I have known an individual for almost 2 years and just discovered he is a stalker, very rude, and continuously finds ways around my phone and messenger blocks. He has accessed a couple of my old Facebook accounts to monitor my activities, and I'd like to regain access to them to delete any outdated content. Prior to that, I kindly request deactivating his account and limiting his access to Facebook. I fear his behavior could escalate beyond the platform, and I am taking necessary precautions to protect myself. For the safety of other women, I suggest monitoring him closely. His name is Thomas Nielsen, and I am Christina Martinez.

For the past few months, I've been facing recurring issues with my Facebook account being locked due to unauthorized sign-ins from different countries. Despite retrieving my account through SMS verification and password changes, the problem persists. Most recently, my recovery phone number vanished, and I had to go through multiple ID verification steps just to regain access. Now, when attempting to recover my account, a strange email I don't recognize is the sole option for receiving the verification code. Having been a loyal Facebook user for over a decade, I'm reluctant to start anew but simply wish to secure my old account with two-step verification. The email address associated with my Facebook account, [redacted], is not my current contact, so please communicate with me via this platform instead.

My Facebook work account, set up for a project, has been disabled since September. I haven't violated any terms, but there's no clear way to appeal the decision. The process sends me in circles through various links that lead to dead ends. It's frustrating and time-consuming. I use this account for charity work, and it's causing me inconvenience not being able to access it. My name is Louise H., and you can find more about me at curiousminds.org.uk/about/staff/. Please help me resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

This is a complaint about recurring notifications regarding a glitch on Facebook. The notifications have been received for the past two weeks and twice in the last two days, despite attempts to hide them. There is frustration over not being able to disable the notifications entirely. Clicking on the notification only provides the option to "hide this notification" without an additional option to turn off notifications about friends posting. Even after unfollowing a specific individual, the notifications persist, leading to a feeling of being forced to either unfriend or block the person. The user requests that Facebook stops sending these notifications or adds an option to opt out.

I am having trouble sharing any posts on my page due to a hacking scare where people received new friend requests from me. I accidentally shared some sensitive information when I moved and changed my password. Someone advised me to create a new account, as I am not familiar with these issues. I can't remember the password and I am unable to use my new email or phone number because the account seems to be disabled. I have tried contacting tech support multiple times but have been unable to reach anyone. I feel lost and worried about logging out as I still receive messages and can use Facebook chat. Can you please help me verify my account and resolve this situation? My new email is [redacted], the old one was [redacted] I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help. Hello, I posted an advertisement today on Facebook to promote my new business. However, the ad was not approved, and I received an email stating it didn't comply with the policies without specifying which policies were violated. I am unsure of the exact reason for the disapproval and would appreciate assistance in understanding and rectifying the issue. This marks my second attempt to advertise on Facebook. The first ad was initially approved but was later removed without a clear explanation. The inconsistency in the approval process has left me puzzled. I believe Facebook is a valuable platform to reach my target audience effectively, and I seek guidance on how to ensure my ads meet the required criteria for approval. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently came across an article online about a product called Wrinkle Couture, reportedly created by Mrs. Zuckerberg. Intrigued, I ordered a sample by paying the shipping charges. Surprisingly, along with the Wrinkle Cream, I received another product called Eye Couture and was billed for its shipping as well. I usually do not receive bank statements, but after requesting one, I discovered I had been charged for two of each product, even though I only wanted one of each. This lack of invoice for final approval before the transaction felt deceitful, especially since I did not order the additional product. Despite contacting the shipping company twice, the reimbursement received was unsatisfactory. Feeling scammed, I believe the Sellers may not be reporting these sales to the IRS. I kindly request a full reimbursement and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you, Jonathan F.

I attempted to create a Facebook account, but instead, a page for Ben Elliott populated with my friends showed up without requiring a login or password. I found this concerning. I followed Facebook's deletion instructions to no success due to the absence of a report button. I tried uploading my photo, successfully, but failed to delete it. To verify authenticity, I messaged some friends. Upon contacting two friends, I encountered peculiar images with the phrase "tick tock" in the mix. These friends were not connected in any way. I wish to delete all my Facebook accounts promptly and would appreciate your assistance in this matter. I intend to begin anew eventually. Sincerely, Sue Walker

My Facebook account has been hacked. The password has been changed, and I have no way of accessing the associated email address. I have reported the issue several times, but no action has been taken. The account needs to be shut down as it contains pictures of my children and is harassing people in my contact list. They are sending messages, making calls, and asking for private photos, causing distress to me and my partner. Please respond to my partner's email as I can't access mine. Thank you.

