I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Facebook account for the past few weeks. The problem arose while I was trying to create a Facebook ad and a page associated with it. Despite successfully resolving previous lockout issues related to page creation and verification, I am currently locked out due to alleged "unusual activity." I have repeatedly submitted forms and provided identification but have not received any communication from Facebook. I suspect the issue might be due to accessing my account from multiple devices in different locations. I have attached relevant screenshots, along with my photo and identification documents. I am requesting assistance in unlocking my account or receiving guidance on how to resolve this matter.

Dear Facebook Team, I have some questions regarding Facebook Locations and would appreciate your assistance in gaining a better understanding. My questions are as follows: 1. Is it possible to create a post on the main page (HQ page) and have it automatically appear on all branch pages in different locations? 2. If the main page has followers, shares, and comments, can these be displayed on each branch page when using the Facebook location function? 3. If the main page has an admin and each branch page also has an admin, will posts made by branch admins disrupt any settings or functions for Facebook Locations? 4. Do I need to be an admin for both the main page (HQ page) and all branch pages in order to set up Facebook Locations and have access to all pages for the process? 5. When setting up the Facebook location function for a client, do I need to use Facebook Business Manager and be appointed as a partner to become the admin for both the HQ page and branch pages, or can I be appointed as an admin through the normal method of receiving an email invitation? Thank you.

Hi Facebook team, I have a few questions regarding Facebook Location, and I'm hoping you can help clarify things for me. 1. Is it feasible to create a post on the main page (HQ page) and have all pages in different locations (branch pages) receive the same post automatically? 2. When the main page accumulates followers, shares, and comments, will this activity be mirrored on each branch page when utilizing the Facebook Location function? 3. How will it affect the settings if the main page (HQ) and each branch page have separate admins, and a branch admin posts on their respective page? 4. Do I need admin access to both the main page (HQ) and all branch pages in order to set up Facebook Location successfully? 5. When setting up the Facebook location feature for a client, is it necessary to use Facebook Business Manager, appoint myself as a partner, and become an admin for both the HQ page and branch pages, or can I simply send email invitations for admin access? Thank you.

I recently received a notification from Facebook stating that my account was frozen due to alleged impersonation. My wife and I share a joint account, while I also have a separate personal account. Despite never uploading a photo on my personal account, as those I interact with there already recognize me, Facebook demanded a photo along with other personal details. Although I have attempted to address this matter over the phone, it seems challenging to reach a real person for assistance. I want to reiterate that I have not impersonated anyone, and I am uncomfortable sharing personal information with unknown individuals. My primary goal is to have my account unfrozen and to engage in a discussion with a Facebook representative regarding this issue.

I recently switched phones and am having trouble accessing my account under Joe Arnold. The issue is with the verification process; I've been locked out of my Yahoo email account because I forgot my password and have 2-step verification enabled on my Facebook account. The verification process requires a phone number, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I created this account in April of [redacted], and being locked out affects my access to Messenger as well. My ex-wife, Maria Arnold, also has a Facebook account and can help verify my identity. Other contacts who can vouch for me are Paula Biering, Crystal Fortson, Jeanne Boyd, etc. I have many important pictures stored in this account and really need to regain access. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe there is a fake Facebook account under my name, linked to my business email instead of my personal one. When I attempted to change my password for my real account, the reset email went to my business email. I cannot access my original account, but the fake one is active, sending friend suggestions. It seems both accounts are connected to my business email, [redacted] I want the fake account deleted and my original account reactivated with [redacted] I do not want anything related to Facebook associated with [redacted] I removed my phone number from my Facebook account suspecting it was how my account was compromised. I received suspicious calls displaying my Facebook profile picture of my face, which have stopped and might have been related to a Microsoft scam. I am unsure how to resolve this. -Marsha Garrison

