I am writing to you regarding my newly opened Facebook account. I have been using my account for about two weeks, when upon login, was prompted to attach a picture of myself, which was under review for about three days, until my account got disabled, for the third time. *Before this, I didn’t have a Facebook account, and so in order to promote and advertise my business, I had to create a personal account to run advertisements from the Business & AD Manager. However, for the account, I had put my display picture as just black, so that people wouldn’t associate me with the business, I didn’t want people I potentially knew to see that I had a business. On that first account, I spent around $**, and that account got disabled and thought it was because of the black screen display picture. So therefore, after that, I set up another account, this time with my business email address. This time, I put my display picture of myself, but soon after, I received a friend request from a distant friend, and I already had my Business Page and AD account running by then. As a result of my account being found, I then edited my display picture* zoomed into my jacket I was wearing in that picture, so all you could see was black. Soon after, that account got disabled, and I believed it was as a result of my display picture. I spent around $** on that account on ADs. * I done my research and found out that no one can see your Pages from your personal account, so that left me reassured that I can properly use a display picture of myself. This time I used a different picture of myself, didn’t edit*change or zoom into the picture* left it exactly as it was from the beginning. Because I thought I would not get disabled, I was more comfortable in spending more money* around $*** on ADs.*On my personal account, I even uploaded Spotify’s recap of my year, including who I have listened to etc. However, after not logging into Facebook for * days, upon checking up on my running ADs (on the third day), I faced the same fate. I had to send a picture of myself for review, then my account got disabled again. This time I had lost too much money in total on ADs, so submitted an appeal. I haven't done anything that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and I haven't even received any prior warnings. I ended up submitting numerous appeals with pictures of two IDs (Provisional Driving License and Buckingham Palace Security Pass) didn't even receive an email response confirming a submitted appeal, and no information on why my account has been disabled. I haven’t received an email on any updates on the appelas, and have just been left in the dark, and I do not know why.**I just want to ask why my accounts have been disabled, after not violating any of Facebook’s rules, and not getting any prior warnings. I have spent, and lost around $***, with no explanation or warning beforehand. I also want to ask if it is possible to reactivate my account to its former state so that I can carry on sending ADs, so that all that money I have spent wasn’t a waste.*I have also attached the picture of my IDs that I used for the appeal and the profile pictures I used, for reference.
