Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-karabise will need to dig through the advice provided by Facebook, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-karabise can let us know if they help or not.

My son, Satadru Sen, of ** Losee Road, Wappingers Falls, NY *****, passed away on October *, ****. He died of gunshot wounds which, as of now, has been described as a suicide. Hours before he was found dead he had defriended his spouse. She was unable to see his last posts. They were having marital disputes. It has been brought to my notice recently that his spouse is again showing as his friend on his page. How is this possible? This violates his last wish, nullifies his last act, disrespects his deep hurt, his final feelings upon being betrayed by her. He cannot defend himself anymore but you can protect him. Please fix this. Go to the time he defriended her, match it to the time he was found dead, which was about * AM, *********, look at the refriend request time and time she was accepted. How can a deceased accept a friend request? Even if she was a legacy contact, she could not accept a friend on his behalf after his death, not to speak of when she herself was defriended before he passed. Per facebook policy, the legacy contact "will be allowed to respond to new friend requests" but cannot "Remove any of your friends or make new friend requests." So pl. fix this by removing her from his page as his friend. My son's email id was *****@***.com.I will await your response.