I am deeply concerned about the behavior of a family member, specifically my son-in-law, Ashton Ryan Sr., who has been verbally attacking my husband and me on Facebook. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation, his threats have escalated to the point of mentioning physical harm towards my disabled husband and making inappropriate comments towards our 14-year-old daughter, Amber Ryan. I believe his actions violate Facebook's rules against making threats and using offensive language. He has blocked us from viewing his posts, but we receive notifications and have been informed by others about his continued threats. I have sought advice from my grandfather, a retired district attorney, who recommends involving local authorities if the issue persists. I am considering contacting the news media to bring attention to the situation if necessary. Ashton Ryan Sr.'s history of offensive posts on Facebook needs to be addressed, and I am appealing for assistance in putting an end to this distressing situation.

I purchased a ring from an advertisement on Facebook in October with the intention of having it sent to my sister in another state, but she never received it. However, the payment was deducted from my bank account on October 29th. I have been attempting to find contact details for the company mentioned in the ad - either aisle.com or spaisle.com. According to Chase Bank, this company is supposedly associated with WalMart. Today, I contacted WalMart's customer service, but the representative couldn't find any information or transaction related to that company or amount. I have tried searching online for contact information with no success. Since this company has advertised on your platform previously, could you provide me with their contact information? Thank you for your assistance. - M. S. P.S. I do not have a Facebook account; I use my sister's account (A. S.).

Hi, my name is Jessica Martinez. I had a Facebook account many years ago and deleted it around 4 years ago. I thought I would never see it again, but somehow it got reopened around 2 years ago. I have been trying to log in to delete it again since I am married and my husband is uncomfortable with past relationships. Despite efforts, I haven't been able to access the account. I don't have access to the email linked to the account, and when I try to reset the password, it says the email doesn't exist. The phone number associated with the account is correct, as it shows the last 2 digits, but I don't receive the 6-digit code. I would appreciate help in deactivating and deleting the account completely. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Rachael M. and it seems like my original Facebook account was compromised. I usually log in using an email address that I can't access, which makes it impossible to reset my password unless I receive a code via text message. After resetting my password with a text code, the next day I couldn't log in using neither the new nor the original password. I then tried to create a new account with a valid email address, but it got disabled for allegedly impersonating someone. I'm eager to regain access to at least one of my accounts. Thank you.

Hello, good evening. I am contacting you to request the reactivation of my Facebook account. It was deactivated in error for unknown reasons, without me violating any guidelines, which infringes upon my freedom of expression rights. I have been sending and attaching my official identification document for days now, yet I have not received any response from your end, hence why I am reaching out here. I have never posted nudity or pornography, never impersonated anyone, never bullied anyone, nor have I posted vulgar language, spam, etc. Please kindly reactivate my Facebook account as its deactivation has caused me significant loss in family, work, and church matters, including missing important church events due to your action. I look forward to a prompt response. Sincerely, Jesus Rubio Alejo Thank you!

My 83-year-old mother's Facebook account was set up by my brother, and we are unable to access it now on her new iPhone as the password didn't transfer. Her old phone number was [redacted], and the possible email associated with the account might be [redacted] Her profile picture features a coke can with Dolores. Some of her friends on the account include her son, Joe V., myself - Kimberley D., her grandson, Lukas D., her daughter-in-law, Meg V., and a family friend, Ashley K., among others. Currently, there are no trusted friends set up on her account, but we plan to set this up once she regains access. She is feeling very desperate to reconnect with her friends and family through Facebook, which is her primary means of staying in touch.

