Hello, We are in need of assistance to recover our accounts that have been in use for three years. Despite not being blocked, we are unable to access these accounts and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to the Help Center. After contacting Facebook helpline, we were advised to create new accounts as they were unable to provide support. We believe that our accounts still exist and are seeking your help to unblock or recover them, as they are connected to a page with our clients. Due to this issue, we had to create new accounts, which were also blocked shortly after. We have not violated any policies and can provide evidence of this situation. Please assist us in recovering the following accounts: [redacted]. We are open to providing any necessary documentation. Your help in securing our accounts, old or new, would be greatly appreciated. I have been using the same email and password for around 6 years. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, making it challenging to reset my password. Despite being consistently logged in, I recently encountered an issue where my session timed out on Facebook. When I attempted to log back in, I was informed that I was using an incorrect password. I tried to verify my identity by submitting a photo ID but have not received a response from Facebook. Additionally, my password was reportedly changed on Saturday without my knowledge, and I suspect that my account may have been hacked. I am eager to update my email and password to secure my account.

Hello, I am Shane, and I need help with advertising my Shopify website, www.bohemianbeachboutique.com, on Facebook using Facebook ads. Both of my pages, Bohemian Beach Boutique and The Bohemian Beach Boutique, have been banned. The error message I receive when trying to create the ads states, "Your content is against our Community Standards on SPAM." I have carefully reviewed the guidelines multiple times but cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I haven't even published a post or run an ad yet; I'm just trying to create them and getting banned. My previous phone got damaged by water and couldn't be fixed, so I purchased a new one. However, I couldn't recall my password for Facebook. After trying various combinations unsuccessfully, a long number appeared on the screen, showing only the last two digits of what seemed to match my old phone number's last two digits or was it Facebook trying to use my old number? Facebook sent a code to reset my password, but it didn't work. I attempted to use my new Gmail number provided by Metro PCS to create a new Facebook account, but Metro PCS later advised against it. I managed to message some friends from my new profile, and a few reconnected. Then, someone reported me for impersonation, resulting in my Facebook account being inaccessible. Metro PCS suggested contacting Facebook Customer Care at ([redacted]-[redacted] etc), but they weren't providing assistance. I sought help from Google and found Get Human to try to restore my Facebook account.

I'm in the process of creating a business page for my Employer. However, when I tried to set it up on Facebook using a new account, I encountered issues. After uploading the logo and adding the phone number, I was suddenly locked out and asked to provide personal information and even my Iowa ID DL. Unfortunately, my account was denied, and I'm stuck without any options. I can confirm my identity with my phone number and ID, but Facebook won't allow me to proceed. I need to create this business page for work purposes and would appreciate any help in understanding why my account was rejected in such an unpleasant manner. Thank you.

Following my employer's instructions, I created a business page on Facebook last Tuesday. To proceed, I needed to make a personal account. After successfully setting up my private account with friends and photos, I faced an issue when transitioning to the business page. Facebook's request for personal ID was unexpected. Despite submitting the required form and having it accepted, I later discovered that my account was denied due to policy violations. Now, I am unable to access my personal account. This situation only concerns me because it is work-related. My phone number is unique to me, raising concerns about why access was denied. Unless my information was compromised previously, their decision remains unclear to me.

I have two Facebook accounts. One was created a few years ago with a new email, while the other, which I use more regularly, was made recently with my longstanding Gmail address. Strangely, my older and infrequently used Facebook account is linked to the same email as my main account. When I change the password, it affects my old account, not the one I use often. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Messenger multiple times, attempting to log in with my trusted Gmail account, but it always defaults to my old account. The same issue happens when logging into Facebook on my laptop. Oddly enough, I can still access my regular account on my phone but can't use Messenger with that profile. I am unable to "Add An Account" because both accounts are tied to the same email. I need help to delete one account so I can access Messenger through my primary Facebook account again.

