log in to my original facebook account I have had for several years ... Don't know if my complaint registered. I logged out of my F'book account a couple days ago, which I don't normally do. When I went to log back in with auto-fill-in, it said my "name, which was an old email address, was not found and I could not log in. I tried "recover account", but lost all but * of my contacts, connection to a group I subscribe to and connection to my F'book business page. I have not been able to get back to my old original account that I've been accessing for the past few years. I need access to my original account, but I can't get to it. Each log-in attempt tells me there is no account associated with my old msn or new gmail accounts. I want Facebook to grant me access to my old, original account, tell me how to get to it.
It is very frustrating because they continually give me the message that my msn email nor gmail addresses are in their system.
I would like my original account back, the ability to log in and get to my full, original friend list and connection to the two other pages I access.
I have used Facebook via my laptop for at least * or * years.
I sent a complaint to Facebook, but was not able to upload the screen shot and now cannot seem to find "report a problem" on the Facebook page they gave me (without all my friends list) when I went through the "recover account" channel.
