During the recent Facebook and Instagram outage, my Facebook account suddenly stopped working in the afternoon, indicating it was disabled. Despite entering the correct password, the system claimed it was incorrect. Unfortunately, I can't access the associated email since I don't remember the password. I urgently need to regain access to my account to retrieve my precious photos. These memories mean a lot to me, and I have no intention of using the account going forward. My only aim is to recover my pictures. I'm desperate to resolve this issue as I believe my account was disabled erroneously amid the technical glitches experienced during the outage. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues on Messenger and cannot send messages due to being accused of viewing inappropriate photos, which is a serious allegation. Given my background in law enforcement, I am certain this is untrue. Furthermore, I have been blocked from posting on Facebook without a chance to explain my perspective after a post was removed for supposedly violating community standards. The post was factual, exposing individuals who were involved with my partner. I believe these individuals are making false accusations to harm my reputation. I would like to inquire about the reinstatement of my suspended account. The reason for the suspension was unclear to me, possibly due to something I said that may have been deemed offensive, whether it was related to religion or politics. I was disheartened by this and deactivated my Facebook account. I am eager to reclaim the account, which features an American eagle profile picture with "pro-life" written on it. I am willing to comply with any necessary steps, although I strongly feel that my religious and political freedoms have been infringed upon. Upholding freedom of speech, especially in a country founded on this principle, is important to me. I want to express that I do not use derogatory language or target any individual with harmful intent. I have simply shared information from the news and Twitter. I appreciate your assistance in restoring my account. While I have accessed an old account, I prefer to regain the suspended one.

When I registered in [redacted]/[redacted], I used [redacted], now I use [redacted] I no longer have access to the original email. My old phone number was +[redacted]50, +[redacted]33, but I removed it in [redacted] after a hack and reset my password on a Samsung j7. A few days ago, I created a second Facebook account to separate my school board responsibilities from my personal account. When I try to access the new account today, none of my usernames or passwords work, and instead, it keeps pulling up my original account. I understand now that having a second account may not be allowed, but I need to access it to delete it if necessary. How can I log into this second account? I'm Leon. This morning, I received an email stating that my confirmation for the Facebook Gaming Creator program had failed. Worried about being removed from the program, I clicked "Confirm contract" and provided my email and password. Since then, there have been multiple logins to my social media accounts from unknown devices. My Facebook account got temporarily locked, requiring me to use the 'forgot password' feature repeatedly. After several tries, I can no longer recover my account due to too many attempts. I'm now unable to access both my Facebook and Instagram accounts. The fraudulent email is attached below. I previously had a Facebook account linked to an old Google Apps email address and phone number. Unfortunately, I deactivated the account and forgot about it. Subsequently, the domain expired, and I also changed my phone number. Years later, my friends informed me that my account was active again. Despite my efforts, I couldn't regain access as I no longer had the email or phone number associated with it. After reaching out to the current account holder, he agreed to send me the OTP to recover my account. I successfully changed the account details, but encountered an issue when I was prompted to upload a photo. I complied with the request, however, I'm now facing difficulties logging in.