One of my posts got removed, and I'm puzzled. It was a factual response regarding a statement about Nazis and atheism. To clarify, Nazis were not atheists; for instance, Wilhelm Kuba, a member of the Pro Nazi German Christian party, was involved in heinous acts. He notoriously threw Jewish children into a pit and ordered them buried alive. This disturbing truth shouldn't be censored. It's disheartening that falsehoods about Jews and Muslims aren't treated with the same sensitivity. In today's environment, spreading misinformation about minority groups seems acceptable. Recent events like the synagogue attack highlight the ongoing threat of Nazism. It's frustrating that calling out these behaviors is met with resistance. I'm open to discussing this matter further. We are unable to contact the Help Center because the system states that the accounts are not blocked but will not send messages. Although we can see the accounts exist, we are unable to log in. We even reached out to Facebook's helpline, but they advised us to create new accounts as they could not assist in recovering the existing ones. I'm currently unable to access my Facebook account as I've been logged out and unable to login with my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email or phone number linked to my account due to not updating the information for a while. I recently discovered an unauthorized Facebook page created by someone else, and when trying to reset the password for my original page, the reset link was sent to an email belonging to Buford at [redacted] I've been trying to distance myself from Buford and created a new Facebook account, but the reset emails keep going to his email address. Additionally, Taylor Pierce has also gained access to this new account after I attempted to change the email. I noticed that my new account, created this morning, has been logged into from four different devices. This situation is frustrating, and I have tried changing my email but the issue persists. I am concerned about Facebook emailing me without my consent. The urgency of resolving this matter is paramount.

Hello, I recently tried to log in to update my profile with my new name since I have recently changed it. However, I encountered difficulties saving the changes as I haven't used Facebook in over three years. As a result, I decided to delete my current account to create a new one with my updated name. Unfortunately, I got automatically logged out and locked out of my account by Facebook. Despite Facebook's request for identity verification to regain access, I am unable to proceed. I no longer wish to keep the account since it still displays my old name. I am willing to provide any necessary verification. About a week ago, someone hacked my Spotify account which is connected to my Facebook. I managed to remove them from Spotify, changed my email and password to disconnect it from Facebook. However, on Facebook's "security and login" settings, it keeps showing someone logging in from Jacksonville, Florida since November, the same location as the Spotify hacker. Despite changing my login information multiple times and enabling two-factor authentication, the issue persists. The hacker used an email with their full name, which was linked to a Facebook account in Jacksonville. Recently, there were logins from both Orlando and Jacksonville, raising concerns if it's a glitch or legitimate access. I have taken screenshots and noted the IP addresses. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I experienced a lockout that prevented me from posting for three days. It's unclear which comments triggered this issue, but I want to address the derogatory remarks being made by certain users, many of whom are disrespectful millennials. These individuals are engaging in offensive behavior by maliciously targeting profiles and attacking character and intelligence. This creates an unfair environment where they freely insult others but react aggressively when faced with differing opinions. It is essential that all users are held accountable for violating rules and that everyone is allowed the same freedom of speech without fear of verbal attacks or unfair treatment.

I'm experiencing an issue with Facebook's security features. I usually log in from my usual computer, but now it's not recognizing it. The system is asking me to use another computer for authentication, which is not feasible as I don't have one. I'm stuck at the step where it requires me to select friends to authenticate, but I only have a couple and can't proceed. Reset codes are not helping either. My Facebook account was hacked by a scammer pretending to sell Ray-Ban sunglasses. They changed the password, and the email linked to the account through AOL is inactive and in the process of being recycled, which was the only method of verification for my Facebook account. I have tried multiple times to regain access through Facebook's recovery page but it requires sending a security code to the inactive email address. There are sentimental items on that account that I would like to retrieve, so I would appreciate any help in regaining access.

Hello, my Instagram handle is oooh_kell_em, and I have 28.8K followers. I last accessed my account around 11 pm or midnight on the 28th. I signed up on an iPhone, and my phone number is [redacted]. The last email I used was [redacted], but a long time ago, it was also [redacted] I received an email saying my email was changed to [redacted], and this morning, I was notified that someone logged on from a Windows device and changed my contact information. I couldn't reset my password as they asked for $[redacted], threatening to sell or delete my Instagram account. Please assist; I've dedicated a lot of effort to growing my Instagram.
