Hi, my facebook account was hacked some time ago, not sure when as I don't really use facebook. Someone has opened an ad account in my name, Joshua Cacciola, account number ***************. This hacker has then used my name and the new account he has created to advertise. I have then come to open my own advertising account, Bumpt account number ****************, to start my new legitimate registered business only to find an existing personal account already disabled and subsequently my new account also disabled. It is imperative that I be able to advertise my business on facebook or I will have to close, rendering my last few months of establishment and much money wasted. I opened a dispute to have it enabled but was responded with...**"I've had another look at your ad account and unfortunately, we won't be able to re-enable it. There's no further action that you may take here. Please consider this decision as final."**This is not acceptable, the ads in question are clearly from someone other than myself, even using a random currency unknown to myself, I have never advertised with Facebook before and am happy to supply any information required to prove such a matter. I am even happy for all of my accounts including my original facebook personal page to be wiped and*or deleted so I can start an actual ad campaign for myself. It is certainly not fair that I not be allowed to advertise with Facebook simply because you have allowed the unauthorised activity to take place under my name. This is clearly an issue with Facebooks privacy and not a fault of myself. **PLEASE HELP ME TO ADVERTISE MY BUSINESS BEFORE WE SINK.
