My business manager's admin account, formerly under [redacted], has been disabled. As part of transitioning my admin access from [redacted] to [redacted], the new account was disabled, leaving me without access to my Facebook business manager with active ads. I no longer use Facebook personally and wanted to separate my personal account ([redacted]) from work by transitioning to [redacted] Now, I seek assistance in re-enabling [redacted] or adding [redacted] as an admin to the "Minte Media" business manager account. This will allow me to regain access to my ad account and continue with the transition smoothly.

My Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled due to security reasons, although the process to verify my identity did not yield any results, rendering me unable to use the platform. Recently, for work purposes in community outreach, I attempted to create a new account with my work email but it was disabled for "unusual activity" shortly after setting it up, possibly due to selecting a wrong setting regarding privacy settings like my birthdate. I submitted another photo as requested and am now awaiting a response to resolve this issue as being active on Facebook is essential for my work in the community. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

While browsing on Facebook, the platform suddenly shut down and displayed a message stating my session had expired, which was a first-time experience for me. When I attempted to log back in, I received an error message indicating an incorrect password. Feeling frustrated, I followed the prompts to set a new password. However, upon attempting to log in with the new password, the system repeatedly informed me that it was incorrect. Despite trying my previous password, the system recognized it as outdated. The process led me to a request for a code, yet my associated email is outdated by 11 years due to relocating from South Africa to the UK. Additionally, my phone number has changed, making it impossible to receive a verification code. Facebook then prompted me to identify three trusted friends, of which one has passed away, leaving me struggling to recall the remaining two. Being 57 years old and having only begun using computers 11 years ago, I am not very tech-savvy. This situation is distressing as Facebook is my primary means of staying connected with loved ones in South Africa. Despite attempting to reach out through various channels, including messages, I am yet to receive a response or solution.

I am experiencing a severe issue with my Facebook account. Malicious individuals falsely reported my account, resulting in its disabling. They engage in threatening behavior, harassment, and bullying, demanding money from their victims. My account was reported for impersonation, although I have never pretended to be someone else. I have attempted to recover my account through the official channels provided by Facebook, submitting identity verification documents, but I have been informed that they cannot assist me. This situation has left me deeply disheartened as my account holds many precious memories that I do not wish to lose. I have been trying to locate a direct contact for Facebook but have been unsuccessful so far. I urgently require assistance. Thank you in advance.

Hello, my name is Alex Wells. Unfortunately, I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account as it seems my ex-girlfriend may have changed my password. Though I've tried my old passwords, I keep getting an error message prompting me to reset it. The issue is I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, which was set up by my ex-girlfriend, and there isn't a phone number associated with it. I've reached out to Facebook support with my ID in hopes of receiving a password reset code to my new email address [redacted], but so far have not received anything apart from ID approval confirmation. I kindly request assistance in sending the reset code to my new email so I can regain access to my account and preserve the memories stored there. I assure you this is a genuine request and I am the rightful owner of the account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I look forward to your response via email.

In early [redacted], I was involved with a multilevel marketing company called MOBE and followed their instructions to place Facebook ads, spending $14,[redacted] without success. Unfortunately, MOBE was shut down by the Federal Trade Commission as a scam, causing me to lose $[redacted],[redacted]. To recover my losses, I have started working with LURN, an e-commerce company helping with setting up online stores and Facebook advertising. I now need my Facebook Business Manager unlocked to promote my new business selling baby products. I am eager to remove any association with MOBE from my account and focus on my new venture to repay my debt. Your assistance in allowing me to advertise on Facebook again would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.

I recently resolved a hacking issue on my Facebook account. I attempted to renew my membership yesterday and friends have informed me they are receiving unwanted ads supposedly coming from my account. This is puzzling to me as I haven't encountered this situation before. It seems my tech-savvy friends are concerned and urging me to address this. I value my connections on Facebook and wish to continue using it without causing inconvenience. I have already changed my password but seek guidance on how to prevent these ads from appearing. I hope to receive assistance promptly to rectify this matter and ensure a positive Facebook experience for myself and my contacts. Thank you.

I noticed a photo on my friend's Facebook page of someone named Derrick Oh holding a flag with a swastika. This person is also her cover photo. Unfortunately, she forgot her password, and there is a language barrier as she speaks mainly Vietnamese. I'm assisting her via text messages or in person due to the communication challenge. I tried to help her recover her password, but it didn't work. Is there a way for Facebook to send password recovery instructions to the email linked to her account? Her name is Han Nguyen, and she has a few inactive pages since she struggles with using computers. I have reported Derrick Oh's photo in the hope that Facebook will take it down. If you need more information, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Paul

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker is now scamming my friends. I fell for a scam where I thought I won a $[redacted],[redacted] contest from Facebook. Despite reporting this to Facebook on March 12, [redacted], I haven't heard back from them. One of my contacts, Denise Sandra, mentioned my name was on a winner's list and provided me with Mark Clement's number ([redacted]). He claimed I needed to provide my password to receive the prize money, resulting in an $[redacted] scam. My name is Russell Davis, with emails [redacted] and [redacted], and phone number [redacted]. I hope to regain access to my account.

