Hello my name is croy Allen Edison one of your Facebook user's. I've been logged out of my account for inpersonnating one of my old account which I no longer had access to due to it using my old phone number which I also for got my password which I was not able to get the confirmation code form Facebook to regain access to my original account. In which I created a new account as Croix Edison which uses my email name an about a month after creating my new account I was logged out for inpersonnating my old account. Which I was instructed to contact Facebook to prove my identity which I've been trying for the last two weeks to contact Facebook to prove my identity which they either refuse to help me or just don't respond which is really irritateing. Then they also blocked my number so it's been extremely hard to contact Facebook about this situation..but it's good to know that Facebook's HELP center is good at not helping anyone
