Due to a severe brain injury from a seizure earlier in [redacted], she went through significant personality changes and deactivated her account. We will provide documentation once we have it to confirm her passing and our authorization over her account. We are currently in Oregon while she was in South Carolina. Our goal is to memorialize her account to inform others about service arrangements. Thank you for any help you can provide. I can be reached at [redacted] and Angela's sister at [redacted].

For the past 11 days, I have been unable to access my account due to constant requests for identity verification. When I originally created my account in Beirut, Lebanon in [redacted], I only provided my email address, [redacted] Now, the system is asking for a phone number, specifically my cell number with the NJ area code ([redacted]), which I am entering correctly. Despite my attempts, no one can locate me on Facebook, not even my husband. While I can reset my password, the system keeps prompting me for a phone number that I never included in my account details. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account. Feel free to reach out to me via email or directly on my cell at [redacted]. Anticipating a prompt response. Best regards, M.M. Bulbulian.

I just got Facebook to connect with friends through various apps. However, whenever I try to access an app linked to Facebook, I encounter a message stating “You can’t use Facebook right now” linked to a photo I didn’t send. It mentions security concerns and prevents me from using Facebook. This issue is hindering my ability to use different apps. Could my account have been compromised? I urgently need a resolution to access my Facebook account without any blocks. Enhancing privacy measures is crucial in the face of prevalent hacking. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Mukul Dogra, an Indian citizen residing in Faridabad. I registered my Facebook account in [redacted], and it got hacked between October 15, [redacted], and November 16, [redacted]. During this period, someone fraudulently used my account to post intellectual property of Sony Pictures Pvt Ltd, which I discovered when I tried to log in on November 20. Facebook temporarily disabled my account on November 16 and sent me an email about it. I have important JPEG files on my account, and if it's not re-enabled, I'll be in trouble. I urge you to urgently and seriously look into this matter and help me regain access to my account. I will change my password and be more cautious in the future. I respect Facebook's policies and will ensure such incidents don't reoccur. I hope you understand my situation and reinstate my account promptly. Thank you, Mukul Dogra.

I used to have a Facebook account under the name "Prasad Reddy" linked to the email "[redacted]". Unfortunately, I lost my old phone, an HTC Desire 820s, and am trying to set up my account on a new phone. I remember my password, but I am being notified that it was changed eight months ago. I no longer have access to the associated Gmail account, and Facebook is sending a recovery code to it. I have contacted Google for help, but without any success. I am unable to retrieve my password through trusted contacts or friends. I am struggling to access my account through any possible means. Can someone please assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account?

I have encountered an issue with accessing my accounts after my phone got damaged. With my Gmail account having 2-step verification, and since my phone and SIM card were destroyed, I can't receive the verification codes. I have been unable to reach Google's support team after multiple attempts. This problem is also affecting my Facebook account, which has 2-step verification linked to my inaccessible email. The contacts I need are stored in either my email or Facebook Messenger, and I'm at a loss as to how to retrieve them. I'm willing to provide any necessary documentation to verify my identity, such as sending a photo of my ID. My current temporary email is [redacted] I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Since November 6, [redacted], I have been locked out of my Facebook account. When I tried to log in from my iPhone, it prompted me to re-enter my username and password. However, upon trying, it notified me that my password had been changed. Unaware of what occurred, I delayed addressing this issue until the weekend. It became evident that someone had accessed my account when my niece and friend questioned the posts attributed to me. Despite my efforts to resolve this through the Facebook help center, the instructions provided led me to a dead-end. The proposed solution was to receive a verification code sent to a different email address not associated with my account, complicating matters. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my account as the hacker is posing as me, causing confusion among my friends. I need to restore my name and identity on Facebook as I have not altered my password or email address. My name is Jerry Go, and you can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Good morning. I advertised on Facebook with my Mastercard in [redacted]. After that, my card expired, and I faced issues renewing it, so I didn't pursue it further. Every time I tried to update the card, Facebook wouldn't allow me because of an outstanding balance of 1.86 USD. Last Saturday, while trying to set up a campaign for a new client, I attempted to add a new card, but Facebook rejected it. I then resolved the card problems with my bank, got a new card, and tried using it yesterday. Initially declined, it was eventually accepted but couldn't be made the primary payment method. Contacting Facebook yielded no response. When I created a new account and tried to add the card as an admin of the page, it was accepted but the account got blocked later due to suspicious activity. Despite providing the requested phone number and picture, I was locked out. I am just trying to set up lead generation and conversion campaigns for my client, but I'm stuck. Please assist by approving my card, clearing the debt, and enabling me to proceed. Kindly respond as I am unsure of what to do. How can I have an ad agency if I can't run ads? I recently started this endeavor after being let go a few months ago. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I am feeling frustrated. I came across a meme on Facebook that I found humorous and decided to share. To my surprise, it was shared over [redacted] times, leading to my account being banned for thirty days. I believe this punishment is unjust. If Facebook deems content offensive, they should track down the original creator instead of penalizing users who unknowingly shared it. It seems unfair that I am being targeted when so many others shared the same post. I am eager to have my Facebook account reinstated as I rely on it for professional contacts.