Regarding my previous post of the old Nazi salute, “Seig Heil,” I want to clarify that it was meant as a joke in an ironic manner. It was inspired by the humor of "Monty Python" or "Spike Milligan." I have a deep understanding of the history of the Nazis, as evidenced by an incident in [redacted] when I reacted strongly while reading "William L Shirer's" "The Rise and Fall of The Third Reich" and learning about "Babi Yar" in [redacted]. Upon reviewing my past posts, you will notice that I am a strong supporter of Israel. I believe that the real issue lies with the policies of "Facebook," not with me. Nevertheless, before my 7-day suspension began, I took the opportunity to apologize to my friends on "Facebook" for my upcoming absence as I need to focus on studying for my upcoming GCSE Maths exams until summer.

I was using Messenger to inform my friends about a new platform for saving money on hotel rooms globally. Surprisingly, I got blocked on my own account being told I was sending messages too quickly. How many texts am I allowed to send in an hour or a day on Messenger? In the past, I've messaged my entire contact list without any issues. What could I have done differently? Thank you. - Cheri O., [redacted] Feel free to reach out to me at [redacted] (USA).

I am concerned about an acquaintance who is being scammed by a fake Facebook account. This acquaintance inadvertently left her account logged in on my device, allowing me to see the scam messages. Despite my awareness of the scam, my friend, who is over 50, seems unaware of the situation. I am hesitant to confront her as it may damage our friendship since I read the messages without her permission. The scammer operates multiple accounts, fabricating stories to solicit money. While I am considering involving the police, I am worried about how it may reflect on my friend. Upon conducting some research using images from the fake profiles, I discovered that they belong to real people, including a governor from Alaska. If you come across this message, I would appreciate any advice on how to intervene and stop the scammer, possibly involving law enforcement. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I'm Joyce Lang. I returned to Facebook on March 17, [redacted], after a family tragedy. I used Facebook to notify friends and family. Recently, when I added my work history, it appeared in a different format than I intended. I've re-entered the information, but it still doesn't display correctly. I want it to show alongside my other jobs on Facebook. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you, Joyce.

Since March 15, Facebook has been blocking links to my website, SweetPurrfections.com. Initially, I was informed that the links violated community standards, then labeled as spam. Despite Facebook acknowledging the error and stating that my link complies with Community Standards, I continue to be unable to share it. Moreover, others are also unable to post my link. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Facebook, the issue remains unresolved. The content of my links and webpage does not breach any Community Standards.

My Facebook account was hacked by my ex-boyfriend, Carlos G. He changed the phone number and email associated with it to his own, preventing me from accessing it. After reporting the issue to Facebook and having friends report the hack as well, the account was finally deactivated. I have filed police reports and am waiting for charges to be pressed against him for threats, hacking, and harassment. In court today (4/1/19), I was granted a two-year extension on my Order of Protection due to his actions. I miss my account and would like to regain access as it holds important pictures and contacts. Is there any way my information can be reset? My name is Tammy C-R, my email is [redacted], and my phone number should be [redacted].

I accidentally deactivated my business account, and when I tried to reinstate it, Facebook requested identification multiple times, but it seems stuck on the message that they are reviewing my ID. I had a brief moment where I was prompted to switch to a page without allowing me time to remove attached groups, content, friends, or old photos. This business page is crucial to me, and not having access to the information accumulated over the years is frustrating. The group associated with the page is still active, and I need to manage it as there are postings that do not align with my business. This situation is negatively impacting my business, and it has been ongoing for a while. I simply want to regain access to my information and deactivate the linked group.

Hello, this is Tammy G. from Mainstyle Flooring in Indianapolis, IN. I wanted to address a recent negative post made by Brent R. insinuating theft by one of our subcontractors. When Brent first raised this concern, we advised him to contact the authorities, and we assured him of our full cooperation. Unfortunately, his behavior escalated when he visited our showroom with his girlfriend, resulting in disruptions and threats. We had to involve the police due to his incessant calls and harassment of our staff. Our subcontractors have been with us for seven years without any accusations. While we are committed to resolving this matter diligently, it is inappropriate for Brent to publicly discuss an ongoing investigation. For any concerns, please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I reported this page as I was scammed out of £80. They are selling fake wigs different from the ones advertised. I've emailed them five times asking for a refund with no reply; they have blocked me. It's important to protect Facebook users from scams. I've spent a lot on Facebook games, and it's awful when someone takes your money and sends the wrong item. Please block their website as they are running multiple scams. I've tried to warn others, but they have blocked me from commenting. This situation is frustrating. I reported the site to Facebook but received no response. I plan to seek advice from my sister who works in trading standards because this is unacceptable.
