My Facebook account got blocked because someone uploaded a nude photo of an actress, causing Facebook to mistakenly block me, the Owner and Admin of my Queen Diana group. After some time, Facebook rectified the issue and reinstated me as Admin. Yvonne briefly removed me but eventually restored me. She claimed she was saving the group for Anne, but I am Anne and she put me back as Admin. However, shortly after, Yvonne blocked me again from posting in my Queen Diana group, leaving it inactive. Yvonne has been removing and blocking members without reason. I regret making her a co-Admin due to health reasons. Moving forward, I won't have co-Admins. I seek help restoring my Facebook account and Admin status in my Queen Diana group. It's frustrating not being able to address this directly on Facebook due to the blocking.

I bought a phone case from a company called Treasure Box, which has been advertising on Facebook and Instagram for months. Many people, including myself, have not received their orders. It seems like a scam, as their advertising suddenly disappeared, and their email responses are suspicious. I've taken steps to report them to various authorities. It's important for your company to be aware of these fraudulent businesses that advertise through you. I prefer no phone calls or emails at the moment.

I am seeking to maintain a clear distinction between my personal and business communications and contacts. Unfortunately, a mishap led to my personal contacts receiving business-related content, resulting in strained relationships. My attempt to remedy this by creating a separate account for business contacts was thwarted as the account was disabled. I am inquiring if the system permits complete segregation between personal and business contacts without necessitating the use of separate personal and business accounts. Can I not manage both within the same account? Shouldn't an LLC be treated as a distinct entity in this context? It is crucial for me to avoid jeopardizing personal connections due to the nature of my work. The challenge arises from all contacts being merged into one extensive list, making differentiation laborious. I aim to emulate others who maintain this separation successfully and wonder why I cannot do the same.

Hello Facebook Support, I am Patrick S.N. Iriarte, a Facebook user who has been blocked from posting and giving likes due to a disagreement with another user. I was blocked for "Two days" because the other user reported me for allegedly violating community standards by sharing misinformation. I provided a link to my post as evidence of its accuracy, but the user still reported me. I request that my posting privilege be restored by lifting this ban promptly. I also ask for an investigation into the users "Lynanne Troy Graham" and "Anna Rodriguez," who falsely reported me. If there is a pattern of such behavior, I urge you to take appropriate action to prevent this kind of abuse. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

About a week ago, I reset my password, but when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account despite knowing the correct password. A few days later, I realized I had two accounts, with the second one under the name of a person named Michael but containing my picture, contacts, and information. Someone claiming to be a friend contacted me, but I suspect they might be trying to scam me. I shared my ID photo with Facebook as requested but got blocked due to suspicious activity linked to a fake Facebook page on a game. This is not just happening to me but to others too. I've reset my devices to regain control. Facebook and Messenger need to address this issue promptly. I need help retrieving my data from the duplicate account and consolidating everything into one. Appreciate your guidance. Thank you, Getherdone1313.

After my account was recently reactivated following a previous 30-day suspension for allegedly violating Facebook community standards, I find myself blocked again without knowing the reason. Facebook claims the post in question has been removed, leaving me feeling frustrated and unable to defend myself. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to communicate with anyone to clarify the situation, which feels like a violation of my rights. I cannot recall posting anything that warrants being blocked in the past two days since regaining access to my account. As a 70-year-old woman, I believe I am unfairly targeted by Facebook for unknown reasons. I would like the opportunity to discuss this matter before facing another prolonged suspension. Regards, SKN.

Dear Facebook Support and Consultant Team, I am reaching out to request assistance in recovering my Facebook account, as I suspect it has been compromised. Earlier, around 6:00 or 7:00 am (Philippines time), I was using my account to browse my news feed while on the way to an immersion training with my classmates. Upon arrival, our supervisor collected our phones until the training concluded at 5:00 pm. When I regained possession of my phone and attempted to log in to Facebook Lite, I discovered that I had been logged out and could not access my account. This account is of great sentimental value to me as it was created when I was in 5th grade, approximately in [redacted] or [redacted]. I kindly ask for your help in resolving this matter promptly, as I rely on this account to connect with friends and family. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you. I recently got a new phone after my old one broke. However, I am unable to log into Facebook or Messenger because I forgot my password. When I try to reset it, the app says there is no account under my name, but on my laptop, my account shows up when I use my phone number. When I try to reset my password through trusted friends, it gives me errors like "trying too much, please try later" or "email already linked to another account." I have an old Facebook account that I no longer use, but it seems the email address is causing confusion. I originally set up my new account with just my phone number. I am determined to regain access to my account without creating a new one. Can anyone offer assistance? Thanks, Luke.

I encountered a threatening situation on Facebook. A scammer obtained a private video of me and demanded payment, threatening to share it with my Facebook contacts. Lacking the funds to comply, I fear the potential consequences if the video is circulated. Despite Facebook Support deleting the account and messages, the scammer claims to possess the video and screenshots of my friends list. I wonder if Facebook has the capability to prevent the distribution of unauthorized files. The perpetrator, using the pseudonym "Sonya Kirilenko," mentioned my family and friends and set a deadline of 3 days to pay [redacted] Euros. Although I am unable to meet these demands, I seek assurance and any possible measures to avert the dissemination of the video.

