I have attempted twice to list two items on Facebook Marketplace, items that do not violate Facebook's policies, only to be informed that the postings are under investigation. I decided to remove them to avoid any issues. While trying to upload a photo of a new comforter, I was told it needed investigation. Yesterday, I tried to post a door stopper that looks like a toy and, once again, it had to be investigated. I am willing to provide pictures of the items. My intention is to follow Facebook's guidelines, but I am not getting clear feedback on what I may have done incorrectly. I want to ensure there are no complaints against me for something I have not done wrong. Please provide guidance on this matter.

My name is Heidi Magdy and my Facebook account was hacked on 17/04/[redacted]. This account holds memories dating back to [redacted], which are very dear to me. It contains important communications, especially as I plan to promote my handmade products through e-marketing to my contacts. My Facebook Messenger is the only way to keep in touch with my foreign friends. There are private photos with friends, posts, and notes crucial to my studies that are stored only on my profile. I previously contacted Facebook for help, but they mistakenly reactivated an old account. I urgently need my hacked account back, as it's vital to me. After performing a factory reset on my phone, I lost all my data. While I recall most of my passwords, I am unable to access my Facebook account. It does not appear in searches, nor do my friends. Despite attempting various solutions from their help center forums, I have not been successful. It is important for me to recover my account by changing the password and restoring access. Additionally, I had numerous privacy settings enabled, which could explain why my account is not visible in searches, although Facebook does acknowledge its existence.

I recently acquired a new phone and phone number, leading to difficulty logging into my Facebook account due to the authentication code generator being tied to my old number. With no access to my old number, I am unable to retrieve the generator pin. I would like the generator removed from my account so I can log in using just my email and password, although I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account. Despite reporting this to Facebook multiple times without a response, I've been unable to log in for months. The added frustration stems from being locked out of my account despite knowing my login credentials. I have requested a review, but the case remains open and no updates have been provided. I am unsure of the cause for the disablement and am willing to remove any inappropriate content to have my account reactivated. Additionally, I am concerned about potential hacking. The disablement not only affects my personal account but also hinders my ability to update the page for Dumfriesshire and Cumbria Greyhound Rescue. I manage this page as the sole Facebook Coordinator, and our charity heavily relies on volunteers. I'm having trouble accessing my account as it has been hacked. I cannot use my email or phone, and the hacker has started messaging my friends impersonating me to try to scam them. My friends have already informed me that the messages were not from me. I need my Facebook account completely shut down to put a stop to this. I have asked my friends to unfriend me to prevent further issues, but I am unable to access my account at all. I am uncertain how they changed my information, but I need Facebook to take action and close down the account.

After getting a new iPhone, all the apps, including Facebook and the code generator, were reset, causing login issues. The code generator needs to be repaired to work with Facebook again. To address this, the temporary disabling of the code generator might be necessary to regain access to Facebook. This will allow for the repair process and successful pairing of the code generator with the Facebook app. Currently, the code generator app cannot be accessed, hindering the login process to Facebook that requires the code.

I have been receiving alerts for login attempts from unfamiliar devices and locations that are not mine. Despite changing my password each time, the issue persists. The recent attempts are as follows: - April 20 at 2:53 pm near Irving, TX using Android on a Samsung Galaxy G7. - April 21 at 1:57 pm near New Horizon, TX using a Samsung Browser on a Samsung Galaxy J1. - April 22 at 6:13 am near Florissant, MO using Chrome on YDW. - April 23 at 12:51 am near Cinco Ranch, TX using Android on Android. - April 23 around 12 noon near West Carrollton, OH using Chrome on LG. I am concerned about my security and seek advice on further measures to address this ongoing issue. Your guidance on next steps would be greatly appreciated.

