I recently reactivated my Facebook account after some time. Upon setting it up, I was prompted to verify my identity with a photo, which I did using a picture of my wife and me. However, I got logged out during the process and unable to log back in as my account went under verification. A few days later, I discovered my account was disabled. I tried to initiate a review by submitting my driver's license photo three times, but I never received the follow-up email as expected. I have not heard from Facebook since. I hope to resolve this issue promptly so I can use my account for work purposes as initially intended.

There is a post in a private group involving me, Cosimo C, that I requested to be modified to remove my first name and a reference to a developer. The group is called NOTL today, and the post was made today around noon. The post started with "Further to the post that was removed this morning, and heavily commented on, here is a formal apology from Cosimo..." I have been informed by the group admin that it would be removed, but I am not sure if it has been completed. I am requesting assistance to ensure the changes are made as requested. Thank you.

I believe I may have inadvertently posted something that led to accusations of bullying or harassment on Facebook. Despite not intending to harm anyone, I was restricted to Facebook jail. Upon trying to verify my account by entering a code sent to my phone number, I encountered a message suggesting I may be blocked from using the feature. I've researched this issue online, and it appears this is a temporary block that Facebook can lift. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account, and I am confused about its status. I have also checked to ensure my account is not disabled. This situation is causing me a great deal of stress, and I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account, which is essential to me.

While I was in the process of creating my business page, I was abruptly logged out of all my devices (phone and computer) and redirected to a page instructing me to submit a photo of myself for assessment by the Facebook team to verify my identity. There are two Facebook groups sharing the same name and profile picture, causing confusion among members. The original group, with over [redacted] members, now has stricter admins who delete posts and ban members more frequently. A second group was created by dissatisfied members using the same name and profile picture to express their disagreement with the original group's direction. As a member of both groups, it is challenging to differentiate between them. It would be helpful if Facebook implemented guidelines to prevent groups from using identical names and pictures, especially when the intention is to create confusion intentionally. Your input on this matter is welcomed.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account being blocked. The rules indicate that I should use the name I am known by in everyday life, not necessarily the name on my ID. The name "Hell Sin Key" or "Hell/Hel" is the name my friends know me by, and I have used it on my private page for 11 years without any problems. Changing it now would be difficult as it is an important part of my identity. I am uncomfortable sharing personal information due to past leaks of data on Facebook. Despite being asked to review my name in 7 days, I am already unable to log in after just two days. This has caused financial harm as I lost access to prepaid courses. I believe my current name, along with my real photos, allows my friends to recognize me. Please consider allowing me to keep my current name on my private page.

Good evening, I have attempted to reach out via Instagram several times, hoping this message gets through. I've been locked out of my account for a few days and urgently need access as I rely on it for my business and pages app. I've dedicated years to building this business and starting over isn't an option. Hello, I am seeking assistance in connecting a Facebook page managed by my employer to Buffer. Although I have successfully connected a Twitter account, when attempting to connect the Facebook page following Buffer's instructions, the account does not appear connected within Buffer. I suspect the issue arises from logging into Facebook using the page's email address. I am unable to log in to Facebook as I am not receiving the 6-digit confirmation code on my mobile phone, despite the correct number being tied to my account. Even after requesting a resend multiple times, I have not received the code. While I did receive a security code via email to reset my password and successfully logged in, I am still prompted to enter the missing login code sent to my phone, which I have not received. At this point, I would prefer to access my account using email only due to the ongoing issue with receiving codes on my mobile phone.

About a week ago, I was unexpectedly banned from all the buy-and-sell groups, including Marketplace. A message I sent got reported, and I'm not sure of the reason. If it's the same person who unfairly confronted me and wasted my time without reason, the situation seems unjust. As a long-time member, a mother, and a wife, I've been a top seller in these groups for years without any issues until now. I simply defended myself against disrespect, and now I feel wrongly judged. Despite not doing anything wrong or making threats, I can't participate in the groups to buy items. I'm a 45-year-old woman and believe this treatment is unfair. I have the conversation as proof of the disrespect I faced. I hope for a resolution and would appreciate any assistance in rejoining the groups.

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker changed my email login to [redacted], which is different from my usual [redacted] that I've always used. I had to enter the hotmail email to see pictures of the correct account I'm trying to access. When I try to recover it using the "I no longer have access to that" option and the identify tool, I can't get in. I created another account to contact Facebook, but it led to more login issues, so I deactivated it. Can you please remove the hotmail email and allow me to use a different email to receive the codes Facebook sends? I have pictures to prove the hotmail account is mine, but the hacker changed it. I need help regaining access.

I had a conversation via chat with a Facebook representative named Nina on 06.05.[redacted] at 17:00-17:10. Following our chat, my Ad Account - [redacted][redacted], was promptly locked. I believe Nina's handling of the situation was unprofessional. Since then, my account has been under review, preventing me from logging in to manage my ads even though they are active. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service provided by Facebook to advertisers who invest significant amounts in the platform. I am unable to provide feedback or report the issue due to the locked account. I have always been cooperative with Facebook representatives, like Nina, by providing my Ad Account number, but it seems that was insufficient in this case as she was unable to locate my ads. Rather than receiving assistance with my ads, the interaction resulted in unprofessional service and my account being inaccessible for days after our short chat. I am requesting a refund for all ad expenses incurred after 06.05 17:00.

On March 3, [redacted], I was removed from Marketplace for inadvertent policy violations. Most of the flagged items, such as watches and silk ties, were unintentional. I attempted to adjust the descriptions and images, but they were still flagged. Despite my inquiries, I didn't receive any clarifications on the violations. A thorough review would show these were minor issues common on Marketplace. I reached out to corporate but got no reply. I rely on selling to support my retirement. Please assist in reinstating my access to Marketplace. Thank you.

I accidentally dropped my phone in water, so I had to replace it with a new one. I tried to log into my Facebook account using the app, but I'm encountering issues. I am currently facing an issue with someone who consistently uses your website to interact via my emails. I have a police report filed against them. Even after patiently waiting for them to stop, they continue to post harmful content about me online and on Facebook. This individual's actions are disturbing, and they should be recognized for criminal behavior. Their activities include spreading false stories involving prostitution and home invasions using rat poison. They are also connected to theft, fraud, stalking, and organized crime activities. I urge Facebook to address this matter promptly as it is not something that should be allowed to spread. One of the individuals involved is Celestine Simmons, along with others named Robert, Phillip, and Jasmine, whose last names I do not know. I request the removal of all this harmful content from Facebook as legal action will be taken regarding this matter on the web.
