Dear Sir*Madam, **Prior to launching any advertising we campaigns we consulted with you live chat support to staff to find out whether we need to apply for 'prior written permission' to run ads, considering the nature of our business. We are sure that you will be able to follow the trail of correspondence which will reveal to you that we were advised to go forward with starting our campaigns. We also asked to be allocated an account manager in order for us specify when and if we ever need to actually fill out the for. We were told that when the time comes we will be allocated on as such. **Based on your staff's advisory, we started to run ads, and with only a few minor glitches we were able to do so. We did receive some negative feedback from you review team, however the decision was overturned and the campaigns were allowed to run. **We started our "page like campaign" on Friday *.**, after having ran a an AB testing campaign in the week prior without any problems. **We are now put in a position were our campaigns are stalled and as head of social media for iGaming, I am falling behind schedule. **I would once again like to stress that we displayed more than appropriate concern into whether we need to apply for prior written permission, which is something we are of course willing and were willing to do from the very start. All we asked for was to be allocated an account manager in order for us to do so. **We are an affiliate marketing website, bestbingosites.uk, and are not the actual gambling facility.