I was trying to move some accounts from Google to Facebook due to a compromise on my Google accounts. I need help reactivating the Facebook account to update it with correct details or recover my accounts linked to Google. I’m open to providing any necessary information. I recently created a Facebook account using the email address “[redacted]” but unfortunately, I didn't provide accurate information and used a random picture. I was in a rush to transfer my accounts from Google to Facebook after my Google accounts were compromised. However, my Facebook account got locked soon after I transferred the credentials, and now I can't access my accounts since they were linked to the Facebook account. I understand I broke Facebook rules unintentionally, and I want to reactivate the account to update my information or recover my other accounts. I am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance in advance, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I am unsure about what happened. Last night, I tried to log in after a few days due to swelling in my cheek. Upon logging in, I received a notice that my account was disabled as I was deemed ineligible for a Facebook account. I have not posted anything that could be considered inappropriate, as I only communicate with my friends and do not harass them. The only new thing I did was create a Facebook page for my Twitch account to update when I go live. Facebook has been a crucial part of my social interactions, especially regarding my medical issues. It is where I connect with friends and I value the platform too much to violate any terms. I am willing to provide identification, including a copy of my birth certificate, to verify my identity. I cherish the friendships I have made and would be devastated to lose them.

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with multiple duplicate Facebook accounts being created under my name and with my photos. I suspect a specific individual, Chad Spriggs, may be responsible for this and also for unauthorized access to my bank accounts. These incidents have led to a breach of Facebook's terms and potentially the law. I request a thorough investigation into this matter, as I believe there may be others affected as well. When I discovered the unauthorized access, I was unable to change my password as it had already been altered by the individual in question. I am unable to access my email or phone, so please contact my friend James at [redacted] for any communication. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ms. Paula Pritchard.

Without warning or cause, I have been denied access to the community I have been a part of for many years. The reasoning provided, stating that my post violates the community standards, is unfounded. This pattern of treatment has been ongoing in recent weeks, with my appeals consistently dismissed. An attempt to share a video featuring renowned dancers from a leading ballet company is labeled as spam. A simple image of an actor from a mainstream film has been flagged for nudity or sexual content. Additionally, sharing a culturally significant artwork by a renowned surrealist artist has been prohibited. These actions reflect a disdain for art, culture, and freedom. After years of engaging on Facebook without issue, this sudden change raises suspicions about the underlying motives. This treatment is unacceptable to me.

During Christmas week, a friend's mother sent me a friend request. Later, I discovered her account was hacked, so I promptly removed and changed my passwords. Unfortunately, it seems the hackers gained access to my account, as my verification information disappeared when I tried to secure my accounts on the same device. I added two-step verification successfully, but after logging out and attempting to set it up for the other account, I got locked out. Despite multiple attempts to receive a code for access, nothing came through. I even tried removing my phone number from my email settings to troubleshoot, but it didn't help. Despite sending photos for verification, including holding a code on a paper and my driver's license, I have not received any assistance. I need help regaining access to my Facebook account.

My Facebook ad account got suspended, and my website was marked as spam. I asked for specific reasons, but the Facebook representative was not clear and mentioned it's 'final.' Despite my attempts, I never received a clear explanation. It would be helpful if Facebook could provide warnings and guidance on proper advertising practices. Most of our ads were simply products boosted from our Facebook page per Facebook's recommendations. Constructive feedback helps customers enhance their ads. Facebook should not suspend accounts without explanation and even label our website ewatchsale.com as 'spam' on Instagram. Our store exclusively sells authentic brand products and complies with community standards, avoiding spammy practices. As newcomers to Facebook ads, we strive to adhere to their guidelines. We are eager to learn and rectify if any ads violate policies. I am surprised by the suspension as we have never promoted anything spam-related. We are a legitimate Australian registered business, and I shared our business registration certificate with Facebook. Kindly provide guidance on how we can enhance our practices to reinstate our ad account and eliminate the 'spam' designation for our store.

I encountered a website advertised on Facebook, and unfortunately, all three cards I used for my purchase were subjected to fraudulent activity. One of the cards had only been utilized for that specific order. It was disheartening to see Facebook not vetting these businesses before exposing users to potential scams. I want to prevent others from falling victim. I am currently facing chaos and frustration due to this incident. I am willing to provide all necessary information about my orders, dates, and how the transactions appeared on my bank statement. I cannot access my bank account as my money has already been taken. I am hopeful that Facebook can investigate these scammers and prevent further incidents. I recently received another fraudulent email with two unauthorized transactions, even though I received a new card three days ago. I also received an odd payment notification. I made a test purchase to track the source of the fraud and prevent future occurrences. If it reoccurs, I will be proven right, if not, I'll be relieved to have received my order.

I purchased a phone at a yard sale and encountered issues accessing my Facebook account. Despite creating new accounts multiple times, my profile showed as belonging to a man from Caldwell, which I couldn't resolve. I obtained another phone, suspecting it may have been stolen from me, and faced the same problems of profile data not syncing correctly, indicating different locations. I've tried factory resets, using security apps, and even changing phones, but the issues persist. This has caused me immense frustration as changing SIM cards, numbers, Facebook accounts, and emails has not resolved the situation. As a 57-year-old disabled Navy veteran who relocated to Boise from Missouri to be with my daughter, Facebook is my primary means of social contact. I rely on it heavily due to limited connections in my new location. Your prompt assistance in resolving this muddled and distressing situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing a glimmer of hope in this exasperating ordeal.