I am experiencing an issue with my son Bradley B.'s account. I initially created two accounts for him, connecting them to his Twitter and IG. After disabling one account linked to his [redacted] email, I am now unable to access either account properly. Despite receiving login codes, they consistently fail to work. Recently, I managed to access his account unexpectedly, only to discover that while attempting to change his official email to [redacted], the system displays [redacted] as his current email and won't permit the change. It states that [redacted] is associated with another account, despite it being the email I successfully used to log in. This situation is perplexing, and I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving it.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. Despite having it for nearly 10 years without any issues, on the 26th, I encountered a message requesting identity verification or alluding to a violation. Uncertain about the cause, I promptly submitted a photo of my driver's license as requested and explained my confusion, seeking assistance. Unfortunately, my personal account is now disabled, containing cherished photos of my late mother, my children, and family members residing out of state whom I can no longer reach. This situation is particularly distressing as I face the upcoming funeral of a cousin, unable to contact relatives for the necessary information as my communications are primarily on this account. With the holidays adding to the complexity of the situation, I am also unable to manage my flower business page linked to this account, which impacts my ability to respond to customers, view messages, or share updates. Given that my advertising activities involve Facebook and entail banking details, I am concerned about potential privacy and security breaches. This ordeal has left me greatly troubled and in need of urgent resolution to regain access to my account.

My Instagram and Facebook accounts were hacked due to using the same password for both platforms. After my Facebook account was compromised, I attempted to reset my password. However, my email was inactive, so I opted to change my contact information. I entered my phone number, but upon receiving a security code to verify, I was unable to progress on the page. I am stuck and unsure of how to reclaim my account. My name on the hacked Facebook account is Zanyea Damasco. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, my name is Croix Allen Edison, and I am one of your Facebook users. I have been logged out of my account for impersonating an old account that I no longer had access to, as it was linked to my old phone number and I forgot the password. I was unable to receive the confirmation code from Facebook to regain access to my original account. I created a new account as Croix Edison using my email. A month later, I was logged out for impersonating my old account. I have been trying for the last two weeks to contact Facebook to prove my identity, but they either refuse to help or do not respond, which is frustrating. They have also blocked my number, making it extremely difficult to reach out to Facebook for assistance. It's disappointing that Facebook's HELP center has not been helpful in resolving this issue.

Two days ago, I lost my phone on my way home from the office. It fell out of my pocket, and my Instagram account was logged into that phone. The person who found my phone accessed my Instagram account and made several changes, including the name. I'm unsure how to regain access to my Instagram since my registered phone number and email were on that device. After numerous attempts, I managed to log into my email and discovered that my Instagram account has been disabled. Please reactivate my Instagram account and provide a password reset link so I can resume using it. Resetting the password will prevent the person who found my phone from accessing my account. I assure you that I will abide by all of Instagram's rules and regulations.

Two years ago, I stopped using my Facebook account. Recently, someone named Debra Johnson urged me to check my account. When I finally did, I was shocked to see a different person's profile with inappropriate pictures. I've been trying for two years to create a new account, but Facebook keeps accusing me of using an alias, which is just a common nickname I go by. I've even sent my ID for verification, but it has caused issues with my job. I want this resolved as soon as possible as it has impacted not only me but also my family and friends. My birth name is Candace Lynn Sweet, and I have provided all necessary information to rectify this situation. I hope to speak with a human representative soon as my job requires me to use Facebook and I'm currently unable to access it. Thank you.

About 7 years ago, my boyfriend and I traveled to Massachusetts. I shared our plans on Facebook before leaving. During our trip, my employer informed me of a call requesting $[redacted] to bail me out of jail due to a fight with my boyfriend. I reassured them everything was fine. Following that incident, I decided to stop using Facebook altogether. Lately, friends have been encouraging me to return. However, after creating a new email address, I encountered a message from Facebook about unusual account activity. I find this concerning as I haven't used the platform in approximately 7 years, and my email address is now different. I suspect my account may have been hacked. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the username "lucky homeboy." It seems like my account has been taken over by someone named "austin junior zagazi." I've created a new Facebook account but haven't been successful in recovering my old one. I used to go by the name "ilyas abdulbakki" before changing it to "lucky homeboy." Many of my friends are connected to this fake account. I've been advised to move on, but I can't let this go. I need assistance in reclaiming my original Facebook account. Thank you for any help or advice provided.
