I am trying to get the gray verification badge to show on my page. ... I am attempting to get my page verified. Facebook lists many options for how to verify, and I provided the documentation. Their staff keep telling me I have not met their needs, even though I checked and resent the document required. When reading the support emails, it is clear and obvious they haven't read any of the text in my emails, or the document, and are just replying with automated messages and help center links that tell me that I did in fact send the right document. Their support is embarrassing.
They list out the forms of identification needed, and at one point, one of their representatives modified the list by saying the documents had to be notarized and linked me to the "article" that says all of this, but the article makes no mention of notary. I sent them the form needed, it literally states that it is the articles of incorporation, it is the official legal document I received from my legal team and from the State of Wisconsin, yet Facebook doesn't know what the document is. They can't read.
I want someone to apologize, I want them to read my original email that HAS all of the information they need in it, and I want the verification badge shown on my page. This should have been completed many days ago.
I supplied all of the information, and even had spoken over the phone with one of their representatives, who gave me screenshots and all of the information I needed. I followed directions, but their own staff can't seem to follow their own policies.
I resubmitted my information to them, they still don't know how to read.
