I am experiencing trouble accessing my account despite reporting the issue multiple times since last week. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. I suspect my account might have been hacked. The account under the name Nicole Bennett was created in [redacted] with the email [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Recently, I updated it with the email [redacted] for verification purposes. Despite keeping the same password, I am suddenly unable to log in. This is particularly frustrating as my business, Sparkle Girl Club, is associated with this account but I am unable to access it. I have provided my phone number +[redacted]5 and have submitted around 10 reports regarding this issue since last week.

Hello Facebook Help, I am reaching out because I lost access to my Facebook password three months ago. Despite my attempts to retrieve the code from my trusted contacts, I have faced difficulties as not all contacts are reachable, rendering this option ineffective. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the trusted friends without logging in, making this process even more challenging. Additionally, when trying to reset my password using the profile finder on mobile, I received a message stating my profile does not exist, which is perplexing given that I have maintained this account for the past five years. I am at a loss for what steps to take next and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your help.

I am Amber Y., my cell phone number is [redacted]. I recently got a new iPhone and am unable to access Facebook. The codes from my three trusted friends are not working, leaving me completely locked out of Facebook. This is problematic for me as I heavily rely on Facebook for my real estate business. I urgently require assistance. I deactivated my Facebook account due to someone using my profile photo under the name of Lizda Sonia. This person is posting messages and photos that are harassing my friends, causing panic within my friend's wife and family. Despite numerous reports to Facebook regarding nudity and unauthorized photo postings, Lizda Sonia's account continues to resurface with new offending content. I implore the Facebook team to promptly eliminate the entire account of Lizda Sonia, who is impersonating me and causing public distress. My friend, M.A., and his wife are already suffering due to the distressing photos and posts. Lizda Sonia created the account in February [redacted] with the intention of blackmailing us. I urgently request immediate action from the Facebook team to remove the Facebook account of Lizda Sonia. Despite my repeated reports, the response has been insufficiently slow, pushing me to seek your help here. I beg for the swift removal of Lizda Sonia's Facebook account. Dear Facebook Security, I am encountering issues accessing my account. After logging in earlier today, I was suddenly logged out without reason, which has happened before. I have multiple profiles on Facebook due to unresolved issues like this one. Despite setting up my account without a cell phone, I received a code today, changed my password, but still faced an additional security check that I cannot navigate. This broken security check prevents me from choosing a photo or obtaining a code. I am dealing with a significant legal matter and awaiting assistance from Congress/DOJ. I received emails informing me that my mobile number had been linked to another Facebook account. I promptly filled out the online form to report this as an impersonation issue. The form demanded the URL of the other profile tied to my mobile number, which I wasn't provided. I reluctantly entered the URL of my personal profile, clarifying in the comments that it was my actual account being affected. Facebook mistakenly deleted my profile, accusing me of being an imposter violating their terms. They requested ID documents to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts with various forms of ID, including Case #[redacted][redacted], Facebook insists on receiving ID matching the imposter account details. Does this imply I need to provide the ID of the new Facebook profile using my number?

Recently, it has become increasingly common for criminal individuals to hack into Facebook accounts. Unfortunately, this has also happened to me. A Pakistani individual from my area named Tayab Khan hacked into my account by changing the email address and replacing my name with his own. He has added new names to my friend list and occasionally shares posts using my account. These incidents have caused great concern, as there are more than three Facebook pages and groups that are crucial to me. I am seeking guidance on how to recover my account and these important pages and groups. Since last night, April 5, [redacted], I have been receiving friend requests from hundreds of people without my initiating any requests. Today, Saturday, April 6, [redacted], I informed my friends that my account has been hacked as none of the posts made after April 4 are mine. I received a message from someone named Sam Azizzada, warning me that he will continue to cause trouble because I am using his account. I promptly deleted his message, but he continued to call and send me offensive messages, questioning why I am sending friend requests to strangers. This morning, he changed my password, leading to my inability to log into Facebook from my computer. I kindly request assistance in regaining control of my account, as this individual is posting inappropriate content that does not represent me. It appears that my account has been blocked due to a misunderstanding. I can assure you that nothing I post is intended for individuals under the age of 18. I find it frustrating that non-Americans seem to have difficulties sharing pictures on this platform. I hope this issue can be resolved without further complications.

