I recently received a notification from the Instagram team informing me that my account has been disabled for violating their Terms of Use. However, my account has been hacked for the past 3 to 4 days. I have always respected Instagram's Terms and Conditions, and I believe I have not violated any of their rules. If I have made any mistakes in the past, I assure you they will not be repeated. I urgently need help as the person who hacked my account may be using my personal information and photos. Thank you for your assistance.

Facebook is causing me trouble by blocking my access to my account while I was updating it. I don't understand why they are so restrictive. My main account is already blocked, and now this account I created recently on January 5th has also been locked due to suspicious activity while I was updating it. I just want to regain access to my account by today, January 6th.

I recently bought a scooter from a Facebook ad and received a confirmation for the order. When I tried to view my order, the page was not found, which worried me. After contacting the provided email address, I was given a tracking number that led to a small package arriving with just an orange plastic circle inside. This experience has made me realize it was a scam, and I fear I have lost $89.99. I believe Facebook should vet all ads on their platform more thoroughly to prevent such incidents in the future. I have all the emails, packaging, and plastic content if needed for investigation. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] for further discussion. Thank you, Heather P.

I am facing harassment from an individual whose name I do not know. They use Facebook pages to target my craft site, Jeju Joys, which I run with my daughter. Whenever we ban one of their pages like Foreigner Bigots in Korea 1.0, they return with variations like 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. This person has also posted unauthorized images of me and a child along with our address on the Korean Herald Facebook page. I have screenshots of these incidents, as well as evidence of about 15 pages they have created. They have gone as far as finding out where I and my grandchildren live, causing me extreme concern. Despite not making direct comments, their continuous and sinister behavior, such as creating a page titled When There is No Joy 1.0, has left me feeling threatened and fearful for my family's safety. As this person never discloses their real name, I am seeking assistance on how to address this distressing situation as a concerned grandmother with proof of the ongoing harassment.

Hello Facebook community. I am seeking urgent assistance as it appears my account has been compromised. It seems like the email, password, and contact number associated with my account have been changed without my knowledge. Although I am unsure of the new alternate details provided by the perpetrator, I can confirm that my basic information such as birthday, gender, and location remain unchanged. I recall using my account yesterday at or before 8:00 am during an immersion or on-the-job training session with my classmates. We were instructed to surrender our phones to avoid distractions. By 5:00 pm, after completing our training, we retrieved our phones and left the premises. While on my way home with my classmates, I attempted to access my Facebook account only to discover that I had been logged out. Upon trying to reset my password, it indicated that the email and phone number were not associated with any account. Even attempting to locate my account using the username "John Mark Latag" proved unsuccessful. I kindly ask Facebook's support team and consultants for assistance in resolving this issue with accessing my account.

Hello, I'm Ugwunwa Charity Nosike from Nigeria, known as Nossybliss on Facebook. Recently, my account was hacked, and my username was changed to Miles Down Mart. The hacker also altered my phone number to [redacted]5, which is different from my original number, [redacted]5. They added another email address to monitor my account. I realized the breach on January 4, [redacted], and by January 5, my profile pictures were intact, but currently, they have been removed by the criminal. If I attempt to recover my account, the hacker's phone number appears on the password recovery page. I received an email notification regarding a login using the hacker's contact details on January 6, [redacted], at 9:51 AM (UTC+01). The concerning information included the device used (W4), IP address (41.[redacted].3.[redacted]), and carrier (9mobile). Dear [Redacted], I'm reaching out upon advice from the police regarding ongoing harassment from a user on your platform. A person by the names of ‘Marca Bonito Peng’ and ‘Mark Peng’ has been relentlessly stalking me on Facebook, falsely accusing me of unspeakable actions. Despite blocking him, he persists in spreading libelous information about me. I possess screenshots of these actions but cannot locate an attachment option. Despite multiple reports from myself and friends, his profile and posts remain active. The potential repercussions on my personal and professional life are alarming. The emotional impact of this situation compounded by the inaction taken is distressing. I implore you to address this matter promptly by removing his profile and posts as suggested by law enforcement, to avoid escalating this to a criminal complaint for harassment and defamation. Sincerely, A. B.