Dear Forum Members, I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a cyber attack that has compromised both my Facebook account and email address. My name is Susmita Dhami, a senior citizen residing in Toronto, Canada. On April 18, [redacted], at approximately 12:30 pm, my accounts were hacked, causing me great distress. Prior to the incident, I was using Bell Canada as my internet service provider until I switched to Rogers around noon on the same day. It was during this transition that the hacker seized control of my accounts. I am unable to reset my passwords as the hacker still has access to my accounts. It has come to my attention that they are using my Facebook account to play the Supercity game, a hobby I have enjoyed for years. Despite my husband's efforts to report the issue to Facebook, no action has been taken to address the hacking. This situation has left me unable to sleep, anxious about potential misuse of my accounts. I kindly request your prompt support in reclaiming control of both my Facebook and email accounts. Hello, I recently received notification that my personal Facebook account has been disabled because I am supposedly ineligible to use the platform. After reviewing the Facebook Community Standards and the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, I am still unsure about what content on my profile led to its immediate disablement. A few months ago, I changed my Facebook password due to a security concern. Recently, I was logged out of my accounts after a computer update and couldn't remember my new password. I don't have access to the phone number or original email associated with the account. Despite trying to recover my account using the help of three friends, I haven't been successful yet, potentially because it took longer than 24 hours for the codes to be used. Unfortunately, one friend I asked for help is no longer willing. I have some account information available, even though it's been a while. Additionally, I now use a different email address as I can't access the original one.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 10+ phone yesterday and encountered difficulties logging into my Facebook account via the app. Despite several attempts, I couldn't access my usual account and resorted to using Google to finally log in. Now, I'm unable to log into the app at all. The SMS authentication code promised is not being sent, and when I try to resend it, I'm informed that too many codes have been sent. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times without success. This problem is preventing me from using Facebook Messenger, which is crucial for communicating with my family. I urgently need this problem resolved.

Hello, when I try to log in to my Facebook account, the system only shows me the option to log out. The message states, "Unfortunately, we are reviewing additional documents. We appreciate your patience." This account is crucial to me as it contains important business information. I have submitted my accurate name and provided my identity card. I am unable to access my account without any clear reason. The account represents both my family and business on Facebook. Kindly review the information again and reactivate my account. On April 10th, while using Facebook Messenger, a pop-up appeared stating there was an issue and logged me out of both Messenger and Facebook. Despite my attempts to log back in and reset the password, my Facebook continued to reset. Concern arose when friends mentioned receiving inappropriate friend requests and messages from my account. They even FaceTimed the account and got a response without the camera on. Additionally, a picture of me from my birthday surfaced on my mother's Facebook, receiving likes from unknown males with one mutual friend created in March named Ash Hill, along with Christopher Lewis and a recent one, Kenon Ekyangoubi. I am deeply worried about my safety and kindly request assistance in resetting or deleting the account.

I have been facing issues with my Facebook account "BestSeller Channel" for the past 18 months. Facebook requested me to change my account name to my real name and merge it with my page, which I agreed to do back in November [redacted]. However, after submitting the necessary documents, I have not received any response from Facebook. There are many Facebook groups in our country, particularly for girls, where some individuals offer online job opportunities. Unfortunately, when I reached out to inquire about a job, I received unpleasant responses which left me feeling upset and angry. Upon learning that the account was fake, I promptly blocked the individual. Many young women in our community are seeking part-time job opportunities, so it would be greatly appreciated if Facebook could implement measures to prevent fake accounts and provide additional support for these groups. I'm Terrisa Berg. I've had a Facebook account under that name for years. Recently, someone named Decosta Berg took over my account, used my credit card for transportation in Italy, and now has access to my personal information. When I try to reset my password, the code goes to Decosta's email, and I can't receive texts to my phone since I don't have one and my number changed. My husband tried to report the hack, but he needs to select a friend that was affected, and I no longer have access to my account. I created an account with Cleo, which initially claimed to be free. However, about a week later, I was charged $11.54 without this transaction reflecting in my Cleo account, preventing me from transferring the money back to my bank account. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to delete my account successfully. The platform promises to send me an email confirming my account deletion, but I have not received any such communication. I would like my Cleo account to be deleted promptly, and I request a refund for the unauthorized payment taken from me.

I was using my Facebook page on Tuesday, April 23rd from my phone when I received a message to log in with my password "kelvina1995," which was unsuccessful. I have been using this password with my iPhone. I suspect that someone may have hacked my Facebook account on Monday from a different location. Today, when I tried to access my Facebook account, I received an invalid password message and was asked to send a code to an email address "a*********[redacted]" along with my [redacted] I believe that "a*********[redacted]" is the hacker's email. Please check when this email was updated on my Facebook account. I have another main operational account "[redacted]," but I created a Facebook account for my brother "Henry Newstead" using this email last year.