I recently received a notification that an individual in Denmark attempted to access my account using a Samsung phone. Subsequently, I was prompted to input my password to confirm my identity as the Facebook user, resulting in me being locked out of my Facebook accounts linked to Denise Nicole Williams, Dollhouse Salon (business), and Denise Nicole Styles (business). This situation has also led to me being locked out of my Instagram account under denise__nicole. My Facebook password was Adrian2, and my Instagram password was deuce11807. The phone number associated with these accounts is [redacted]. I have sent numerous emails but received responses in Arabic, despite English being my spoken language. Any assistance to address this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. The individual who breached my accounts appears to be using a Gmail account that starts with a******@gmail.com. I visited the Sunnyhills alumni website where Paul Saevig shared updates on former alumni and their achievements along with features like the like, comment, and share buttons. I decided to share a picture with my sister's daughter, assuming it was allowed as there was a share button available. When Paul messaged me asking to remove the post, I clarified my understanding of the share feature, but he insisted on its removal. To my surprise, I was subsequently removed from the website. I am puzzled as to why my post was deleted when his own posts had the share option. Could someone from Facebook please help me understand why I was removed? Laura Madison

My sister-in-law is in her late 70s and recently had her account hacked. She is struggling to delete her account as the hacker changed her email address and she didn't provide a phone number. She keeps getting stuck in a loop where the system wants to send a verification code to the hacker's new email address. How can she resolve this and delete her account? She is feeling overwhelmed and confused. I'm reaching out for advice on how to guide her through this process remotely.

I am very distressed by the threats on my life due to false allegations made by Carol Bright. I have involved the police who advised me to reach out to you. It is critical that these harmful posts be removed promptly. My family and company are suffering because of this situation. Despite your policy against threats, Carol Bright and others are continuing to endanger me and my loved ones. I possess evidence of these threats in the form of messages and images. For months, I have been trying to contact a real person to activate my account but have had no luck. Despite repeatedly sending my ID, there has been no communication from Facebook regarding the status. The lack of updates or acknowledgment is frustrating. My email and phone number are verified, but it seems the main issue lies in the delay in reviewing my ID to verify its accuracy.

While browsing on Facebook, I unexpectedly got logged out and was instructed to change my account password. After doing so, I was asked to select four statements I had posted on Facebook, which I complied with, but then Facebook claimed they were incorrect. This made me question the legitimacy of the site. Facebook then requested a photo, which I prefer not to upload online. Their suggestion that I may have entered my password on a fake site puzzled me, as I never did so before. I am unsure whether this is a fraudulent site attempting to deceive me. I simply want access to the site restored. If this issue persists, I may consider abandoning Facebook and informing others of my troubling experience.

Hello, Approximately one month ago, I was required to set up two-factor authentication for my page, which is associated with my profile. At the time, I was logged in on both my laptop and phone. A barcode was sent to my laptop, which I scanned using a code scanner app on my phone. After entering the code, my page was successfully confirmed. Throughout this process, I did not provide or use any phone number since my phone lacked a SIM card. I do not have a recollection of linking the app I used to my Facebook account. Recently, I accidentally logged out of all my devices and browsers. Now, I am prompted to input a login code from an authentication app, in addition to my password and email. Regrettably, I am unable to access any code. I kindly request Facebook to assist in recovering my account without the code. If necessary, I am willing to verify my account through alternative methods by providing relevant account information. On April 6, [redacted], I got logged out of my account and received a "session expired" message, unable to access FB and Messenger on any of my devices. Despite no recent password changes, I couldn't log back in as it kept saying my password was wrong. When trying to reset my password, the Code was sent to an unfamiliar email, not mine. I later found out that my account was accessed from Vietnam. I urgently need help in recovering my account. Thank you.

I received a notification from Facebook stating that if such a video is reposted, my account will be closed. The video was uploaded on 27-3-[redacted] at 13:35 and was deleted by Facebook. We work as social activists. Our intention behind posting these videos is not to disrespect anyone. The purpose of uploading such videos is to bring attention to the authorities against those who commit violence. Posting these videos is for public interest as we run an organization that provides free education to orphaned children affected by begging. I would like to address an issue regarding a video that was posted on my Facebook account. The video, which contained violent content, was removed by Facebook due to a notification received about the content violating policies. The video was uploaded on 27-3-[redacted] at 13:35. As a social worker, our goal in sharing such videos is to bring attention to issues of violence for the greater good. We operate an institution that provides free education to orphaned children to prevent them from resorting to begging. We seek permission to post similar videos in the future for the public interest and to advocate for action against violence.
