I have been a member of Facebook since [redacted]. Recently, I deactivated my account due to feeling addicted to the platform. Today, when I tried to log back in, I encountered a security notification asking me to recover access either by contacting friends or uploading a government ID. Since I wanted a fresh start and had removed many friends, I prefer not to contact them. The option of providing a government ID makes me uncomfortable as I have never been asked for this information by Facebook before. I am worried about the security of my personal data. I miss the days of security questions or phone verification for account access. Is there another way for me to regain access to my account without compromising my privacy and security? Any assistance is appreciated.

I have been locked out of my account for nearly two weeks and despite reaching out to Facebook, I have not received assistance. It seems like my account was hacked a few weeks ago. I changed my password, but then got logged out and couldn't log back in. They sent a code to my work email, which I no longer have access to since I left my job. Thus, I can't receive any codes to unlock my account. I'd like to update my email to [redacted] and request that codes be sent there. An alternative would be to text the code to me at [redacted]. Yesterday morning, when trying to access my Facebook account, I encountered an error stating suspicious activity was detected, and I was asked to upload identification proof. I promptly submitted the required documents, but unfortunately, my account has not been restored yet. I primarily use Facebook for business purposes, such as utilizing the marketplace feature and posting in groups. I adhere to the guidelines by not sharing links or WhatsApp details directly and provide detailed descriptions of items along with their prices in my posts. I am puzzled as to why my account has been disabled without any violation of community standards being communicated. This abrupt action has impacted my reputation and caused financial losses due to the unavailability of my Facebook account. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter and the reinstatement of my account, especially with access to the marketplace feature. 😕

We used to have a Facebook account for our showroom, Kitchens by Diane. When Tami managed it, everything was taken care of. Now that she's no longer with us, we are unable to access the account to update or make any changes. Her email account was deleted as well. I have encountered issues trying to block a woman who has been harassing me. Despite my efforts to block her and remove her from my page, she continues to stalk me and is displaying delusional behavior. A post I made exposing her messages was taken down by the platform, which I find unfair as all I did was share a conversation we had. The real harassment is coming from the person who reported my post, painting her actions in a different light. I believe it is essential for the platform to take action against her behavior or I will involve the authorities. My post did not mention any names and solely referred to the individual as "her." The platform removed it without proper evaluation. I stand by my right to freedom of speech, especially when sharing conversations involving harassment. It is frustrating that my post was removed without a thorough review. I posted the conversation as a warning to my friends and for documentation purposes. I urge the platform to carefully assess such situations before taking action in the future to avoid interfering with evidence that could be necessary for legal proceedings.

This behavior constitutes cyber harassment, and it's unlawful. I urge for his cyber harassment to be removed and for measures to prevent him from further defaming me on his page. Last Sunday, February 24th, [redacted], my wife called me in distress about an incident in a plaza parking lot where a young man threatened her and pushed her. The altercation occurred when my wife politely asked them to close their car door after they parked beside her to change their son. Juan Garces, the father, was disrespectful and used profanity towards her, leading to a confrontation. Despite the situation being personal, Juan Garces and Johana Chuc left negative reviews on our business pages out of spite after noticing my company's logo on my car. We have requested Facebook to remove these irrelevant reviews as they do not reflect our services, but have not received a response yet. I appreciate any advice on how to address this situation.
