I'll try this again. I am a United States Navy Recruiter and my account is locked. I had to send a picture in I guess proving that I am human. I have spent many hours creating a page for work and a regular profile page for regular stuff. Every military recruiter, not just Navy, uses Facebook for contacts and to keep in touch with future sailors. I have spoken to them and not one has had this issue. It would be great if Facebook would give an explanation of why they lock the account as apposed to just saying you can't use Facebook until we review the pic. I understand security and all that but give a reason so the user will avoid this issue again. For a company built on communication why is it so hard for them to communicate? Will I get a refund on the money I have spent boosting my post? How do I even find out? This lock out may potentially cause me to lose future sailors. I am sure Facebook understands the value of keeping the customers. Dear Facebook. If you see this message please look at the pic of my super big bald head and let my account be free!