Hello, Facebook, I am Dilman Safeel from Iraq. I encountered an issue on October 16th. My problem is that someone has stolen my Facebook account, and despite reporting it to the official police station in Iraq, they haven't been able to locate the perpetrator due to the absence of a Facebook branch in Iraq. The account that was compromised is under the name Dilman Sivo. The thief has performed several disrespectful actions, such as stealing my photos and messages, then posting and sharing them on a different account. Additionally, they have threatened me to leave Iraq and go abroad. Two accounts they created under my name are Barakat Gawro Birza and Dleen Ravo. I am willing to provide evidence, including screenshots from their Facebook profiles. Our goal in filing this complaint is to seek assistance in locating and identifying the person responsible for these actions. Best regards, Dilamn Safeel Sivo Email: [redacted]

My Dell PC running Windows 10 got infected by a virus from Advanced System Repair Pro, claiming to be a "Microsoft subsidiary." They mentioned a "coin" issue and wanted to scan my PC. I unknowingly allowed the malware in. Despite past complaints, I now appreciate strict ID policies. Following the incident, I contacted Microsoft for assistance. After realizing the situation, they performed an offline system reset and a complete device wipe, then reinstalled Windows 10. My PC is now clean, but I urgently need help restoring my Facebook and Messenger accounts to their pre-virus state for a Holiday Luncheon invitation on December 9th. Both accounts hold irreplaceable personal data and precious memories. Your assistance in this matter during the holiday season would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Timothy D. W. Merry Christmas! Hello, I am Khadija from Kenya. I am having trouble verifying my Facebook account. I originally opened my account while working in Saudi Arabia and used a Saudi Arabia phone number. The names on my account are not my real names. Since returning to Kenya, I no longer have access to the Saudi phone number. It has been four days and I cannot log in as I am asked to verify my account. Despite attempting to verify it, I am being informed that the details do not match. This is causing issues for my business where I utilize Facebook to connect with clients. I have attempted to change the names but I still get redirected to the verification process. Please assist me in unlocking my account for verification purposes. I eagerly await your prompt response. Thank you.

My name is Kaitlynn Williams. I share a cellphone account with my mother, and we recently switched from AT&T to Sprint. Upon receiving my new phone, I was able to access my account and add it as a trusted device for login. Unfortunately, a week later, my phone stopped working and had to be factory reset. Subsequently, I no longer have access to my old phone and cannot log into my account as I do not have the phone number ending in [redacted] linked to it. Despite sending two emails with a picture of me holding a handwritten code and a utility bill to verify my identity, I have not received any response. My new phone number is [redacted], and I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Additionally, I am uncertain about the other devices I used to log into my Facebook account as I typically used my phone.

Last night, a friend messaged me about rescheduling our appointment, but I didn't receive it. Today, my friend received a message from what seemed to be me based on the profile picture, but it asked for an account number to transfer money. Following that, she sent me another message with our meeting time, which I also didn't receive. During our actual meeting, she brought up the strange message, which was supposedly from me and had "sent from Nigeria" in fine print. Now, I'm not sure if my account is hacked or hers. What steps should I take next? Appreciate any guidance.

Dear Sir, I am writing to report a concerning incident that occurred involving potential threats on Facebook. On 11/9/18, my friend, E.V., received messages from an individual named D.B. inquiring about my personal information. When E.V. asked me about D.B., I confirmed I did not know this person. Subsequently, E.V. received a threatening message from D.B. on 11/10/18. This message insinuated a false relationship with me and included a picture of a dagger, causing distress to both E.V. and me. It is important to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved. Social media platforms like Facebook should not be misused for intimidation purposes. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, K.B.

I encountered an issue with uploading a photo of our government official boss on their Facebook account. I oversee their IT needs and manage the account under the email [redacted] During the initial launch on October 21, [redacted], we faced verification problems leading to the account being offline for days, which the boss didn't prioritize as full functionality wasn't needed then. Currently, we're experiencing verification issues again, but this time we can't afford to wait due to numerous supporter complaints during the week the account has been online. The boss is urging me to address this promptly. We are open to cooperating and even considering a visit to your office at 39th St, Taguig, Metro Manila for a direct discussion. Despite reaching out through messages, we haven't received any updates. If we don't hear back soon, the boss insists on a visit tomorrow. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am currently experiencing issues with all my advertising accounts on my business manager being disabled. I am confident this is a mistake since I am not breaching any Facebook policies to the best of my knowledge. I do not engage in any selling, income claims, or other prohibited activities. I simply provide a free online educational webinar on working remotely. Despite my repeated appeals, I receive automated responses. I kindly request a manual review of my account to reinstate my ad accounts promptly. Regards, Jay