Dear Support Team, I recently reported a hacking issue on the Al-Qalam College Page, an official page of a private college. However, the status of the problem is still showing as "submitted." Surprisingly, when I tried to log into my personal account, which is the admin of the page, I received a message stating that the password was incorrect. After resetting the password, it indicated that something was posted incorrectly, and now I suspect that the page has been either deleted or blocked. I urgently need assistance in recovering the page, especially since it is vital to do so today. I have attached a screenshot of the post that was uploaded without authorization for reference. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue. Sincerely.

I feel like I'm being forced to use a name that I don't answer to. My nickname is StudMusic and my last name is Porter. That's what I'm called, period, everywhere, including at work. My first name doesn't apply to me. On my personal Facebook page, I'm known as StudMusic because that's what everyone calls me. I use Facebook to socialize with friends and family, share updates about my daughter, and connect with loved ones worldwide. My page is personal, and I believe I should be allowed to continue using the name I've always used. I'm not promoting anything other than sharing updates about my life. I am not a fake user, and my page reflects who I am. I request that Facebook allow me to keep using my preferred name without any changes. It's my right to be called what I prefer, especially on my personal page, where I never use my real name in personal situations beyond work and financial matters.

Since [redacted], I've used Facebook with the email [redacted] Sadly, my account was wrongly reported, and I suspect my ex-daughter-in-law and her friends are behind it. I've tried creating new accounts, but they've been disabled too. My original account, with a profile picture of my lovely grandchildren, means a lot to me. I've had to change a lot because of my ex-daughter-in-law's actions, making it unfair. I've updated my email to [redacted] and my phone number to [redacted] 8 [redacted]. Please contact me to resolve this issue. I'm not tech-savvy with email, but I'm familiar with Facebook. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have requested Facebook to investigate cyberbullying on my page, Eagles NEST Farms, connected to my account under the name Rebecca Wahl. Heather Harris has confessed to being involved in this. The harassment has extended beyond Facebook, with individuals like Linda Loomis contacting my family members with false accusations about my pup business. I am pursuing legal action, and my attorney will reach out to you regarding this matter involving Heather Harris, Linda Loomis, and Christopher Shoemaker. It has been a distressing ordeal with stalking, fake allegations, and interference with law enforcement. Despite my previous attempt to seek help without success, the situation has led to the closure of Eagles NEST FARMS. The misleading posts on the page do not align with the dates I downloaded the pictures. I am concerned about my tarnished reputation and require assistance with this situation. Additionally, my Gmail account has been compromised, and I have already changed my password.

Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my mother. My account faced security measures resulting in its disablement on Facebook. Despite similar last names existing on the platform, Facebook has not accepted my full last name, causing me to use a shortened version. Upon attempting to resolve the issue, I submitted a regular photo initially and later sent two copies of my ID to explain the last name situation and request a correction. Although my account was eventually reactivated, the last name issue remained unresolved. Shortly after, it was disabled again, requiring a photo submission. I am bewildered as I have received no notifications of suspicious activities related to my account. I am unsure why I am repeatedly asked to verify my identity. Any guidance on resolving this matter or contacting Facebook support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Today when trying to access my Facebook account, I encountered an error message stating I do not have authorization. Upon attempting to log back in, my account showed the name Jane Vicky, instead of my name, Megan Verwey. It appears my account has been hacked as the password and name were changed without my consent. The profile now displays Jane Vicky, previously known as Megan Verwey. Despite several attempts to reset the password, the hacker has also changed the associated email address. This situation is distressing as all my years of content now appear under a different name. I have submitted my ID to Facebook for verification, yet received a response in French instead of English. It seems they require further identification potentially linked to the hacker's name. I urgently need assistance either to regain access to my account or have it deleted to prevent unauthorized use.

My name is Richard Boas III, a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty in Lancaster County, PA. I utilize my Facebook business page (@RichardBoasIIIRealtor) for business promotion. On December 17th, [redacted], I launched a Facebook ad for my business that ran until December 23rd, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on December 20th, [redacted], at 8:42 PM EST, I received a negative recommendation from Ethan Abbotts, who has never engaged with my services or me personally. It seems Mr. Abbotts had a previous unfavorable experience with a different Berkshire Hathaway Realtor and decided to leave a disparaging review on my page based on that. Despite my attempts to provide feedback on his recommendation and requesting its removal through Facebook's system, I have encountered difficulties as the message "the content you requested cannot be displayed right now" appears each time I try. I have also reached out to Mr. Abbotts, professionally requesting him to reconsider his review, but have not received a response. I kindly request assistance in removing this unjust review from my business page. Thank you.

