm my authenticity. It seems someone is targeting me by creating a fake account using my name and photo, then reporting me as fake. Facebook mistakenly believed the fake account was real and now my genuine account is closed. I have countless memories and important data on that account, and it means a lot to me. I have tried to prove my identity by submitting my driving license and National Identity card, but Facebook has not responded. I am disheartened and have lost hope. I plead for assistance in resolving this issue and hope for understanding in this frustrating situation.
