Dear Sir or Madam,**Some time ago I was forced to delete my browsing history, and thus forced to log out of Facebook. In my account (I still do not know why), two-factor authentication is set, although I've turned it off many times. For more than two months I have no access to this phone, and thus I can not approve the login in any way despite the fact that I know my password, login, password for my email and all other information needed for my login. He has already sent you over several dozen requests via a form which is used as an alternative way of account authentication, but without success because I did not receive any answers to any of these applications. I also sent my ID to prove that I am a legitimate user. I have not been able to access my account for over a month, although you are sending me information about new notifications. I am asking for any help because I want to regain access to my account.*Sincerely,
