I am Carlos Duarte and I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account. At 8:42pm Central Time, I attempted to send a message, but it failed to send. Following this, yellow letters showed up indicating, "Message could not be sent. Tap for details." Subsequently, I deleted and reopened the Messenger app, which directed me to a page stating, "Your Account Is Temporary Locked." The reason provided was suspicious login activity from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (a location I have not visited). The page requested my old and new passwords, but despite providing the information, it kept stating my old password was incorrect. There was an option to send a temporary password to my email, showing my correct email address and another unfamiliar one. It assured that the temporary password would be sent to both emails. This incident has raised concerns about the security of my account, and I am seeking assistance to address this alarming situation.

I have been using Facebook for many years. Unfortunately, last year I lost my mobile phone. When I tried to reconnect with Facebook, they accused me of stealing my own profile. I had to create a new Facebook profile, using a photo identical to the old one. Despite this, Facebook continues to accuse me of theft. Consequently, when I attempt to reconnect with friends, they report it as someone else trying to access my profile. This situation is frustrating, especially as my family lives overseas, and Facebook is our primary method of keeping in touch. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. I have decided that social media is not for me. I do not wish to share my pictures or personal information with others. I believe social media can lead to negative relationships and once something is posted, it no longer belongs to me but can be altered by anyone. Therefore, I would like my information to be removed from Facebook and my account to be closed permanently. Despite the option to close the account, the system does not delete it fully. I request that my account be deleted along with my password and phone number. I no longer wish to have access to your website. Thank you.

I travel frequently for work and recently returned from Spain to Ghana. I received a notification about unusual activity on my account. My Facebook account was deactivated without my knowledge and I was prompted to provide a six-digit code sent to my phone number in Ghana to reactivate it. Despite pressing the send button multiple times, I have not received the code. I suspect the issue might be due to how I entered my phone number. In Ghana, my number is [redacted], but internationally it should be dialed as [redacted][redacted]. Additionally, I temporarily used a Malaysian chip with the number +[redacted]1 in January. My Facebook is crucial for my connections, so I urgently need it reactivated. Thank you very much for your help.

I created the page "Thatch Road Dublin" over 4 or 5 years ago. I shared thousands of my own photos on it. Once, I encountered a problem and reached out to Adrienne, who helped me resolve an issue with changing the top photo. In January, I intended to temporarily close the page due to inactivity. However, Adrienne contacted me, removed my daughter Yvonne and me as admins, and took over the page without permission. She is now using my old photos, causing me embarrassment as people wonder why I am not involved. I request either the return of the page to me or its closure. I created the "Thatch Road Dublin" Page over 4 or 5 years ago. I uploaded thousands of my own photos. Once, I had an issue with a setting and a Lady Adrienne helped me fix it. In January, I tried to temporarily close the page, but she intervened, removed me and my daughter Yvonne as admins, and took over without permission. She continues to use my old photos, causing embarrassment as I am associated with the area. People are questioning my absence. Please return ownership to me or shut the page down. Thank you. I recently made a significant mistake and I am unsure how to express my apologies.
Some days ago, a friend made me an admin on their Facebook Page with over 20k followers. They asked me to live stream the cricket match between Afghanistan and Ireland. Despite concerns about copyright violations, I went ahead thinking any consequences would affect my friend's page. After a few minutes, the link was taken down, and I received a notification from Facebook about using unauthorized material. They temporarily restricted my posting and liking/commenting abilities for three days. I planned to resume usual activities on the 27th of February. However, on the 26th, my account was permanently disabled for not complying with their rules. As a result, I lost 4k followers, over 1k friends, and the ability to create a new account. This situation is unjust as my Facebook account held 11 years of memories and felt like a part of my family.
I seek advice on how to recover my account and express my deepest apologies for my actions.

I deactivated my Facebook account a couple of years ago, and now I urgently need to recover my account and become active again on Facebook. Unfortunately, I forgot my password as it has been years since I last used it. After attempting to reset my password via email, I was prompted to enter a four-digit code for verification. However, since I am logging in from a different device, Facebook requested to send a text code to authenticate my device. The issue is that the phone numbers Facebook has on record are no longer valid; I have a new phone number now. How can I update my phone number without being logged into my account? My account isn't working as someone tried logging in and Facebook stopped it. Now, to log in, I need to verify my mobile number, which I no longer have access to. They're sending a 6-digit pin to that number. I want my account back as I have important pictures saved. Facebook has been emailing me, so why can't they send the pin there for verification? I am having trouble reaching Instagram after they suspended my account SadbaffoonMV. I was not aware of their Terms of Service regarding suggestive content, as I thought it only applied to nudity. I have seen other users post similar content without repercussions. I now understand the rules and am willing to comply. I kindly request that my account be reinstated as I made an honest mistake unintentionally. It seems unfair to selectively enforce this rule. Please reconsider my case. I don't use Facebook, I only have the Messenger app. However, I got logged out suddenly and received a message stating: "It looks like you're using this feature in a way it wasn't meant to be used. Please slow down or you could be blocked from using it." They asked me to do a security check to log in and sent a 6-digit code to my phone. Despite receiving the code the first two times, clicking on "Continue" did nothing. Now, I'm not receiving any codes even when I hit "Resend confirmation code." I am confused and need help to access my account again. Thank you!

I am a disabled individual with a brain injury. On Feb 24, [redacted], I reported abuse on Facebook and, the very next day, my account was disabled. Following a request for ID, I provided my state ID, only to be informed that I was ineligible to use Facebook without a driver's license, which I cannot obtain due to my disability. The automated responses I received were unclear and unhelpful, ultimately leading to the permanent disabling of my account. This situation has caused me great distress as I have lost vital connections to support groups, doctors, specialists, family members, and 12 years' worth of photos and memories. I am feeling overwhelmed and unable to reach out to my support network, crucial for my healthcare and physical assistance.

I have been harassed by two people on Facebook, and it's really affecting me. They have been sending me numerous threatening messages, insisting that I should leave Facebook. This is particularly distressing for me as I have recently had a Triple Bypass and I suffer from severe health issues. The individuals causing me distress are Carolyn Cannon and Cheri Harrison. Their messages have caused my blood pressure to rise, made it hard for me to breathe, and I have been shaking uncontrollably. Their behavior is unacceptable, especially considering my health struggles. Despite blocking them, they continue to contact me. The stress caused me to seek medical attention today. I feel very vulnerable, living alone, and I reached out to a friend for support. Their actions are causing me significant emotional distress and are impacting my health.

I need help transferring my Facebook account from my old phone to my new phone. Both phones have the same phone number, but my old phone can't make calls. When I set up Facebook on my new phone, I mistakenly used only my first and last name, forgetting that my original account had my first, middle, and last name. Now, I have two Facebook accounts on two phones with different names linked to the same email and phone number. I tried to delete the second account, but I only put it in shut-down mode to avoid losing information from my main account. I want to move my original account to my new phone and remove the incorrect one.
