The issue in GetHuman-lisars's own words
I just got a new phone number and I registered it under my account on Facebook. I could not remember my password when I *st put Facebook on to my new phone so I tried to reset it and apparently somebody named John Hurst has my new phone number attached to his Facebook account and I changed his password and got on to his account. I left a little note to him on his wall what had happened and let him know I was not a hacker and I was logging out. But now his password is changed and he will not know what it is and when he tries to change it with the phone number that is attached to his Facebook account and my Facebook account he will probly end up changing my password and it's gonna be a never ending cycle. How do we resolve this?
