Hi guys,**Very recently I had serious difficulty logging into my account (Neil Smith). I remember I reported an issue previously, as another person had password to it. At that time I couldn't access my email *****@***.com, it wasn't (apparently) recieving any messages as an email quota was reached. I have since resolved the issue, and now I am able to change the password to my account (which I succesfully did few times), however, after entering the password, it's showing me this message:**"Thanks for your help**We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation."**I am not very tech savvy and have a friend here, who helps me with all this stuff. That page I can't access is the only manager of my second Navan Car Sales page, that I created initially and then, when I couldn't access it, I created a new one, as I couldn't figure out how to contact you.**That old page, while inaccessible, is still linked to my instagram account, and when I choose to share one of my posts from the Instagram app, it sends the post directly to my old facebook page. **To sum it all up:**I would love to regain access to my old account (registered with *****@***.com - it's now properly working), to get rid of the duplicate page for my business OR merge it with the new one, as it's only confusing my potential and existing customers.**Would appreciate your help*Thanks,*Neil Smith