I'm wondering if the following statement holds any truth: Violation of privacy can lead to legal consequences. Please be aware that Facebook is now a publicly traded company. All users are encouraged to share a post akin to this one. By not doing so, it may be inferred that you are permitting the utilization of your photos and profile details. I assert that I do not authorize this. Kindly repost by the deadline tomorrow! As of tomorrow, all your previous posts will potentially be public, even deleted messages and restricted photos. It's effortless to copy and paste for precaution. Channel 13 News discussed modifications in Facebook's privacy rules. I deny Facebook or its affiliates the permission to utilize my content, both past and future. I am notifying Facebook that they are prohibited from disclosing or utilizing the information in my profile. This profile holds private and confidential data. Any infringement of privacy is subject to legal ramifications. It's stated that Facebook is now a public corporation, and all members should make a similar post or copy this one. Failure to share may tacitly permit the use of your content. Please refrain from sharing, just copy and paste.

On January 3rd, while at the doctor's office, I received a text from my cousin instructing me to add Virginia Agcanas on Facebook to claim a federal government empowerment bonus. Virginia then directed me to a website to check if my name was among the winners. She asked for personal details and urged secrecy until the prize was processed. Another site required a fee to claim my $[redacted],[redacted] prize. I purchased a money order as my bank lacked a local branch. Later, they demanded a $10,[redacted] tax fee. Suspicious, I reached out to Virginia, who assured me it was genuine. Upon discovering my cousin's account was hacked, I realized I was scammed. I contacted the bank and reported the incident to the police. I urgently seek assistance in retrieving my funds, as my income is limited. Please help me recover my money and address this Facebook scam. Thank you for your prompt attention. Cristina Basilio, also known as Tina Basilio on Facebook.

My Instagram account was accessed without authorization, and the hacker changed the contact email and phone number. They even changed the avatar photo to a random picture from a Russian social media site. I contacted Facebook to regain access, but after providing a photo and code, my recovery request was denied. I believe Facebook/Instagram use automated systems for account recovery that compare the provided photo to the avatar. If the avatar has been altered, the recovery request might be rejected. Despite no response from support for over a week, I provided Instagram with detailed information like external IP addresses to prove ownership. Although they asked for confirmation from another associated email, there has been no response for a week. It seems the attacker was skilled, first hacking the email linked to the Instagram account. They likely reset the Instagram password through the email account. Deleting emails related to password changes and leaving the email credentials untouched were tactics used to conceal their actions.

A friend informed me that my Facebook profile picture was changed to a female image, suggesting my account was hacked. Prior to attempting to log in, I associated the email client with Facebook to one for potential password resets. However, the email client account linked to Facebook got deleted, preventing access. I am now unable to log into Facebook due to the email's deletion or potential changes made by the hacker to the username or password. During a recovery attempt, I managed to log into an old Facebook account from three years ago, not my current one with the female picture. My new email is available for contact since the previous one linked to Facebook, [redacted], is now inaccessible. My Facebook name is Chuck Mathews, but the profile displays a girl's picture. I could not set up any phone numbers or other recovery methods. Searching my name only leads to the old account. I'm unsure how to proceed and seek assistance.

I cannot access my Facebook account, and the recovery process is requesting identification documents I do not possess as I am underage and do not have a passport or receive mail. I have had my account for 8 years and in the past could verify my identity by selecting posts I made or by identifying friends’ photos when my password was compromised. This time, however, I did not have that option. I am confused as to why my account was disabled as I always adhere to the rules. Losing access has impacted my enjoyment of playing cafeworld, where I have invested 8 years of playtime. I wish to verify my account using the method I have used successfully before by selecting posts I created.

I have encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I am unable to like messages or pages because of suspected unusual activity on my account. While I understand the security measure, I want to clarify that I am the only person who accesses my account. I log in from various devices, but it is always me ensuring the security of my account. Whenever I log in, I receive notifications through Messenger and confirm that it is indeed me logging in. I want to address this concern to avoid any further interruptions in using my personal account. Thank you.
