Hi, I have had endless problems with a troll who has opened several accounts and trolls my business page continuously. He was a guest at my detox retreat but not for a detox, he stole money from our in house store and was generally unpleasant to the staff. I was running ad campaigns which he helped to sabotage so I stopped. Well he is back again with a nother account. The most upsetting thing are the reviews. As admin, they are hidden from me. Today seven reviews, according to my page, are missing and despite getting two excellent new reviews this week, my rating never moved but today it has now dropped and I have no idea why. It is frustrating, confusing and tricky and not a nice experience or tool to work with. I do not wish to continue with ads etc until I get answers and explainations that make sense to me