After my phone deleted all my apps, I reinstalled Facebook but forgot my password. After resetting it, I received an error message saying my phone is not recognized, requesting a verification code. Despite numerous attempts and resends since yesterday, I have not received any codes. I am worried about losing my account and all the priceless photos on it. I encountered an issue trying to access a private Facebook page, as I couldn't log in due to various reasons. Firstly, I forgot that I had closed my old email address, preventing me from receiving the password reset code. Secondly, I couldn't recall my old phone number. I need assistance with my messenger app. I do not have a Facebook account, only using messenger. Today, I suddenly cannot access my messenger. I typically use my mobile number as my username, not an email address. Despite receiving a passcode through SMS for forgotten passwords, I keep getting an "user is performing too many actions" error when trying to log in. I can view my messenger account but cannot log in, and senders are notified they are blocked when trying to message me. My messenger account is PBJC Zams with a profile picture of two people in brown cartoon sketch. I am urgently seeking help to recover my account. Thank you.

I was informed that I had won $[redacted],[redacted]. The delivery company requested $2,[redacted] for delivery charges, which I couldn't afford due to being on SSI. They asked me to purchase an Amazon card, but were unable to deduct from it. I suspected it was a scam and stopped communication. They referenced Facebook's code generator contest. I'm curious if I indeed won or if it was a scam.

I made a new Facebook account yesterday, uploaded my profile picture, and sent friend requests to my relatives. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log in as Facebook requested a photo for account verification. Despite sending the picture, I am still locked out of my account. I tried calling Facebook for help, but could not reach anyone. I need assistance quickly to regain access to my account where I've already connected with family members. The message displayed since last night reads: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us. We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook."

Hello, I am Randal E Waldon. I have an old email [redacted], and a newer one, [redacted] I have updated my Facebook account info. However, after returning from vacation on 4-22-19, I found my password changed without my knowledge. The issue is I no longer have access to the old email linked to my account. When trying to recover, I am stuck in a loop requesting verification to the old email. I tried uploading my license for verification, but the system only accepts the old email for communication. When I tried resetting the password, I received a message stating, "YOU ARE TRYING TO OFTEN". I seek assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Facebook account has been hacked. Two days ago, I received a message informing me of being logged out of Messenger. Today, when I tried to log in, I was prompted to enter a new password, though I did not authorize this change. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password as I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to my account. I was advised to fill out a form and provide my ID, but I explained that the name on my ID does not match the name on my Facebook account. As the Facebook page Admin for LALO Tactical, I need assistance with transferring ownership of the page. The current owner account, "LALO Tactical," is inaccessible, and no one in the company has access to it. Attempts to locate the account have been unsuccessful, even using the account ID from Facebook Business Manager. I am looking to have Facebook remove the outdated account as the page owner and assign one of our admins to take its place for managing requests in Business Manager. Despite searching through Facebook's help resources, I have not found a solution. Most suggestions involve removing all admins to designate the last remaining one as owner, but the "LALO Tactical" account is listed separately in the owner section without any other roles. Retrieving the account is challenging as we lack the associated email or phone number.

My Facebook account has been disabled despite sending in two forms of ID. Concerned as my wife experienced a similar issue with someone else's photo on her account before. I provided my travel ID photo and bank card as proof. Worried about impersonation as this has happened to us before. Requesting assistance to reinstate my account under my name, Malcolm McLay, and email address. It appears someone else is using my name and has their photo linked to it.

My account was suspended for 30 days after addressing someone's racist comment. I acknowledged the ban, hoping to resume after the period. Regrettably, 17 days in, my account was abruptly disabled without warning. I was incapacitated from using Facebook, making it impossible to breach any rules. I'm puzzled about the reason for the disabling, considering the existing penalty. I've maintained this account since [redacted]/[redacted] and it contains irreplaceable photos I lack backups for. It's interconnected with various other accounts, further complicating matters. The loss of these photos, especially those of a deceased friend and childhood pets, would be devastating. The appeal process offered no opportunity for explanation, requesting only my name and ID, failing to address my concerns about the lost photos.