My original account is linked to the email address [redacted] I have not used this account in a long time, and it is registered under the name Drastic Moresoma. I have been trying to address this issue with Facebook, but I cannot find a way to report the profile using another account. The emails I receive from it are in a language I do not understand. Despite attempting to reset the password multiple times, I keep encountering an error message claiming my password is on some inaccessible list. I have tried various password combinations without success. Please either grant me access to this old account or deactivate it and switch the language back to English for future access.

My former business partner continues to post negative content about me, my family, and my business on her personal and my business pages. Despite removing some reviews, she persists in commenting every 30 minutes, putting my father's job at risk with her slander. I urgently need to prevent her from commenting on my posts. This situation is offensive and affects my livelihood, supporting my son. I have refrained from engaging with her on social media. It's distressing to see personal photos, including those of my son, being shared. I hope for a solution to stop her influence on my platforms. Thank you. Darby Santos.

Hello, My grandmother has to change her Facebook password twice a week because Facebook claims she is hacked or her email address is old, and each time it's a different message. We are getting frustrated with changing the password every 3 to 4 days. I have checked her logins in the Facebook settings, and I can only see her devices that have logged in, indicating she's not hacked. Additionally, she has trouble sharing stuff on Messenger; sometimes it works, and other times it does not. I have been searching for 2 days to reach someone from Facebook, but it seems they do not want to provide human support because I cannot even find an email address to contact. I hope you can assist us. My grandmother's name is Joanna De Bruyn, and her email address is [redacted] I also have a screenshot of a message from Facebook claiming she was hacked (in Dutch). Regards, Michael (Grandson of Joanna)

Hello Facebook, I am extremely frustrated right now. It has been two weeks and several days since I submitted my ID for account verification. Despite my urgent pleas and explanations for needing access to my account, I have not received a response from you. I have received messages on Instagram from concerned individuals, some even wondering if something had happened to me. As my college primarily communicates through Facebook, I am now falling behind in important updates and connections with professors, distant family, friends, and even my work as a game concept artist. I have sent over 20 messages and I am deeply upset that my concerns have been ignored for so long. I do not want to cause worry, but I cannot afford to lose access to all the data and hard work stored in that account. My artwork, some dating back to [redacted], and many serving as my portfolio pieces, are now inaccessible since you disabled my account as I exclusively uploaded them on Facebook. I urge you to reply promptly. This account is of utmost importance to me, and I cannot bear losing it.

I recently discovered two outstanding payments in my PayPal account for Facebook ads that I did not create. Despite not having accessed my company's Facebook page in a while, I found an advertisement in Ads Manager with a £[redacted] ad spend. Strangely, there is no ad activity on Facebook, yet I have been billed a total of £[redacted].05 through PayPal. I have already informed PayPal that I did not authorize these payments. The unauthorized charges amount to £[redacted].05 and £[redacted].00. While I have halted the campaign, I am concerned that whoever accessed my account may restart it. Can you assist me in removing this from my Ad Manager account as soon as possible? Thank you.

After having to factory reset my phone, I got logged out of Facebook. I am unable to log in using my phone number and password, as it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I attempted to recover my password through the "forgot password" link but I don't have an email linked to my account, so I couldn't regain access. I ended up creating a new account with the same phone number as the old one. Now, when I try to log in with my phone number ending in [redacted], I am only able to access the new account I made. I deeply desire to regain access to my old Facebook account under the name Alison Rentz with the URL alison.rentz.7. I feel frustrated as I can't provide any verification to aid in recovering my account; I simply wish to retrieve my initial Facebook account.

My Facebook account got hacked by my brother. He changed all my security information, and now I can't access it. When I try to recover it, they ask to email me, but it's no longer my email address. He also changed my name from carter Carson to carter poopson. He switched it from [redacted] to [redacted] I can't access this new email, and he won't tell me the password. He did the same thing with my other accounts - email, Instagram, and Snapchat. Is there any way to regain access to my accounts?

I recently discovered that someone has mistakenly linked my email to their Facebook account, which has caused a lot of distress in my personal life. There seems to be confusion as the account bears the same name but a different date of birth. This mix-up has affected my marriage, and my husband believes I have been using Facebook behind his back. I am currently five months pregnant, and the stress from this situation is impacting me and my baby. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in clarifying when the account was created, the location it was registered in, when my email was added to it, and the geographical area where the account holder added my email. These details are essential for me to prove to my husband that I am not connected to this account. Additionally, I need information on when the account was last accessed on my phone, as my husband claims it was open without requiring a password, which I find impossible since I have never logged into it. I hope to hear from Facebook soon using the provided email address associated with the account in question. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I recently experienced a scam on my account, and both Facebook and my bank helped resolve it. However, I am now unable to make purchases on Facebook. I enjoy playing games and engaging in my new hobby. I am unsure where to safely send my uploaded ID to verify my account and avoid scams. I am not very computer-savvy. My email is [redacted] I want to continue buying things that interest me, especially for Christmas presents, so I am seeking guidance on where to securely upload my ID to lift the purchasing restriction. I had to get a new debit card due to the scam and would appreciate extra security measures to prevent this from happening again.
